My heat went out and I called this company on a Saturday night and he was at my house by noon Sunday to repair my unit. He was very professional and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

Quick professional service! Thank y’all!Edit: To add context to this review the first company that quoted duct work for me said it would cost $4,800.00! The other two companies I called for quotes told me they don’t work on single wide trailer homes or trailer homes at all for that matter.And get this MirStar Hvac repaired the existing duct for LESS than $1000.00 . Once again thanks to you all the AC system works perfectly and MirStar will be the first company I call and recommend to family and friends.

My new mini-split came with a worn part. It leaked almost all the fuel out. They came over and purchases the new refrigerant and fixed it all within 24hours. Trust them and you wont be sorry. I am keeping them as my regular HVAC team. Licensed and extremely professional.

Serg came to the house the day after I called. He was very personable, quick to find the issue with my A/C unit and quick to fix it! He was honest - he could have sold me parts (I thought the problem was a leaking coil) but the issue was an electronic communication error. Saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend.

Serg with MirStar is by far the most impressive, comprehesive, intelligent A\C repair man I have experienced since 2009. He is the one you need to call when you have A/C issues. Ran a complete Check of our whole system, unlike other competitors Ive used. Fixed the issue and was very very reasonably priced. Ill give him a 10 out of 10.

I called to get a price and make an appointment to have the Freon R22 properly reclaimed from my old, failing heat pump system. The licensed technician answered the phone said he could do the service, told me what I needed, estimated a price, and when he could come. I bought the proper reclaim tank I needed for the service and had it ready.He came when he said he would and properly introduced himself and his helper. He completed all procedures quickly and efficiently and all the while, demonstrated that he has good human character. After properly pulling a vacuum pressure, at his suggestion and my request, he added nitrogen to my compressor to keep atmospheric moisture out while I keep it in storage and decide future disposition of the obsolete system.It was a delightful hour of service. … and his price was exactly what he said it would be. I have nothing but good wishes for this professional and his son and hope their lives become successful by every measure. I feel as though I have gained a new friend and neighbor.
