Great service and very professional. I contact Miles from Louisiana to take a look at my grandmothers AC unit and he went out did an assessment and got back with me the same day, and told me everything I needed to know. I called my grandmother and she had nothing but nice things to say about him, his dress, and his professionalism. Thanks Miles-Mechanical, and we will be using you again.

Here is the setting 8/16/20 forecasted temperature - 102 F (Houston TX - Ft Bend County Area)Repair call placed in less than 24 Hours. Technician drove from out of town to complete this service request, even without knowing that I am caring for elderly family members who are temperature sensitive.As someone who is in construction management I could not ask for a better response and here are my reasons why.01. Response Time Under 24 Hrs (5/5)02. Accuracy in analysis of situation (Very Solutions Oriented) (5/5). Technician went the extra mile in diagnosing problem. Removed motor, check disconnects, checked and washed coils, back checked wiring, check entire system downstream of compressor, checked blower, and of course performed the standard temp and CFM checks at the supply and return (diffusers and register). Fix was implemented in under an hour03. Honest Assessment (5/5). Technician was honest in the fix and did not try to sell unnecessary equipment but gave honest opinion in life cycle cost estimate. Felt like I was talking to a true TAB and Cx. (Will definitely take recommendation in purchase of next unit). Very knowledgeable of AHU brands and different types.04. Professional and Safety Conscience (5/5) (Even on Sunday’s). Technician employed full LOTO at both local and main disconnects before implementation of fix. Came equipped with face masked and PPE. Sanitized all equipment (Temperature Gun)I would strongly recommend Miles Mechanical to friends and family and am strongly considering using their services on commercial buildings both repair and Air Balancing.Thank You for your repair response Jaron Thomas.- Arnon Bazemore
