    Middleton Air is the most trustworthy, competent service in the Valley. They show up on time, take care of the issue and do it all with a smile. They just fixed an issue with our central gas heater and noticed an issue with the cooling in the process and took care of that before it becomes and issue later. Thank you again!

    Bob is amazing! After having problems with my home warranty contractor, I finally decided to go with a referral from a coworker. He recommended Middleton Air and now I see why. From the first call, he stayed on the line with me as I got the serial number from my unit in the attic and he verified the warranty and parts information in the same phone call. He is nothing short of the best A/C contractor that I have ever worked with. We will be saving his contact and using him every time. I recommend him 100%.

    A/C went out and originally had another larger company out of Mission fix it. $860 sum dollars and 3 wks later it went out again. I called the company and left several messages to have it actually fixed or recoup some of my $$ , however after days without call backs I decided, for my childrens sake...due to heat, to let the $800+ go and move on. I called Mr Middleton and he and his team had it fixed that same day!! They were courteous and respectful and I havent had any problems with my A/C since. I feel his prices are so fair and reasonable! Dont waste your time calling anyone else...Call Middleton Air!!

    My timer tripper blew up over night and two workers from Middleton Air came quickly, did a fast and great job, were friendly and told me, I do not have to get a new hvac system, even that mine is old. One week prior I had a different company looking at my unit, they told me, I need a complete new one and gave me overpriced estimates....Thanks to Middleton Air me and my pets do not have to sit in the cold during this cold front! Highly recommended!

    They came out the same morning I called. I was expecting a huge repair or even replacement of the system. Instead they were able to diagnose the issue and replace a part. Parts and labor only around $150! Amazing! And my home was cool again within a couple of hours of my first phone call. These guys are the very best!

    I have used Mr. Middletons services for years. He responds immediately and will even come to my house the same day or the next day to take care of any concerns. He has replaced my outdoor and indoor A.C. units, installed an ion wave device to combat viruses in the air, and is very professional and efficient with knowledgeable advice and services to correct any problems that arise.     While an AC dying in the middle of 100+ degree weather is never fun, and even worse on a weekend, working with Middleton Air was as good as an experience as I could hope for. I messaged thru Facebook on Sunday evening not expecting a response until some time Monday morning. I received a call not long after my message and Bob guided me thru some trouble shooting. Unfortunately my system was beyond repair and required repair or replacement. After scheduling a visit and an inspection I was quoted almost exactly the prices that I found in my research. Long story short, within 48 hours of reporting the issue, I had a new until installed and running perfectly. I could not asked for a better experience in what was a very stressful situation.

    FINALLY a qualified HVAC company that works on, repairs and understands heat pumps. Not a usual installation here in the RGV but the perfect unit for our needs. Other contractors have never returned phone calls not do they understand the wiring process of a heat pump. Mr. Middleton and his team answered my call promptly and scheduled a visit for the next day. He showed when promised and corrected the mis-wiring from a previous contractor. Our home is now comfortable and climate controlled no matter the outside conditions. Highly recommend this business. More than fair pricing.

    Excellent in all regards! Both he and very qualified staff installed a Pioneer 2 ton mini-split. Very efficient. Clean job inside and out in wrapped lines. Even placed a shutoff and upgraded my breaker. Very responsive to texts. Very knowledgeable about both mini-splits and central air. Highly recommend!2nd unit install 2024. just as good as the first! Installed a surge protector without my even having to ask. True pros.

    I called 5 different ac companies and got the same runaround and exact $ same appraisals. The other guys also told me not to install a minisplit and replace the same old ineffecient single stage system with the same old and very expensive ac.     I received a Nest Thermostat from Reliant Energy with the program I signed up for, I could self install or they gave me 2 different Approved Contractors to contact that would do it at a reduced rate. Nest supplied me with 5 approved and said to Negotiate installation. The first on the list wanted a Min of $125.00 to come to Rio Hondo from Brownsville (A TV Appliance Store) and seemed very uninterested. Next I called Bob Middleton, he not only agreed to come out and install the Nest thermostat, he SERVICED our A/C System, changed out the filter and told us where to go and the proper kind of filter to use in our system (we had an incorrect filter from Walmart that was making the system work to hard) all for $70.00!!!! We bought this place a little over a year ago and just retired full time down here so He just made a LIFELONG CUSTOMER of US!! I am pretty Tech Savvy for someone my age (O L D) We have the SMARTEST Trailer in the Park, just ask Alexa! THANKS BOB!! Job VERY Well DONE!!
