A little pricey but I was thankful for the fast service. $89 call out is waived if you go through with the work. Paid $462 to snake clean out line from house to city line. Solved backflow issues. 6 month warranty on the line. Very grateful. Dispatch and techs were both very courteous.

I had a water heater inspection and replacement installed by CCAC Matthews. Previously had my water heater installed by someone who was not a professional and it resulted in having to have it replaced sooner. The technicians were excellent, respectful and very thorough. I have used Matthews for all my plumbing and a/c maintenance and will soon have them replace my electrical box after a safety check.

Aaron and Sam did an excellent job. Stayed on task even with the rain coming and going. Offered some advice on a couple other issues they noticed and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. The technicians were prompt and knowledgeable. They began the diagnostic evaluation after asking me some pertinent questions regarding the generator. In a short while they had found the defective part, replaced the part, tested the system with the new part in. Before closing up the generator they did an operational test to assure proper performance.I would welcome these technicians back anytime I have a problem.

He gave was options and help us determine the best course of action. Ronald was outstanding is helping me replace a tub spout, however the excellent customer service started when I called the office. The lady that answered was so helpful, professional, and really nice. The plumber came out to the house a few hours later and solved my issue quickly. Air conditioner quit so called Matthews. Wasnt long got a text from Josh with a pic saying he was on the way. Didnt take long for Josh to troubleshoot the system. I like the tracking map and ID system of technician / arrival as well. This company is a gem. Issues with my Central AC was addressed immediately, within an hour and a half the technician was there on my front door. Thats awesome. We don’t need suffer waiting long days just to fix my AC just like our previous experience before with my Home Warranty and AC contractor which cost me a lot. My experience with CCCAC from service schedule, the promptness of staff and technician was A+++, commendable!

I wish there were more stars, because wow, Matthews CCAC is amazing!!! 1st experience with them and we are service members now (great plan and incentives for ac/heating, electrical & plumbing) and customers for the long run. Our outside fan motor went out Sat.July 22. I called the company we had a service agreement with and by Thursday, July 27th, we were still getting excuses on why our part wasnt here. And no one cared that it was over 90 degrees in our house. I called Matthews CCAC and talked with Gloria yesterday (Thursday) afternoon. She made calls and called me back in less than 10 minutes, saying the part was ordered and would be delivered and installed today (Friday)!!! And thats exactly how it went. And Josh was amazing! So knowledge, thorough and professional! He even found that our compressor was weak and would be going out, so we got it all fixed and for much less than the other company. He also found levels that were off and regulated them. He used his device to measure the degree output from our vents. No one had EVER done that with the other company. Matthews CCAC is an incredible company with amazing work ethic, integrity and customer care.

Mr Garza, Was very nice but couldn’t get the dripping to stop. He told me it was the air in the pipes. That it should stop since the middle valve/ faucet for switching between shower and faucet at the bottom of the shower was too corroded and the middle valve/ faucet couldn’t be moved. It had to stay in the up position for the shower head to be used only. It’s still doing a little too much dripping. I thought it was just a drop here and there but to me it’s still dripping too much. Told me to call back if it doesn’t stop!!

There is no way I could appreciate my technician Sebastian Gomez enough. Came in for a simple tub drain fix. My HVAC condensation line started leaking bad due to another company just finishing an install, this man addressed the problem and fixed it in the timeframe of my panic. Then in the midst of finishing my tub drain noticed a water line leaking(due to another contractor) fixed that. I can not appreciate the attention to detail enough. These technicians are perfectionist and after this outstanding performance and job completion I question why I should ever call anyone else besides Mathew CCAC. Price Point wise they are better than other companies I’ve gone through. Highly recommend. Don’t think you can save a buck with someone else because sooner or later you’ll need it fixed again. Just go through Mathew CCAC and get it done right the first time.

I love the service we get with Mathews CCAC. Adam Spears was the technician that came to inspect our air conditioning. He arrived early, did a thorough job of checking all the things and let us know what he saw. I wouldn’t mind if he became our go-to guy!
