    Honest!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing!!!!! 🥇🏆 Listen y’all, Richie with Matco was amazing!!!! We have had to deal with lots of a/c companies over the years with owning rentals and let’s be honest, lots of them tack on charges and fix problems that might not be there. Well not these folks. Richy was so honest with everything he did, and I just can’t express how refreshing it was when we came to pay our bill and us actually being shocked with the price but like in the best way, because it was so affordable 😃🎉. When you run across a good, honest, companies with quality workers like Richie, you have to share it! Picking a A/C company is tough, and our searching days are over, these are our people now!     I have been a customer for 22 years with Matco Services and they have kept my 25-year old HVAC system running that whole time with visits in the Spring and visits in the Autumn to make sure it was well-tuned. It impressed me that they would always attempt to prolong the life of a very expensive essential need in our homes rather than pushing to sell a new appliance. When my system finally decided it was time to say goodbye a few weeks ago, Matco gave me options, prices and recommendations and made the replacement seamless. From Michael Hollman explaining the whole process and answering my long list of questions, to G1, G2, Santiago and Jackson working so hard to make sure my house is back to normal, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Whether it is for replacement, or to make your existing equipment last longer, I wholeheartedly recommend Matco.

    Cryo1one appreciates the quick response of Matco. We operate a business that runs 363 days a year, and on Sunday we walked into one of our locations and the AC was not working. One call to Matco and they had our commercial AC back up and working the same day.

    I had a problem with my heat not coming on. I called Matco and they were able to send someone out that day. The service man Santiago Salina came and he checked out the system. He was able to pin point the problem. It was the fan motor and he was able to get it to work by switching some wires but recommended I get a new motor because he couldnt say how long the motor that would last and being the winter is coming I decided to replace it. He checked on the price for me which I was OK with. So he got it order and within the week I was getting it done. Santiago is old school and will not do something unless he does it right.     I couldnt be more happy with Matco Services. When our 20-year old furnace died, they came out the same day I called and gave me the options, prices, and recommendations. I decided to go with a new furnace, and they were able to install it the very next day. The were very professional and did a great job at a fair price.

    I needed routine maintenance performed on my unit that is 10 years old. I reached out to Matco and they were able to have a tech come out that same day. Garrett was great! he was knowledgeable, professional and overall was able to save me some money!     We came home from a weekend trip to be welcomed by an 84 downstairs, ugh! Ritchie and Jack came out today, were friendly and professional, replaced a bad capacitor and in no time we were comfortable again.     Really enjoyed the experience provided by Tim and the MATCO Services team. Tim was professional, timely, and did a nice job of overviewing what we needed without any pressure to expand the scope of the project beyond what was necessary. His crew showed up when they were supposed to, did a great job, and they have already responded within 24 hours to make a few minor adjustments after weve had a full day to see how the system works.

    After two different companies not exactly good experiences. My neighbor referred me Matco Services. They answered immediately and sent Santiago. He made the diagnosis and explained the failure to me in detail. The best thing was that he solved the problem for good. I definitely recommend them and always ask that they send Santiago. In Texas it is important to have a reliable air conditioning technical service and I already found mine.

    Garrett and his crew did an awesome job replacing our entire HVAC system. They worked quickly but paid attention to detail, cleaning up after the job and confirming that we understood how to operate our new thermostat, replace the filter, etc. I highly recommend Matco and Garretts crew.

    My heater went out in my home recently. I called 4 other HVAC company’s in the Frisco/Prosper area and was not satisfied at all. Then a friend of mine told me to contact Matco. I did, and to my surprise their team showed up at my home and took care of my problem the same day!! I will be recommending this company to every person i know going forward!     The work performed by the individual Matco Services technicians on my AC and Heating Check-up was Excellent but, the coordination of communication between Matco and the Homeowner could have been better. There were more calls to the Home Office to understand what was going on than should have been necessary. Santiago, however, was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and in diagnosing a real problem.

    I’m very please with Matco Services. We’ve used them to service our equipment for years now.Our AC unit finally quit. Denny did a great job helping us find the correct unit for US. There was no pressure. He explaining how the equipment worked and is very knowledgeable about their equipment. They were very helpful with financing also.Their install crew was very professional. They laid drop clothes down so not to mess up our carpet. Everything looks great and the new system is pretty awesome.Denny came back after crew cleaned everything up and showed me how to work thermostat and set it up. He also went up and showed me the system and showed me everything I needed to know about that too.Great job guys!!!!

    Really great company! Won’t ever do business with anyone else. The owner meets you at your front door and is very kind and professional. He explains the product as well as any of his technicians possibly could, and ensures you leave happy. A fantastic experience, cannot say enough. They saved us a lot of money too, as they took the time to explain what options we had and let us choose menu-style, rather than rush us into whatever product was available (like our other bids did). Installation was quick and painless.

    We have been using Matco for years now. The service technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. I know that they are going to do a fantastic job every time they show up and only do what is necessary and cost effective to get me up and running if my 20 year old system is having an issue.     I have been customer of Matco since they acquired Berry’s Quality Service a few years ago. I was very pleased with Berry’s and was apprehensive about the change. However I have found Matco to be just as reliable, responsive, courteous and dependable.They are always on time and every technician I have had is competent, courteous and helpful. Prices are competitive.They have always responded quickly even on weekends. I heartily recommend Matco for all your ac and heating needs. Chris, my latest tech, was very helpful answering my questions and explaining what he was doing and why.

    On 6/3/20 Matco services installed a new air conditioning system for me. From the company giving me the estimate to the completion of the install has been a wonderful experience. The company was on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything, and removed the old system. If I could rate them on a 1 to 10 scale, I would give them an 11. I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

    During the 90+ degree temps in mid-May, my 3 year old AC system quit working. Matco came out safe day for diagnostics, and determined I had multiple issues with the system.The following day, they sent me a quote and estimated a significant delay to get parts to repair my existing system from the manufacturer. This was no fault of Matco. I could not wait weeks for AC, so Mike and Frank jumped through hoops to get me a replacement unit to get my system back up and running. They were able to install within a couple days, when everyone else I spoke to had multiple week waits due to the labor shortages.I can’t thank Mike, Frank, and the Matco folks enough for getting my house livable again. I would recommend Matco to anyone in need of AC help.

    Matco was amazing to work with. We called them about our upstairs unit not working. They came out the next day and repaired the issue. A few days later the downstairs unit had problems. We made the decision to go ahead and replace both units completely since they were 16 years old. They were here a couple of days later and only took 1 day to completely install 2 brand new systems. They even credited back the repair to apply to the new units. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Matco!

    My condensate lines both backed up and caused a flood down into my foyer. I google searched and found Matco, and I am thankful to find them. Service was exceptional from the first conversation with their office. James came by the same day and corrected both issues with the drain lines, quickly. After trying to talk us through a quick few checks, he set expectations of when he would be out.     The diagnostic and solution to the ductwork is topnotch. Kameron, MT, and the other installers were exceptional. Everything was cleaned and efficient. We can already tell a difference in the airflow. Timing of the job was perfect. We are awaiting the next extreme weather event in DFW, which will be any day, be it hot or cold. This is why we choose MATCO and recommend MATCO, outstanding service, knowledge, and performance.

    I have been using Matco for 3 years to service our Havc. Last Sunday our AC went out and i called the 24 hour hotline where my information was taken and I shortly got a call back to see if i needed a technician right away as I didn’t they promised to Call me at 9am Monday morning.     Santiago Salinas has been our Matco technician for years and I wanted to express how incredibly helpful he has been - specifically this past week when our AC unit froze up (again) the morning we were leaving on vacation. He came to our home and patched it up for us so our pets would be comfortable while we were gone. He called me while I was waiting for our flight to take off to assure me that the system would be working OK until we got back. He researched and quoted the part we needed to fix the problem temporarily, though we soon will be replacing our entire intake system. Hes just the best! We trust his advice completely and I could not recommend him more highly. Matco Services is very lucky to have him working for them!

    My neighbor noticed my A/C overflow pipe was leaking water. I called MATCO Services, the company that installed the new A/C system last year. Santiago arrived ahead of time ( yes, AHEAD ). He was very polite and professional.He climbed up into the attic (it was 104 outside already) and confirmed the normal drain was clogged. He blew it clear with CO2 and checked that the sink it connects to was still draining properly after that. I had a new filter which he replaced for me. He checked the temperature differential and the general condition of the system.Im very pleased with Santiago and his visit today.

    I can not begin to tell you how awesome this company is. Our A/C at our office has NEVER cooled correctly or consistently. Weve had at least 3 different A/C companies come out within the past year, all of which said nothing was wrong with it or that we just needed to change the filters, however both units completely quit working last week. In the past, various A/C companies have mislabeled our 2 units and they always get confused with the other office spaces in our building, which has always baffled anyone currently trying to work on our system. Within the first 5 minutes of being in our office, Jordden and Chris were able to tell what was wrong with our system AND figure out what the previous A/C companies did wrong. They were here for a total of a couple of hours and without changing any parts, were able to get it working better than it has worked in years and had everything labeled correctly. They will need to come out for additional maintenance to assure it doesnt happen again, but we are finally up and running correctly. Both of them were very friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. We will request them personally if we ever need additional help.
