I called to get a quote on potentially upping my duct work because I wasn’t getting great airflow to my front bedroom. Ron fit me in his schedule on his Saturday, showed up and gave us his suggestions to fix our problem before suggesting anything extreme and charging us. He was as more than professional, honest, and kind not only to me but my family while he was here. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him in the future.

Moved into a new house 2 months ago and the AC was struggling to cool it down. Ron was easily the best, most professional HVAC service person we have had. We have had issues with our AC for more than 2-months and have had 4 other companies come out to no avail. Ron came out and easily diagnosed the issue and explained it in terms we could understand. In the meantime, one of the other companies had messed up the thermostat so we were also not getting any heat. He works with my landlord and weve had to have him come out over the summer for the AC and he got it up and running the very next day. Yesterday our heat went out and he told my landlord that he would be here between 5:30-6, but he got here at 3:30 (no biggie since I was working from home). He determined the thermostat was bad and said he would be back with a new one first thing Saturday morning (the next day). And he was like right after 10am. The first 2 thermostats he brought the fuses were bad and burnt out right away. He went out of his way to go to his home/office to get a new one, got it installed and everything is working wonderful!He is very diligent and made sure we were all set before finishing the work. Definitely recommend this company as he seems like he really cares about his work. I value that above anything because I know when a person cares about their work issues will be resolved one way or another.

I contacted Ron after experiencing some warm, uncomfortable temps in my house. After inspecting my system he informed me of my system not being up to par with consideration of the square footage. I made note of his advice but went with recharging my system with refrigerant instead, hoping I could get by during the summer months. Well sure enough, Ron was right. A little more than a month later my system went totally caput. Thankfully the estimates he initially gave me were still within the validation window. I now enjoy a brand new efficient 16 seer BRYANT system that keeps a comfy 72-73 degree indoor temp. Ron and his crew were very knowledgeable and accommodating with the whole process and I would definitely recommend Master Mechanical for any HVAC needs.

He was able to diagnose the problem, get it fixed, and test a few other things on my unit in no time at all. My AC is back to blowing cold air!!! I highly recommend MasterCraft Mechanical, and will be calling them for any future HVAC needs.
