    My A/C stopped blowing cold on Sat 9/14 around 630-7pm. Heat started building in our home and my family was about to lose it. Luckily I had a decent portable to plug in temporarily but it still wasnt enough to bring the heat down in the house. I usually go to Coburns in Tyler to get my HVAC supplies but they werent open and wouldnt be until Monday. I called SEVERAL contractors, including Masters. One contractor got back with me. I knew what I needed, yes I am a DIY guy. The capacitor in my outside unit for my compressor had gone bad, I already diagnosed it with a meter and visually as it was bulging (bad sign). The one contractor who returned my call didnt seem too thrilled about just selling me a capacitor. I didnt need a tech, again I already knew my issue and knew nothing else was wrong. So logically, I didnt want to spend $150-300 for a service call (last time I was out of town in 2021 and tech charged $300 for the same issue) I knew the odds of just buying a capacitor was slim to none. That contractor was supposed to get back to me that evening after contacting their service manager about my request. Just a short time later, Mike at Masters returned my call, and immediately asked me if all I needed was a cap and what size. I told him and informed him of my diagnosis on my current one that had gone bad. He informed me that it would be about 30mins until he returned to the shop (which just happen to be close to my home aswell) but that he would happily just sell me the part I needed. I got the part I needed from Mike and got my AC up and running again. During my encounter with Mike, he never pushed for a service call, he understood I just needed/wanted ONE single part, he was super kind and friendly, especially for meeting me to help me after hours (around 8pm) my kids are happy now, I am happy. And if I ever need any hvac work done, Mike is who Im calling. He didnt have to entertain a DIY guy but he did and with a smile on his face just happy to help. If thats not customer service, then I dont know what is. And by the way, I still have not heard back from the other contractor (now Sunday 9/15 at 11am) nor have I gotten a call back from any of the others Ive contacted. But Mike has called the next morning just to check up and see if everything was good now. So a huge THANK YOU MIKE! I HIGHLY recommend Mike and Masters!

    Great company you can trust! Honest, flexible, professional, open communication and I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. I’ve done business with them three times and haven’t regretted it once! Initial setup on new home years ago, received quotes from other companies and was being played by each except for one. This company was able to upgrade inside unit to accommodate previously used outside unit and saved me a bundle for setup and I saw a difference in electric bill - which was the start of my loyalty to a business that is loyal to their customer!

    Though it took a while to have our system installed. Mike was very attentive to what we needed. John did an excellent job installing the new system, clean and with attention to detail. I would recommend MSC anytime.

    Master Service is the perfect name for this company because thats exactly what I received! From the very first visit all the way until the very last one I was never disappointed with anything ! These guys are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are talking about. They really care about their customers and they make sure the job is done correctly before ever leaving the property! I had a new AC system put in by these guys and I would absolutely recommend you use them for any of your heating and AC needs! These guys are not in it for the money...they are in it for you !! Honest, straight to the chase, reliable, professional, fair priced..you name it ..these guys are it. !Special thanks to Dan and all the guys for helping my family with our new system ! We love it !Hi ... over a year later and I am back with a follow up.. I do still believe everything I said about these guys on my first go around however .. If I am being honest ...right now Im kindof agitated .. I need a new filter and have decided to call these guys first so they can have the sale but i have called literally 4 days in a row now asking if they have the size i need in stock and have been told each and every time they need to check for it and they would call me back and they have NOT done so. Finally i said forget it and i ordered my filter off of Amazon... this was a week ago ...and i still havent received a call back..

    Matthew and the team at Master Service Company went above and beyond for our recent HVAC job. We had them work with us to install a new 2-ton HVAC system in an interior barn built out. Not only were they responsive, friendly and on time, they did an excellent job!So thankful that there are still great customer-focused companies out there like these guys. Highly recommended.

    Masters has done work on my AC system in my home several times. I have been very happy with their service. Their phone answering team are polite and informative, and their technician has been knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the most cost effective option to get things functional again. No upselling pressure.

    Very friendly and professional crew! They came out and installed our new ac when they said they would - on time! The whole installment took 4-5 hours, it was a bigger job, and the place was kept clean and picked up. The wiring and pipe work on the outside of the house and on the ac unit looks clean and orderly. Very good work! They will be the folks we call for any HVAC work.

    Master Service did the new construction HVAC install 15 years ago. The system was still operating well, but I felt it was time to get a newer unit. MSC sized the unit I needed, ordered the components and arranged the install as soon as all parts were received. Quick work by a very sharp crew that took just a little over a half day. Cleaned up the area and removed all the old material. The lead technician explained the workings of the new thermostat and how the new unit operated. These are my go-to guys that have done well by me for 15 years and for many more years ahead.

    I am so happy with Dareld, he was just awesome!! Bless you Dareld and MSCfor coming to repair our ac. I had called another ac company, but they couldnt get to us for several days, so I cant tell you how much we appreciated same day service in the worst summer ever !! MSC will be our ac company for life !! Tiffany was so helpful and returned my phone call late in the day to provide ETA for arrival. Thank you !!

    I called MSC as a 2nd quote on an A/C unit that I thought was done for (according to my 1st estimate) when Drake came out and looked it over and did some testing I found out I only needed a couple of new part and only spent $290. When I was looking at $5000+ for a whole new unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they were honest and saved me thousands!! I will do business with them always. Thank you Drake for being so professional and honest and taking good care of my needs and treating me like a loyal customer when I was a first time caller.

    We live in an area where good, reliable service is difficult to come by, and where most service providers dont like to travel to. Master Service Co. has a great asset living right here in Bolivar, Bill Minyard. Bill installed our 20K generator. He got us a fair price and did a great job getting the generator installed and hooked up. He also was able to use our existing transfer switch! We purchased a service contract for Bill to service the unit every 6 months. When you call Bill, he will return your phone call. When Bill says hell be at your house at such bad such a time, you can count on it!

    After waiting two weeks to get my heating fixed I called MSC Heating and Air. They exceeded my expectations in everyway. They called me back within minutes. I told them what my problem was. a few minute later I got a call from a tech. He arrived within the hour and immediately set about fixing the problem. All in It took MSC about three hours from my initial call to have my heat back on. I could not be more impressed by the professional way that I was treated by this company.     My system was installed when Texas was a republic. Derold found the bad part, put a new one in and after a blessing and some holy water sprinkling, I expect to get another year out of it. Office staff was great, love Derold, and we will definitely be using MSC when our system gets replaced.

    Our A/C wasnt working so we called MSC. They were able to squeeze us in SAME DAY! They arrived within about 6 hours of calling in the heat of the summer. Drake was very friendly and helpful in explaining the problem and how to fix it. He replaced the part and everything was good to go! I would highly recommend calling MSC if you have any A/C issues!

    I would personally recommend Master Service Company when it comes to A/C repair work. Their response time was very quick, their work very efficient and charges reasonable.
