    Master Air is a great AC/Heater company. My rental property had a heater part go out during one of the coldest weeks of the year and I was told it would be a week before they could get the part. Surprise to me when I got a call 2 days later that the part was in and they could install that afternoon! Very happy tenants! Thank you for great service Master Air!

    Master Air and Owen were awesome. My elderly mother just had surgery and her thermostat went out during a cold front. They were able to come out within a couple hours. Owen was knowledgeable about the situation and, more importantly, didn’t try to upsell us. He fixed the problem and was on his way in 30 minutes or so. Everyone I spoke to was more than friendly, which is a bonus!

    Master Air is the ultimate professional air conditioner and heating service. When calling for service, we were asked firsr about the nature of the problem, then an appointment was set. Appointments have always been kept within the time promised. Required service is diagnosed and repaired promptly when possible. We have had major problems with our existing systems which requiredvreplacement and research into issues such as availability of parts, equipment, etc. This happened on more than one occasion. Both times Master Air promptly returned a thorough,written estimate regarding the work. Master Air is also homeowner friendly, as the technicians are professional, yet friendly, and we always know the name of the technician who will be performing service prior to their visit. I would like to add that Master Air is up to date on new a/c and heating systems. We cant be more pleased with Master Air and will continue to call.on them.

    Our air conditioner broke down on Friday night...and we knew it was a matter of time...we reached out to Master Air on Saturday morning and explained our issue ... He came over that same night, explained the issue. We needed a new unit, which we were aware it was a matter of time 😞.... Easy process, finances and explanations..and by Monday morning we had a new unit and we slept comfortably!!! Were so happy and pleased with all his knowledge, patience and dedication he gaved us!     Great service! We called about 3:30 for our air conditioner not blowing cold. It was determined to be the fan motor. The technician ordered, picked a new one and the air was fixed by 5:45 the same day! We will definitely request services again and refer friends as well! Great job!!

    EXCELLENT service! I was a bit panicked late last night when I realized my upstairs AC wasn’t cooling since I am hosting an event at my house tonight. Called Master Air at 7:30 this morning and left a message with their very kind, professional, and helpful answering service. They called me promptly at 8am as was promised to schedule a time to come out and assess the situation. By 11am they were here and got right to work. 30 minutes later it was back up and running!! They even said they would verify that the broken part was still under warranty so I only have to pay for labor. Very satisfied customer! Will be using Master Air again.

    I have used Master Air for maintenance since my husband and I purchased our house in Pearland.I have had to have them out now twice during the summer for my A/C going out and both times they are prompt and fix the problem with in a day or so, which is a must in the heat of summer.This last time unfortunately my A/C needed to be replaced, the installers were out the next morning and we were cool by that afternoon.I trust Master Air with my A/C needs!

    I just called MasterAir Inc. due to a leak. Despite it being summer and Im sure a busy schedule, they had a guy come and look at it immediately. It turned out not to be an AC issue but a plumbing issue. Regardless, the fact that they had someone stop by so quickly was amazing. Excellent customer service both over the phone and in person.     My experience with Master Air was very good. They only replaced the AC unit. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Its been two years and all is well.     We, once again, had MasterAir out to do the fall checkup on our heating system. Weve been happy customers for 15 years. The two technicians did the check and everything was in order. They also found and reattached a duct that had been left disconnected by someone who had installed attic vents two weeks prior. Great job by Master Air, as usual.

    Called and they got back same afternoon. Arrived on time, very courteous, went and found the problem with my AC within just a few minutes. Gave clear and concise explanation on what was wrong and advised me of likelihood of successful repair v replacement. Went and fixed the issue. Price was very fair, too. They will also send a quote for replacement should I want to do so in the future. This is everything I could want out of a repair service. There is a reason they have such a high review score.     Master Air had some very honest good reviews online so I booked with them for a no cooling problem. Upon calling them, Tom greeted me in a neighborly manner and heard the issues going on with my system and got me fit into the schedule due to the heat we get here in Texas. Anthony showed up at our house and kept with the same pleasant treatment. He got to work right away for us. He explained what was going on and had a plan to get us going temporarily. We had nice cold air again.The pricing was very good and honest. He was going to research the best pricing for us for our ac blower motor. The temporary fix he did for us worked great.     An updated review from 08/2022. Master Air still has my businessThey replaced our entire system in 2017. I had to call them out to replace the original drain pipe. Scheduling wasnt an issue, the work was completed quickly and as usual the staff were professional and courteousI have been doing business with Master Air since 2001 or 02, when my AC repair man sold me an extended warranty for $500.00; pocketed the money and told me I had a warranty and since he was out of town I was told to call MA.MA had to tell me I didnt have the warranty Id paid for.They worked with me on the cost and was able to also sell me the extended warranty and fixed the issue at hand.I have not used another company since.I have replaced 2 AC Units and a Furnace through MA as well as all the in between service calls.They found financing last week when our blower went out and I was able to purchase a better AC and the Furnace with no interstate if paid within the 60 months.The AC had gone out on Wednesday, I didnt call until Friday afternoon, they had someone here in 20 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, told me my options, I called the office, they took the info, sent it to the bank, and it was installed the very next morning.I dont believe I could ask for more!The staff is always polite, respectful and prompt.I will be their customer for life.

    The technician was prompt and on time. He was competent and knew exactly how to diagnose my problem. I contacted them after being told by another major company that my system was too old and too far gone to repair. The other company wanted over 8 grand to replace the whole unit. Master Air came in and in less than thirty minutes had my system running and preforming as it should. Hard to find a company these days who are honest and hard working. Can’t thank them enough.     My builder installed AC is builder grade junk and I had an evaporator coil failure after only 3 years. Kevin from Master Air came out the day after I called and explained all of my options to me. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, including the option to do labor only with the warranty parts from the original units manufacturer. I opted to upgrade to American Standard and all the necessary work and materials needed to integrate it into our current system.Installation was early the next morning. Installers were very courteous, extremely careful and clean. For such a major project, the commotion and disruption was negligible.After installation Kevin returned to inspect the unit and answer all of my questions ( I had many). He explained everything and even drew diagrams for me. We went through the work done and I was amazed at the amount of work they did to troubleshoot and modify some other things during installation that fixed problems I had not even mentioned I had ! These were things I thought were just home design issues...but no, Master Air found a duct work problem and fixed it. I now have an upstairs that is a cool as my downstairs! They did not add anything onto the quoted price for this additional adjustment.My AC is better than ever and I am very happy with everyone at Master Air. They were all great to work with. I will absolutely use them again.

    My 20-year-old AC condenser recently stopped cooling my house in the middle of the intense July heat wave. I called Master Air on a Monday and they were able to send a technician out the same day to assess the problem. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain the problem to me in detail and answer all my questions. Due to the age of the AC condenser and the entire HVAC system, it was best to install a new HVAC system. The technician gave me a quote for a new HVAC system, and I agreed to have it installed.The new HVAC system was installed on Wednesday that same week by a very professional and courteous install crew. The new HVAC system works great! My home is now cool and comfortable again. I am very happy with the service that I received from Master Air. They were quick, professional, and knowledgeable.     Our air conditioner went out at 5:00 on a Sunday morning. Unsure what the problem was, we contacted Master Air and came out later that morning and assessed our air conditioning unit. The technician was warm and friendly and told us that we needed a new unit.They came early the next morning to install the unit. The install was quick and before we knew it we had cold air again. A technician came back to check the unit and to ensure we had no issues. Around 7:00 that evening we realized the unit would not cut off. We called and they came back to address our concerns. They took the temperature inside and outside, rechecked the unit and checked our thermostat. I truly felt they took their time to make sure everything was in working order before he left.This was our first time having to replace an AC unit and I am happy that we went with Master Air.     Ive been a Master Air customer since I purchased my home nearly 20 years ago. I have never been disappointed with their service and honesty. For my latest service call I was having issues with both up- and downstairs units. I phoned the office at 8:30 AM and was advised by Courtney that Kevin could be at my house between then and 12 pm. He was there within an hour. While I had pretty good idea that I was going to need a new upstairs unit, Kevin got my downstairs unit up and running and the installers were back out first thing the following morning to install the new unit.     I called to request someone to come look at our A/C which had stopped working- in August. The owner was at my house in less than half an hour. After trying something that could’ve been the problem, it was determined that we needed a new system. I felt like he took the time to explain to me what was going on, as well as our options for a new system. Although it was an expense we were hoping to avoid for a while, the financing terms offered were very fair and helpful.The install team was able to come the next morning! They arrived on time, and then got to work immediately. They also covered to floor where they would be walking. The complete install took less than four hours, and then they were on their way! That was yesterday and our air conditioner is sending out nice, cold air! It’s running much less than our old system needed to run to not quite maintain temperature. They don’t charge until you’re satisfied and they’re done. A very ethical, fair business.

    One zone of my downstairs A/C wasn’t working and I wasn’t sure who to call. My brother mentioned that he had kept the number for Master Air in his phone. He said that they had fixed his A/C some time ago and that they were “really good”. He was right. Anthony was the tech who came to the house and he was great. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in record time. He even helped me figure out a confusing situation with my thermostats. Nothing stresses me out worse than some problem with the A/C or with my car. The combination of inconvenience, discomfort and potential astronomical expense is no fun, and it’s even worse if you come away from the experience wondering if you got ripped off somehow. As my A/C system ages I may one day run into expensive repairs, but I won’t have to wonder who to call or whether or not I’m going to be charged for repairs that I don’t need. That is worth a lot.

    I contacted Master Air for A/C replacement because they were near my home and they carried American Standard products which I believe are the best on the market.After meeting with the VP of service at my home I was convinced that these guys knew what they were doing.He set a date for replacement and from there the whole process went like clockwork. They delivered the equipment by 7:00 and shortly after the installation crew arrived with all equipment required to do the job. Nothing was left to chance.By 1:00 my old evaporator unit was removed from the attic and the new one was set and connected. At the same time the compressor was replaced and ready to charge.     A couple of components on our furnace went out Including the blower for the AC. Of course it’s August and 100 degrees outside. Master Air was able to get a technician there within a few hours. My AC went out last Thursday and the company provided by American Home Shield (Not Master Air) told me I needed a new compressor and all new refrigerant for a cost of over a thousand dollars. These guys showed up several hours later, quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Overall they saved me several hundred dollars and a few brutally hot days with no AC.     There was a guy from another company that worked on our AC but ended up making the matter worse and costing us roughly three thousand dollars in repairs . We couldn’t get the guy back on the phone after he left, so we called Master Air the name speaks for itself. The technician went by the name Kevin. In the scorching heat Kevin repaired the added damage that was done by the first technician or whatever he calls himself. Now our house is cooling great! Master Air is a Christian based company, Kevin went above and beyond to make sure our house is cool again. I highly recommend and encourage anyone in the pearland area if there is a problem with your AC or heating systems, call Master Care they will definitely take care of you!

    This last week the drip pan of my air conditioner leaked into my hall way thru the ceiling. This was not the first time this had happened either. The air conditioner I had put in thru a different company, was less than 10 years old.So my daughter, Andrea, referred me to Master Air; a company she highly respects. Their techs were very busy but they wanted to help me right away. So the owner of the company checked my unit personally the very same day. He found my unit had been installed incorrectly. It had been hot wired in. The installation was not up to code. I was lucky my house did not burn down!Kevin had a crew out to my house within an hour and a brand new unit installed the very same day. They were very professional & friendly to conduct business with. I also got the unit at 0% interest for 5 years!!I swear by this air conditioning co. They have been a blessing to me.

    My in-laws were coming for the weekend and the upstairs AC stopped working. I called and they said someone could come today. 30 minutes later the owner showed up.     Master Air has completely replaced our air system, as well as working on my parents’ equipment. My praise for their service is as high as it can be. They are 1) honest - if it is something minor, they will fix that and not tell the customer it is something larger, 2) efficient - they are in and out of your home without wasting time and they do not drag diet from outside into your house , 3) educational - they explain exactly what is wrong, why it needs to be fixed, what they will do. Additionally they explain how you need to maintain an efficient system. I know that my personal results may not be typical, but our electric bills prior to getting a new system was $600 plus in the summer; after our new system, our bills were $200 plus in the summer.

    Called for a diagnostic/possible repair as my house wasnt cooling properly. I got very lucky with this company. Was quoted a 2 hour window of arrival.
