Had an outstanding experience with Alex. Was recommended by a friend to contact him since my AC did not work. He diagnose the issue, straight forward with the solution, and professional throughout the process.He answered every question I had and gave me good advice on the upkeep of my AC and things to consider. He fixed our AC by replacing the condenser motor and replaced the disconnect breaker.He will definitely be my AC guy going forward. My family is finally able to enjoy some cool air again.

Alex is the best! My brother had used Alex and encouraged me to give him a call for an estimate after getting an estimate from the HVAC company I had used for years that seemed high. Alex was able to save me money with my new unit and did a wonderful job scheduling and installing. He went over everything with us and was sure we understood filter requirements and thermostat setting instructions. The next morning I received my warranty paperwork in my email. I am now ready to enjoy summer from the cool comfort of my home.

Alex helped me solve several major attic cooling/heating issues in my home.He showed me how leaking supply and return ducts in the attic can reduce system efficiency by pulling in hot or cold attic air into your HVAC system. His very competitively priced repair work will make our home warmer in winter and cooler in the hotter summers. Attic supply and return ducts can break seal with very minor foundation movement. Great work Alex!

Alex took care of replacing our furnace very quickly. He was timely and did an awesome job right before the freeze. His crew is meticulously clean and removed all trash when they left. I wish i had used him before for other furnace needs. Highly recommend him for any HVAC work. Thx Alex.

I just want to say thank you so much, Alex, and this company for taking the time out to check my AC unit out at the last minute.Well, I had to get a brand new unit!! Alex told me what I had to do to get financing, and the next day or two, he was coming out to install it for me, and the customer service was amazing.He told me about my ducts that needed to be replaced, and he helped me with that also and a new thermostat and where to get it, and he installed it once it came in as well. They checked every vent in the house. Nothing was left untouched.This company went above and beyond what I called great services, and they cared.If you want great service, please let me tell you something, and you will NOT be disappointed 😉 😀.I am a very happy and satisfied customer 😊.I have referred his company to others as well, and they have used this company as well and thank me for referring this company.Thanks again!!!!

M.A.S.S. Air & Heating is the company you can rely on. Alex Sanchez, the owner, is a man of integrity and knows his profession very well.I was very impressed with the service I got from this company. I got a very good price on a new air conditioning system, the installation was done in a very timely manner and they showed up when they said they would and finished right about when they expected. It was done very professionally and I hardly knew they were here. There was no mess left for me to clean up and I am very happy with my system. The customer service is very good, if you have any follow up questions the owner is quick to respond and get back with you. I will always use this company for my air conditioning and heating needs.
