Adrian came out promptly to attend to our HVAC. Outside fan wasn’t working. He confirmed the unit was still under warranty & then went to pick up the motor. He was quick, honest, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use him again.

I highly recommend Masons HVAC and Remodel Service for all interior and exterior remodel and home improvements.Masons is simply the best!We were just going to replace siding on one side of the house. Adrian and his team did such a fantastic job, that we had him replace all of the siding.That has turned into many more (much needed) improvements, that are on- going. Adrian and his guys at Mason’s have installed and maintain several HVAC Systems at my church. He does what he says he will do. He is very responsive getting me quotes and delivering working Systems on time. The systems work as designed and have proven to be a good value to our non profit. Adrian works well with myself and others at the church, he is trustworthy and polite. Today he service my home unit and it’s cooling well. He also went out of his way repairing a special needs member A/C today by identifying an electrical problem and getting the unit working on this hot 105 degree day. I highly recommend Adrian.

Our AC was acting crazy. Adrian came out, carefully looked it over, diagnosed it, and promptly fixed it. I have an older AC, and I was worried that a repair company might pressure me to get a new one. Adrian did not do that. Instead, he showed me exactly what he found and repaired, and explained how to keep my system running well. No pressure! He was polite, professional and respectful to me and to my property. I cant say enough good things about Adrian Benites and his crew at Masons HVAC & Remodel Services. Good guys, quality work, reasonable prices, and ensures satisfaction with every job. I contacted Adrian to take care of numerous projects over the past year and each time he surpassed my expectations. I have no desire or need to hire anyone else. From window installation, to bathroom remodel, to roofing, to plumbing, to simple things like ceiling fans, hes the guy! In my opinion, the best in Austin. Very highly recommended. When my AC went out a family member contacted Adrian of Mason’s AC and Heating. He called immediately even though it was late in the evening and came out to check the unit early the next morning. He had to have the necessary part ordered and when it came in he came straight to my home to install it. It was labor intensive, working in a home registering 95 degrees. He worked tirelessly to restore my air and did so at a very fair, competitive price. Adrian is dedicated to serving his customers and providing a professional result. He is a real pro and choosing him to service your AC/Heating will be a decision you will not regret.

Adrian is awesome! After getting totally ripped off by a plumbing company when our hot water heater went out last month, I was really nervous when our furnace started leaking inside the house!I called Adrian pretty late, we were suppose to head out of town first thing the next morning. He was there around 9, he was straight forward, honest, and efficient. He even did some simple checks on the AC to make sure it was performing well. It wound up being as simple as a clogged drain line and he took care of that no problem!It really feels great knowing you have someone honest to call when something happens and you just need a helping hand. Our AC went out at 11 PM! Who do you call at that time of the night? I was definitely panicking but then remembered a friend who could possibly help. We went with out AC for one very warm night. At 7 AM I was on the phone to our friend and he highly recommend Adrian Benitez as highly capable, very professional and very affordable. Even though he had a full schedule, Adrian came at 7 PM and repaired our AC! He explained what needed to be done, what parts he had in stock in his business truck, and what the cost would be. Update: I read more reviews, and I also found Masons to be unresponsive to my calls and text. I had a part replaced that has been leaking since installation. Other companies are extremely busy, and I dont know when it will be fixed or what damage it is doing to my walls.I appreciate the quick service of the guys with Masons HVAC. My furnace was replaced in a day, and my home is comfortable again.

My AC went out Thursday night before a day forecast to hit 103. Mr Benites managed to add me to an already busy day. He not only insured warranty information was input so the expensive part that had to be replaced was covered but also drove across town on a Friday afternoon to pick it up so he could complete the repair that day.I will call his company again if I ever need AC/heating services and will recommend him to my friends. I noticed the company also offers remodeling services, and I intend to obtain quotes for work I need done. It’s not often you find a company you really trust, and I intend to do more business with this one.

My a/c went out last night. Figured, th no big deal, WRONG. Called popular companies that spend all that money on advertising.,,, CRICKETS!! Then called a friend and he told me to call Adrian. He answered immediately! He was at my house within 2 hrs. Addressed the problem gave me a quote and wala! DONE! Im in sales, I know how important customer service is. Adrian provided that great old fashion customer service that big companies are forgetting thats how they got started. If you need an a/c man, dont waste your time and call ADRIAN !
