Noticed that our AC wasnt cooling like it should have been Sunday afternoon. Setup an appointment online with Malek Heating & Air Monday morning and they had a technician out and our problem resolved by end of day. Really appreciated that the technician was in good spirits even though he was working into the evening hours. Fair price, professional and efficient work. Everybody slept great the next night.

We recently purchased the annual maintenance agreement with Malek. And it came time to check the furnace before the cold weather arrived. Michael K. came to do the inspection. He found that our system was not performing correctly and proposed options to get the system working properly. He was professional and knowledgeable and did not push us to make a hasty decision. Within a couple of weeks, equipment was ordered and the repair was scheduled. The installers arrived when scheduled and cleaned the duct work, replaced parts, & installed an ionization system. Michael K. and his team at Malek provided awesome customer service, were very courteous, and attentive to detail. They addressed questions and concerns and now we are ready for the another Texas winter.

We have been customers for over 3 years. Each year we have preventative maintenance inspections. This year, the technician advised that our A/C unit was not performing as efficiently as it should. We had anticipated that the unit would need to be replaced in the near future so an appointment with a comfort care representative was scheduled to discuss our options. He was professional and knowledgeable and did not push us to make a hasty decision. Within a week, equipment was ordered and the install was scheduled. The installers arrived when scheduled and replaced duct work and the unit in one day. Jonathan and his team at Malek have always addressed our concerns and provided excellent care.

Mike Krause with Malek Heating & Air came out in an emergency call when my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air in the June heat. Mike Krause was not only knowledgeable and efficient with his work, but was also patient when explaining diagnosis and options that would fix the issue. The best part, when options were presented to me, Mike was not trying to aggressively make a sale like other A/C company techs. He gave me options, and allowed me, the customer, to make the decision without hassle. Much respect for Mike Krause.

Daniel was on-time, professional, considerate and very through in explaining the process. He took his time assessing the AC system and performing the regular maintenance. He - patiently - answered all my questions and I especially appreciated his clear communication and advance notice before showing up. He also provided me with different estimates for potential repairs/cleaning which was much appreciated. I paid the flat diagnosis-fee that what I was quoted for by the company before his arrival.
