    Called on a Sunday to see if I schedule an appointment to have my thermostat check. Was pleasantly surprised that Steve was able to come out within a couple of hours. Received news that thermostat didn’t have to be replaced. 😀 Steve was very nice and professional and very willing to answer all my questions. Will definitely be calling Mak Comfort in the future.

    My new AC started to not cool the house. It’s hot and every company is busy but Steven was at my house immediately and solved the problem and it was covered under my warranty/maintenance agreement. He had both units purring within an hour. The culprit was a snake wrapped around the motor To the condenser outside. I will continue using this new business as they pride themselves on Professionalism.

    If I could give more than five stars for this company I definitely would. Being a contractor myself, I know how important customer service is and Steven went beyond expectations. I had an issue with a customer’s AC line that needed to be fixed ASAP and he was at the property within a few hours and had everything fixed right after. . Wonderful customer service, reasonable price, and small family owned company which I love. I will definitely share his contact with anyone in need of AC services! Well factory warranty covers it, but was told it was 4 to 5 week wait time. Steven searched high and low and got us back up and going in 3 days. Great customer service!

Steven and his crew needed to replace one of our units as it was very old and no longer working properly. They were extremely professional and worked very quickly to replace the entire unit, inside and outside of our home. When it comes time to replace our second AC unit, MAK comfort will be the ones we call for the job. Until then, they will continue servicing our existing units, as needed.
