My wife and I recently purchased a home in Montgomery TX. While the existing A/C and furnace were functioning, they had reached the end of their projected life expectancy. Lowe A/C and heating were recommended highly, and we set up an appointment for an evaluation and bid. The owner Sean personally came out and took his time to evaluate the situation. I had a concern that the existing unit did not have adequate return air duct work and that the ceiling mounted filters were difficult to access. Sean patiently listened to my concerns and came up with a very practical solution for both. Later on that afternoon, Sean submitted a comprehensive estimate which included an additional supply duct and much better filter system which is accessible from the attic. Seans bid included American Standard equipment which I have very high regard for, and I felt very good about accepting his estimate. Approximately a week later on the day of the installation, Seans installation team arrive and quietly go about carefully removing the old existing unit. Sean arrives shortly after with the new equipment. Seans team did an excellent job in all aspects of the installation, and I could not be any happier. I highly recommend Lowe A/C and Heating.

I recently had to call for air conditioning service, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The technician who came to my home was very knowledgeable and efficient and friendly, and came highly rated from a friend. Even though I called Sean late around 930 at night he worked with me on the phone to discuss options. He got ready and was at my house within 30 minutes and had diagnosed our issue very quickly. What I appreciated the most was his transparency for pricing, and he took the time to explain everything to me, including answering any and all of my questions. I was very fortunate that he is organized enough to carry the needed parts. I knew I could save money by waiting for normal business hours, however, I would make the decision again, 1000 times over, to have him come promptly at an added cost which was reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this air conditioning service to any one in need of quick and reliable repairs.Also, I feel it is important to state that I tried many of the DIY troubleshooting guides, before contacting Sean, and he was more than patient and understanding reviewing the steps I took before he even came out to the house. If I could do it over again I would save time and call sooner.Thanks Sean!

I had a whole system installation after my previous outdated one went out on me. Sean was quick, removed the old duck work & system to install the upgraded units. The new one is more efficient system with an added air purifier and smart thermostat. I love being able to monitor & control my ac from anywhere. He finished the job done fast & was very professional. He even hauled away the old unit & all of the trash. I trust Lowe AC to keep my machine running smooth year after year.

From the first time 4 years ago when I met Sean I knew he was authentic! We have a 20 year old A/C unit downstairs that he has helped maintain & kept running properly for years, without the pressure of a sales pitch on buying a newer unit. Additionally, he has graciously provided us with an estimate every time we have broached the subject again of replacing the unit. We also had the privilege of him installing a whole new system + ductwork for our upstairs, it was completely professional & timely from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the specs provided for the heat loads pertaining to our house. I know I wont have a second thought on who to call when our downstairs unit finally kicks the bucket...Leading me to routinely provide & pass on his information to neighbors, friends and using his services at my place of work. Which are followed up by a thank you for the referral and were so glad we used Lowes A/C & Heating! I myself worked for an A/C company in Dallas and know the inner workings of the business, when I say Sean is rare in his integrity in this business I fully mean it. I truly appreciate that I can trust what he is telling me is actually the scenario!

We moved into an older, two story, home that had a huge difference in the temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. A couple of other companies looked at it proposed some very complicated and expensive solutions. Sean, the owner of the company, looked at our problem and came up with a way for us to get it solved, properly, at a much lower cost. He told us that the he could also do it the same way that the other companies suggested and it would work but it was overly complex and would be more expensive to maintain in the long run. Sean had an opportunity to make more money on out job but he chose to do what was best for us. Integrity like his is, sadly, increasingly rare in the service world. I have used Sean ever since and refer him at every opportunity I have and the result has always been the same. He is honest and does his work with excellence.

What else is there to say but this company was by far the best option out of the others that I got quotes from. the price was more than reasonable the service was outstanding and the quality is by far better than many of the others Ive seen install the same equipment in my neighborhood. I had scheduled with another company and they call at the last minute and cancelled so to weather. I found and called Lowe AC. They answered the phone promptly, agreed to come out and worked me in same day. They diagnose the problem quickly and repaired it quickly and even called the next day to check and see how things were! I would definitely recommend them!
