    For 13 yrs, we waited for our upstairs unit to die, and finally it did. On the hottest summer days, it ran 24hrs and never cooled upstairs lower than 84. Called Brad to take a look, in addition to a new unit, he reworked our intakes and returns, and now on the hottest days we run the unit up to 15 hrs and stay below 73 at all times. His crew did amazing work, protected the landscape, cut holes in our ceiling, installed the new returns, you would never know they were here. He moved the filters to the unit, and now our house is CRAZY quiet. There are very few purchases of this size that I am happy with, I and my kids who live up there are thrilled!!! -Todd P.

    We had one of our a/c units go out the night before temps were going to hit triple digits once again. We called Lovejoy HVAC and they were able to get out within a couple of hours.     Lovejoy HVAC did a great job. They were prompt, and fixed our AC quickly. AC repairs can be costly and some businesses might take advantage of that but not Lovejoy HVAC. They made sure to only replace the part that was needed and got our home cooling down quickly in this crazy Texas heat. If you want HVAC company you can trust I 100% recommend Lovejoy HVAC.

    I recommend using Lovejoy HVAC. Brad and the team are great. I was initially referred to him by a fellow ex-HVAC technician who had firsthand knowledge of his ability to solve tough problems. He worked hard to try and fix it with the least cost possible but had our back up plan in place in case the initial fix didnt solve the entire problem.     They replaced our 20 year year old heat pump and air handler in May 2020. The installation went smoothly; the crew was quick and professional. The system quit working 4 hours later at 9:00pm. I called Brad, he came right over and discovered a blown fuse in a line between the air handler controller and wall thermostat. He replaced it and the system has worked flawlessly ever since. Our electric bill is significantly lower and the house is much more comfortable. I recommended this company to a friend in Allen and he is equally happy with the price and performance of his system as well. I waited to post this on purpose to verify the quality of the hardware and service. 5 stars on both.

    The great reputation of this business is well-earned as I experienced firsthand today. Had a unit running but not cooling overnight (which ended up being the result of a bad capacitor needing replacement) and called Lovejoy HVAC just after 7am this morning at the recommendation of another customer (neighbor) and provided pertinent information to them about the problem I was experiencing. Despite the fact that this is one of the busiest times of the year for HVAC companies and supplies can be difficult for them to obtain, I received a return call from them within about 90 minutes, a visit and repair service about 30 minutes later, and the repair job was completed by mid-morning. As they say, your results may vary and Im grateful that it wasnt something more severe and time-consuming (a bad fan motor or motherboard, or an entire condensing unit or coil needing to be ordered and replaced, etc.) but I would highly recommend this company because of their responsiveness, professional and courteous service, and straightforward approach to diagnosing and addressing ONLY what needs to be repaired or replaced, and being able to make the repair quickly even if a part is need (which in my case, was already on their truck - again, despite supply shortages). Ive done business with many HVAC companies over the years and Im pretty impressed with this one.
