    The guy that completed my AHS service name is Joel. Great guy and really knowledgeable at his craft! He found the culprit (a Scorpion 🦂) that caused the compositor in my system to burn out.He had us up and running in no time and even checked the whole system to make sure we were ready for the rest of the summer. Great job and would definitely recommend!

    Eric Slobodzian was amazing! He fixed our furnace and was extremely knowledgeable! The temps were so cold over the last week and he was able to come out within 24hours and fix it in less than an hour! Amazing service highly recommend Eric.

    AMAZING!! Professional and knowledgeable! Eric Slobodzain, explained what he was doing, what needs to happen and how the company will go about the paperwork and repair. Eric took his time. He did a thorough assessment and was able to articulate to me in layman terms what was going on with my AC unit, what the was problem, why I was experiencing a freezing unit and gave me professional diagnosis not an opinion (picture proof of the Freon leak)and then the best route to take to fix my AC unit.

    Bruce stuck with us when others have or would have bailed. Our gas furnace had a problem, but so did the gas supply, which requires two contractors not working together. He had to do more work than if the gas was working properly and checked up on us because freezing temps were coming. Good work and good people. Highly recommend.

    I had the pleasure of having Eric from Lonestar Mechanical LLC service the air-conditioning unit at my rental property recently. He arrived in the late morning and quickly identified a series of problems caused by the previous air-conditioning company. Eric meticulously replaced all the PVC condensation lines, and both the primary and secondary in-line float switches, which were defective. He rewired the switches and cleaned up the previous faulty wiring with great care.Eric went above and beyond by retrieving the correct parts from the parts store and returning swiftly to complete the repairs. He also took the time to call me and provide detailed pictures of the before and after, ensuring transparency and clarity about the necessary repairs.I have always trusted Lonestar Mechanical for my air-conditioning needs, whether it’s for repairs or new unit installations. Eric exemplifies their trustworthy, honest, and hard-working approach. I highly recommend Lonestar Mechanical LLC for their outstanding service and dedication.

    Easy 5 stars. Not only were they extremely quick and responsive, but both technicians (The one who initially diagnosed the issue, and the one who came back later to do the repair) were on time, extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. On top of that, the owner himself touched base with us multiple times, and even went out of his way to track down the needed part sooner with a day of phone calls because it was originally out of stock and there was a big cold front coming. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again if needed.

    First I would like to say this company Lonestar Mechanical Services is by far on a different level in professionalism as number #1 , they arrive when they say and are very upfront addressing the issue at hand and and listen to the custom . I had the pleasure of meeting Bruce and this gentleman know his stuff he was able to repair our A/C and Heating problems and at NO time he was trying to over sell us on any parts or services like other companies have tried to do in the past.     Lonestar Mechanical Services provided amazing prompt services when my heat went out. From my initial contact with Bruce & Joel they were so professional. On the day of service we had a minor setback that required a part to be ordered, but they stayed in contact with me & as soon as the part came in they got me scheduled as soon as possible. When the day came to install the new part Joel & Edward had some minor issues so they had to contact Bruce to do some additional troubleshooting. Long story short Bruce got everything cleared up & now I have heat & it feels amazing. I want to thank Lonestar Mechanical Services for doing such an amazing job & being such true professionals. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

    Our blower went out in our furnace, and we thought we were going to have to wait days for someone to come out and fix it. However they were able to send someone out the next day which was Joel Navejas. He made sure we know his eta, was on time, very professional and kind. Walked my husband through what he was going to do and was looking at. Went to pick up the part we needed, put it in in a timely manner and made sure everything was working to our standards before he left. We are very happy and grateful and satisfied with the work he did. Thank you Joel!

    Let me said that I don’t give review but this time I had too. During the cold days las week my heater unit went out and my insurance company sent a company which where unprofessional and couldn’t fix my unit. The second company Lonestar Mechanical Service came in and the owner was more than helpful. Bruce stayed with me in the phone trying to explore everything about my unit. Next day Joel came in on time and did an excellent job on fixing my unit in spite of the cold weather. I highly recommend Lonestar Mechanical Service they are very professional and most of all they care about they clients. Thank you Mr. Bruce and Joel!

    I’ve used the services of Lonestar Mechanics multiple times. This was my first time using their service at my personal property.Joel was communicative prior to arrival, showed up friendly and took care upon entering and getting to work to figure out the issue with my heater.Joel identified the issue and explained what had to happen to resolve in easy to understand terms for a novice like me.Joel made the fix, and them gave me a summary and showed me what the damaged piece looked like compared to a new piece as reassurance that the issue was fixed.Since Joel left the job, we have had working heat for over a week with no recurring issues.Thanks to Joel and the Lonestar team, yall are fantastic. Can’t recommmend enough.I have had extremely poor experience in the past with HVAC companies trying to just sell me new units. When I first worked with Lonestar, they took the time to identify issues, explain the issues and give me options. I will never use another HVAC company so long as these guys are in business.

    After 6 visits by “installation specialists” from a business chosen by our home warranty company, we had had enough. The team from Lonestar Mechanical Services tore out all of the previous work and re-installed 3 AC units to perfection.     These guys are willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied! They are the perfect combination of professional and personable! I have a home warranty that uses specific contractors. American Home Shield assigned these guys for our downstairs unit, but assigned a different one when our upstairs units blow motor went out. I had such a pleasant experience with them the first go around, that I called AHS to request that Lonestar also handle our upstairs unit. I will not work with another company when it comes to our units! I am loyal for life!!!!!

    My Review for Lonestar Mechanical Services:I’ve had Lonestar Mechanical Services assigned to handle repairs through American Home Shield on three occasions, but this is my first time providing a review. From the start, I was impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail, something I hadn’t experienced with other AC contractors.During this recent repair, Joel from Lonestar Mechanical went above and beyond. He provided a courtesy text message with his ETA and a link to track his location as he made his way to my rental property. Upon arrival, he conducted a comprehensive inspection and identified a burnt-out motor on the condenser unit.After replacing the motor, Joel noticed a problem with the fan blade. Despite the necessary part not being in stock locally, Joel didn’t hesitate. He drove to Waco to retrieve the fan and returned promptly to complete the job on the same day.The level of customer service and commitment demonstrated by Joel and Lonestar Mechanical Services is truly remarkable. They are absolute rockstars in my book, and I won’t hesitate to call on them for any future mechanical needs. Highly recommended!

    If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. These are good people, running an honest business.Lonestar came out to provide a second opinion for AHS after they originally sent a contractor that was clearly trying to overcharge us. For reference, the motor in the unit had blown and the other provider had indicated it was due to capacity issues (on a 12 year old unit!) and quoted a $7k bill for a new damper/motor. The team at Lonestar saw straight through what was going on and came out to fix the real issue, the motor, AT COST.Beyond the honesty, the team is very friendly and clearly care about their customers. We will only be calling them going forward, and I would hope everyone else does the same!

    If i could give this company a rating it will be A++++ they are so efficiant so knowledgable they diagnose the issue and resolve it the first time and they do exceptional service. The tech and the owner Mr Bruce go beyond in exceeding customer service.I recommend this company to anyone. You would be very happy with the result my AC is working great now downstairs .I was not getting enough cold air nor any heat downstairs i called two other companies and non of them fixed the issue but Lonestar Mechanical did.The owner came even with a sick child fixed the ac motor for one of the the two zoning system.The owner also fixed one of the vent foam cuts and put vent tape and vent cement on top of the area that was cut for electric lines for light below without extra charge since i had asked if they could fix that i was going to pay him for the tape if he had some and do the work myself.He was very professional hard worker and he has been doing AC for over 20 years.Kuddos to Lone star Mechanical and my appreciation and thanks to Mr Bruce and his tech.God blessBest RegardsHalima 🌈🙏🙏🌈😀👍👍

    Bruce was my service tech. He did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Lonestar mechanical services.I had a very unique system, a Lennox communicating system. My problem could not be solved by two prior contractors and three months worth of a downed unit. Lonestar mechanical worked through the issue with me and saved me thousands of dollars on my one 5-ton unit.He explained a lot of the process because I was curious why two other contractors could not solve the problem. He was honest, and he spoke plainly for me to understand.In today’s day and age, customer service is very hard to come by Bruce with Lonestar mechanical got 100%.Thank you, Bruce.

    I have a home warranty and it is always luck of the draw with which company will come service my AC when I call it in. But this time I hit the lottery with Lonestar Mechanical Services. They responded with 24 hours of the service request and were on site diagnosing the problem. The technician was great and fixed the problem right away for the warranty. There was an additional issue not covered and after talking with the owner he gave me an outstanding offer to take care of the problem now rather than wait for it to break so the warranty could cover it. I will request their company ever time on the warranty service and call them for anything else I need. You cant go wrong with them.

He educated me on what was causing the leakage and when to know it’s problematic. Then they assisted me with choosing a better and more efficient system. When all equipment arrived 2 technicians installed the system in one day which involved the AC compressor, coil unit and heater. I am very pleased with their service and definitely recommend them.

    Bruce the service manager was kind, timely and professional. My partner and I had no AC for a few days due to blower failing. It felt miserable inside.     I would definitely recommend Lonestar for Hvac needs. Bruce is very responsive, he keeps you updated, and wants to ensure your needs are met in a timely manner. The part was supposed to be here on a certain day, Bruce called me to advice me he still had no tracking number for the part by American shield I just happen to work for FedEx & immediately got on the phone tracked it (I had same issue mind you) however by the time I was able to track it, Bruce had already found the information out. They were supposed to deliver the part, but had part on hold for pick up, Bruce went & personally picked the part up. Joel (technician) was great with communicating Eta. Definitely 5 star service.

    Honestly I didn’t want to give a 5 star review because Bruce and his crew might get too busy when I need them again. But the level of service they provided fast far beyond expectations. He walked me through trouble shooting over the phone to ensure that there was an issue with the ice machine at our location. I was actually able to diagnose and fix the small issues. But once we troubleshooted a larger issue he made a personal visit to diagnose first hand and then came back to do an extensive repair in a timely matter. As great as he is please don’t keep him too busy as I may need him back for other equipment!

    Lonestar Mechanical showed up on time and the Tecnician found the issue but could not get the condenser to cut on and needed to have their heat pump expert come out the next day.
