I highly recommend Liberty. The technicians came out to our property multiple times to troubleshoot an intermittently malfunctioning furnace.Turns out the gas valve in our HVAC unit needed to be replaced. Two other vendors had attempted repairs, but Liberty was the one to solve it. Im grateful.Ill be using them again in the future, and I wouldnt hesitate to refer them to others.

Ive hired Liberty Air and Heat a few times now: Once to replace a dead furnace, and the other times were for A/C tune ups and a capacitor replacement.All three times they were extremely quick to show up (and on time too), and efficient in completing the work. In addition, theyre upfront and extremely fair with their prices which is rare nowadays.They are my go to for HVAC services in the area and I highly recommend them to everybody.

Very happy with our new A/C! The company was prompt responding to our questions, gave us several options with enough information for us to choose what works best for us. The crew that came out was courteous and professional. They took care to do everything right and cleaned up after themselves once the work was done. My A/C went during Memorial Day weekend 2 years ago. I called Liberty Air & Heat after being referred by a friend. You would think there was no chance of getting someone out during the holiday weekend, but I called and Albert put me on his list for that day. He came out and got me back up and cooling. We talked about a new complete system and the very next day, he and his team were installing a new system. They are truly amazing. They are professionals and treat you with care and respect. They take the time out to explain everything. Their tech is at my home every 6 months to perform maintenance. I highly recommend them as your HVAC company. You will not be disappointed.

People were very easy to work with. Came out and fixed an immediate problem with a backed up pipe on the ac because it was running too hard. Helped diagnose the issue, give good recommendations and install. Showed up on time, professional when installing and explained what was done and how to maintain.As a baseline, my room is cool and the ac isnt constantly running. Thats a win in my book.

I called Liberty Air, left a message, they promptly returned my call and sat up my appointment. Nick was the tech, right on time, very personable, friendly professional and very knowledgeable about our unit. Nick was able to assess the problem and went right on to fix and restored our Unit Back to Life again!!! Nick has great customer service skills and knowledge of his profession. Nick is a blessing. I have been using the Liberty Air & heat since they establish their company. Albert & his team are very professional and dependent. My home uses three AC and heat units and Albert has repaired/maintained and replaced two of our units. Cheslie & Carmen have provided great scheduling and other logistical supports. Nick (other technician) came in today while Albert was on vacation and trouble shoot our heater and found out the root cause very quickly. He called Cheslie & found a new compatible control unit right away. Anyway, Nick went out & got the control unit & replaced it very quickly. I am very satisfied with their outstanding & honest services and recommend this company if you are looking for an honest & professional work.

Albert and his team at Liberty Air and Heat are absolutely the best of the best! They were referred by a trusted friend in 2019. Our builder grade HVAC system was getting to the end of its life cycle and we wanted to replace it with a no worries energy efficient system. Albert submitted a very competitive bid. His installation team did a great job with little disruption.4+ years later, they are routinely checking our system to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently. The best HVAC customer service I have ever encountered! I have recommended them to all my friends!

On a hot and humid Saturday afternoon my 17 year old AC system finally gave up the ghost. My son who had previously used Liberty Air texted them to see if they even serviced Farmers Branch. They offered to come that evening, but we had already taken rooms at a nearby hotel so we asked for a Monday meeting, hoping that they could help us then. They offered to try and fix it but we had already decided that it was time to replace this inefficient Freon using system. They gave me a very fair estimate of the cost of replacing the entire AC and furnace unit. They did not try and upsell me anything and I felt that they very much had our situation at heart. They stayed all day (even in the attic ) so that we had blessed cool by that evening. You can’t go wrong using Liberty Air if you want a company who is prompt and trustworthy and leaves absolutely no mess when they leave.

Thats been over two years ago, and now most all our hvac and mechanical work is first bid out to Albert and his folks at Liberty. Their timeliness and efficiency in getting to our projects within a short time frame, providing us immediate feedback on reasonable options to pursue, and handling the work just as quickly ensure were always keeping our properties operating and our tenancy happy. I now have started using Liberty for our residential needs as well. And competitive, but reasonable charges. Either way, weve been covered, and now most all our work goes to them.

Liberty Air & Heat have a customer for life. They were amazing!!! Our 2nd (upstairs) AC unit had gone out on a Sunday morning; in this Texas Summer Heat our upstairs reached to 94 degrees. We were HIGHLY referred by family members that recently had brand new AC units installed in their homes earlier in the year. I reached out to Albert bright and early Monday morning, as well as the main office and the whole staff was courteous, professional, and replied quickly. They were at our house by lunch time on Monday and had our AC unit up and running in less than hour. They were fair and honest and didn’t try to sell anything I didn’t need. I cannot recommend Liberty enough. They are the absolute BEST around. Highly, highly recommend and they not only have me as a customer for my AC needs they have my entire family.

After their inspection and giving us our options, we decided to go ahead and replace our entire system. No pushy sales, just honesty about what are options were and their professional recommendations. They were able to get the ball rolling quickly and were always responsive throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with from front office to crew was super professional and their installation team did a fantastic job getting our system up and running. Liberty Air installed all new system on my new house (5,200 sq ft) 3 AC units were installed on time and all my questions were answered. We had to do adjustments .. but they were just one call away, and their staff was here fixing them up. Now everything is working flawlessly!! Thank you Albert!!

Cheslie and Scott worked with my schedule to get a tech out as soon as possible, which was imparitive with how cold it was when my heater went out. Albert and Elijah (the techs) not only fixed my problem but also explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. Since they did such an amazing job at my house they were my go to when we were having heating issues at my office. I sent an inquiry after hours last night and Elijah was at my office shortly after 8:00am today. If its 20 degrees or 110 degrees outside LIBERTY is the company to call.

Retrieved the name of this company off of my local Facebook following and was in the biggest bind. They were very helpful and gave me a timeframe they would be here. They were totally accurate. Albert was so nice and supportive of the issues I was having and the urgency in which the repair required. It was fixed before I went home that night and in the morning the leasing trailer was cool and ready to greet all the visitors we had that day for a big event. I cant possibly be more pleased and now that I know they have a multitude of services they provide, we will be arranging for them to become a vendor for our company to service all of our properties in the area.

What can I say! I had 2 vent cleaning companies and 2 other HVAC companies come out and just advise to replace the vents. Albert and Chesney were able to provide a creative, knowledgeable, and alternative, longer term solution which actually fixed the problem instead of just a bandaid. It came out Less expensive than the bandaid vent replacement and with better air quality. Beat the timeline as well. Highly recommend and will refer!

This review is long over due. After being without A/C for two months enough was enough. Of course we contacted several companies for free estimates, and concluded we where about to spend 8K-9K for complete heating,and A/C replacement(minus new duct work). A family friend said just give Liberty a shot. Thank You Jesus! First Scot set up an appointment with Albert to do an estimate and evaluation. Cheslie sent the estimate,and scheduled the install. Let me forewarn you that after Albert leaves you, you will not hear from him again. No worries because he has left you in GREAT hands.The crew arrived on the day of Dallas worst predicted storm.They got to work. Initially the crew consisted of three. Upon completion a total of six completed the job on time, during a severe thunderstorm, an cleaned up after completion. Cheslie called several times for follow up. Scot, and Albert made subsequent follow up calls too. I am reluctant to say this, but they replaced all my duct work,and still came in 2k cheaper than the lowest price estimate I received!!! Want to ask me questions ? Ask Cheslie to give you my personal phone number (Kerry Walls) then call me. Did I mention they even took the time to program my thermostat to my cell phone? When you provide this caliber of service you dont need fancy commercials just word of mouth.

Albert and Carlos were both great and saved us from the Texas heat twice in one week. Carlos came over early Saturday morning to fix our AC. Greatly appreciated!
