I called this morning for a quote on a new coil. Gustavo said someone would be by between one and three. Gustavo showed up at one oclock. He went over all my options from fixing to replacing. I didnt feel pressured or pushed in any direction. After he left and I talked with my spouse about which option to go with, I contacted Gustavo and he sent his guys out same day. We had some unknown drain issues that they also fixed. His guys worked until 8:45pm and our unit was working perfectly. Everyone that I was in contact with was professional, courteous, and kind. I would 100% recommend this company.

Great Service, after looking around and getting prices from other companies, we decide to go with Lexanys since there price was unbeatable. I was skeptical at first on the price, thinking it will go up after estimate, but they were up front and honest and keep the price the same as quoted. Gustavo was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It was a little conflict in scheduling but all worked out. The installation team removed all remains of our old system, and installed the new system efficiently. We are VERY pleased with our experience and recommend this company highly.

I used Lexanys for replacement of an old, failing heatpump with a new Goodman system and couldnt be happier with the results. I got quotes from 5 competitors, but none of them could match Lexanys price. When I considered their price, great reviews, and a referral from a relative who used them for similar work and had a good experience, it was an easy decision to go with them.Gustavo was great to work with - he was always responsive, courteous, and professional. There were a few small issues encountered during the installation, but I think that should always be expected with this type of work. What makes the difference is how the issues are handled. Lexanys did a great job of addressing each of my concerns and worked diligently to ensure that all issues were addressed to my satisfaction. When the work was done, everything was left clean and tidy. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anybody!

We got our AC and Heater replaced. The folks from Lexanys completed the work on time! They gave the best deal out of all the companies that I was considering, and did a very professional job with the installations. They were very helpful in answering any questions that we had regarding the installation, and provided great recommendations for our units. They also accommodated last minutes requests for changes. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to install a new AC.

Lexany’s Heating and AC did an excellent with my AC system installation. They were able to come the next day and they arrived on time. The quality of the installation was excellent. They replaced all external hoses, cutoff box, and fittings with high quality replacements. The rest was very well done. The new HVAC system works great. Cleanup was perfect. My only complaint was they charged $250 to remove my standard size attic ladder and another $250 for a new pad. I think those charges were to high and were added after the original cost estimate. Other than that, they did an outstanding job with my installation.

I accepted his solution and by the following Friday he and his team had finished installing two new A/C systems for me. They were friendly, efficient, and answered any questions I had. I would defiantly recommend this company for anyone having heating or ac issues. I was able to get an appointment the same day ! Within two days I was able to get a whole new unit replaced in my house. With having small kids I was worried about my heater not working. From the initial call, to a week after installation, communication had been ongoing, friendly, and professional. I was readily provided a quote for a new HVAC system the same evening I called. Next day, Gustavo followed up by calling me and asking me if I had any additional questions or concerns. He never pressured me into anything; he just wanted to make sure I had all the necessary information for such an investment. I waited a few more days to make my decision. He promptly replied to all my text messages in the meantime. Once we set the date for the installation, he accommodated the day I wanted the job to be done. On the day of installation, Gustavos crew was punctual and they were very polite and professional throughout the installation process. They answered all my questions once the installation was done. I was guided through the final check up to see that everything was working properly. I was a bit anxious of replacing an old, but working HVAC system. But after a few days of using my new system, I was so glad that I found Lexanys to do the job because the system runs wonderfully. I was contacted several times after installation to check up on me and to see how the system was running. Everything perfect so far, and I know it will remain like that. Lexanys bring customer service to a whole different level. I have never had a company so concerned about my investment as Lexanys. I know they care about their clients and that they offer quality workmanship and awesome customer service at a great price. I only wish I had found Lexanys earlier. They gave me a great price on a new HVAC system install, came on time, kept things clean and pleasant and they were fast. Everything was done in 1 day! They installers let me know what they were doing step by step and they got everything done as promised. I could tell they had complete knowledge of their profession and it gave me confidence that I didn’t have with previous installers. My furnace went out in the dead of summer and I was without cool air for two days. I got the name of Lexanys from a friend whod used them before. I was told that their pricing and service couldnt be beat. I talked to Eduardo on the phone. He asked a lot of questions and gave me several options on how to fix my system. I ended up electing to get my entire furnace replaced. His guys also added new duct work and reopened two returns that had previously been closed.Even with all that work, they were AT LEAST half the price of the other three companies I had come out and quote me. Whats more, they came out within two days and were done in only a few hours. My system worked perfectly right away.Recently, as the weather turned cooler, I noticed my heater wasnt kicking on. I called Eduardo in the morning and that afternoon, one of his guys was at the house. The problem wasnt with their installation but with the wiring in my house. Even so, they were in and out in 10 minutes and now I have heat.I cannot recommend Lexany highly enough. The price is easily the best Ive seen and their work is flawless. Eduardo is very responsive and his workers are professional and excellent at what they do. I would absolutely use these guys again!

I contacted Gustavo at Lexany’s Heating & AC to request a quote over the phone for replacement of an Evaporator Coil under parts warranty in a Trane Air Handler unit. The labor/supplies quote was immediately provided after response to a few questions regarding the Air Handler. Not only was the quote discounted, but it handily beat several of the local established HVAC competitors. (Not to mention that many of the DFW Heating and AC companies won’t even quote a repair over the phone). A service call was scheduled for two days later and the technicians arrived promptly within their time window. Their appearance and conduct was professional and they immediately placed drop cloths within my house from the air handler’s access point to the front door. After confirming the Evaporator Coil was defective, the Team promptly removed it and sourced a replacement at a local Trane Parts Warehouse. Within an hour they returned to my home and commenced with the install. The repair required several additional pounds of R410A Freon than what I had informed them that it needed . Gustavo notified me of my discrepancy, but offered to provide the balance of required Freon at a discounted rate. My Trane system is now completely operational and running great, Thanks to Gustavo and his Team. Lexany’s Heating & AC come highly recommended.
