Emailed Leons for an electrical problem and was contacted back almost immediately. Sent an electrician quickly who efficiently and as far as I could observe competently handled the electrical repairs in my home and kitchen. Havent gotten the bill yet but theyve always been reasonable in the past. Great company to use in my several interactions with them.

Water pipe broke on Christmas Eve. Didnt want to disturb anyone on Christmas, but the next day (Monday) Leons was supposed to be closed for the holiday, but they came out and fixed my leak. The problem instantly was worse than anyone expected and they spent about 6 hrs crawling around on their bellies in the mud fixing 7 leaks. (Old Mobile home with very brittle pvc pipes.) They were very happy to be there, at least thats how they made me feel. They did a great job and DID NOT charge any extra fees for the holiday. We had a great Christmas, one day later, Thanks to Leons.

Arrived home on a Thursday night to find our AC not working. Called them Friday morning to help. Their schedule was full and they had techs out sick. The thought of spending a weekend without AC became a real possibility. Patrick said he would do his best to work us in. Arranged to leave a key and off to work I went not knowing what would happen. Came home to find out Patrick had come out personally to repair. Thank you Leon’s! Y’all are the best in the business.

This is the second time they have exceeded my expectations and today is a holiday. We woke up to a very hot house overnight. I called them at 9 this morning and a repairman was here a little after 11. An hour later the problem is fixed. I can’t say it enough about how well they have treated us. Jeff was the technician for this and a prior, unrelated repair. He is very friendly and knowledgable.

First of all, the service call was accomplished in an awesome timeline. This is why my go to service contractor is Leon’sI had a 3/4” hot water line break in the concrete slab. Gregg Kubenka and his helper John Deam or Dean ran a 1/2” pex line through the 3/4” copper and got us back up and working. After they finished, I had them take photos of the work because I was down from a back surgery, and let me tell you, this work was professionally accomplished and if you didn’t know any better, you would not even know it wasn’t done this way from day one. Gregg and John did an awesome job of cleaning up after the job was complete.I greatly recommend Leon’s for any of your plumbing and electrical needs.My appreciated Thank You,Allen
