Knowledgeable and responsive until the new units (heat, air, coil, and whole house filter) were installed. The workers were nice, but it took far longer than estimated and they didnt bring their own drinks. They nailed down boards for a safer pathway to units. They left the attic windows wide open and I had to go up and close them. Im used to getting installation and user guides, but they not leave any documentation. Contacted him several times for information; he never responded, but he did finally send the warranty info. I have no documentation on the filter, so now I have to go into the attic to find out what type of equipment is up there and what size filter I need to buy for it. The unit has been working flawlessly since installed. -
