Hands down the best AC/Heating service call weve ever had. We had an urgent situation, and Jake came out in the evening to help fix the problem. He even stayed late to ensure everything was running correctly and explained in detail how he diagnosed the problem. Well be using Lake Hills & Air again if we have future issues, and I cant say enough how impressed we were. Thank you!!

This was the best A/C service I have ever had. Jake and his team were very responsive and friendly when working with me to investigate my A/C unit issues. They were very flexible in scheduling the appointment to accommodate my and their availabilities and showed up on time as promised. The repairs were done very professionally, including Jakes explanation of the issues and possible solutions to not only fix the problem but also save me some money. Jake used the latest tools to diagnose the problem and explain what must be done. Jake diagnosed and repaired the units and devised a solution to tune up the systems to be more efficient and save me some money on my electric bills. I will be using Lake & Hills Air again if I have future problems, and since I was very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of service they provide. Thank you, Jake and your team!

Lake & Hills Air did a wonderful job working on my A/C unit. Jake came out and was very courteous and respectful of my time by arriving right on time and respectful of my home! He explained everything to me and kept me informed of what he was throughout the visit! Highly recommend!!

Lake & Hills Air is a rare find these days. Great, fair and dependable service year after year. The peace of mind their company gives me is invaluable. I keep a maintenance contract with them and have not had a single problem with my HVAC system. It’s great to know my AC and heat will be working as I hear all my neighbors systems struggling around me. I really wish they would listen to me and call Jake and Cara!

The air conditioner in our store is broken. It has been for a while. It has been very cold recently. I have looked for many companies to repair air conditioners, but no one has responded. I asked my neighbors and they recommended me to find Jake. He is very enthusiastic and efficient, and he also delivered the goods. He give me 2 air conditioner filters for free. The air conditioner was repaired in less than an hour. I really recommend him. If you have air conditioner problems, come to him. He will help you solve the problem quickly and efficiently.

Amazing service! They came out and took care of my AC same day and saved us from the heat. I’ve even used them for my office AC. Very nice, professional and personable.
