I have used KSR for all my air conditioning needs for the past three years. I have also referred friends and clients to them. They are honest and follow through on what they say they will do. All of their technicians have been very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

First, I apologize for my previous review of KSR. It was wrong and unfair. (The problem was me not understanding my service contract with American Home Shield (AHS). My A/C had an electrical short and the A/C and heat were working at the same time. The expert technicians were forced to cut the heater wires to get my A/C to work because it was approx. 120-140 degrees or more, in my attic and dangerous to the technicians. They told me to call them back when it got cooler in the attic but not to wait to long because when it really gets cold they get a lot of calls. I did that and they came right away, and fixed the problem. This is a great company. Use them as they are honest and deserve your business. You will be treated well. I am their customer for life.

Nothing but postive things to say about Kyle. He helped me with dealing with AHS, and the techs that installed my new condensor did a quick, correct, and clean install. Highly recommend and will be using this company for some additional work I need done in the future.

Wow! These guys are not only extremely skilled at their trade, but they actually care. My wife noticed how good they were at listening to the customer explain the problem and then clearly describe the options, including price and potential pros and cons. Leelan is man of honor and very trustworthy, because lets be honest when you hire someone to work on your home trust is a huge issue. Nothing worse than having to wonder if you are being upsold on services/products you dont really need. We are proud KSR customers for life!

Extremely professional from the first call through the installation. They are very friendly, professional and overall amazing to work with. My AC unit was leaking and the coil need to be replaced, I use American Home shield and it can take a long time to get replacement parts from them, KSR got me a new coil and replaced it in a few days… I am very grateful for the excellent service. If you have a AC problem givethem a call and they will take care of you. They went above and beyond.. Highly, highly recommend!!!

About 3 weeks ago our heater was first turned on, smoke started blowing out one of the vents and I rushed to turn it all off and check for fires in the attic! Well nothing just some bad smelling smoke inside the house but now e A/C& Blower won’t turn on. A friend who knew someone who did this work. He came out a week later and looked at it and said it needed a new fan motor and a new ballast.Well, being the skeptic I am I called our regular A/C folks at KSR! They sent a crew out to check it out late last week, found it needed a new fan motor, I told them about what I was willing to pay for the replacement since I did some research and we came to an agreement. They showed up yesterday, installed the fan motor new an hour; the unit did NOT need a ballast at all!KSR is the best, and you cannot beat the service! And the price usually beats any other company hands down…….Thanks KSR you Rule!

Kyle and Renee are wonderful. Our ac died a few weeks back. Renee initially scheduled us out a few days. Then she learned of our personal situation, 86 year old father in law lives with us. She talked to Kyle, and they were here in a few hours. Thank you both!!!!
