    Every aspect of the installation was excellent. The onsite HVAC Technicians exercised caution with the removal of the old system components to eliminate damage to the surrounding walls and outside brick structure. All packaging from the new system was removed upon completion as well as all components from the old system. It was a very clean installation with all wiring and refrigerant lines protected. A multi-point checklist was followed to ensure that my newly installed system was functioning properly. The HVAC Technicians offered me certain options for running new wiring from the outside unit to the inside Thermostat and Control Panel without making assumptions about my preference. The operation of the programmable WiFi Thermostat was thoroughly explained, along with an extended invitation for me to ask questions later. One of the Managers stopped by before the conclusion of the job to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the installation and system operation.Their sub-contract roofer did an excellent job installing the new roof jack. Ill be using King Mechanical LLC for my future home improvement products and recommending them to my business associates. Thank you King Mechanical LLC!

    Justin was thorough with his inspection of our gas furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable of our type of heating/cooling system.Update 12-17-24…Had a power surge today. Called King Mechanical at 4pm. Gary arrived within the hour and found the problem to be a blown fuse on one of the circuit boards. My system was up and running before 5:30pm. Having a service contract affords me the opportunity to be on their VIP list. Give them a call today. Their service is the best!!

    They showed up in less then a hour of calling them and resolved my issue with my AC promptly at a reasonably price. They sold me a maintenance contract for $179.00 per year, this includes a 10% discount on parts and if you call in you will have service before others that do not have a contract. They also come out twice a year to check unit! I Happy!

    From the first phone call who inspected our brand new unit installed from another vendor in December of 2022, Jeremy was very thorough explaining we needed to replace the A-coil which was leaking oil and what to expect the cost of adding freon. Only waiting two days for the part, installation was done by Cody and Ty who did a fantastic job making sure it was to our specifications. Will definitely be keeping them as our contact!!

    I had them come do our yearly maintenance and they kept in contact with me until my appointment and did a great job and even went over some stuff about my AC and thermostat I didnt know.
