Technicians were friendly and helpful. I thought I had a septic/plumbing issue or a broken wax ring under my toilet that was allowing sewer gas to seep into by bathroom and stink up my house. However it turned out to be a dead rodent in the insulation under my bathroom and not a plumbing problem. The knowledgeable technician could judge by the smell that it was a dead animal and not a septic issue. I was able to find the rodent and remove it. I am very please with the service!

I called KIMCO on at 9:15 AM for an unknow water leak. They had Joan and Levi at my home by 1:15 PM. With in hour and a half they had the leak fixed and replaced both my faucet bibs. They had to open the wall to find the leak, but they at least cut the hole nice and neat so it can be easily repaired. They did a great job.

I called Kimco on Tuesday. The guy that I spoke with (Derrick I think) was super friendly, understood exactly what I was asking (I know as much about plumbing as a Saharan Tree Frog) and was very attentive and accommodating when scheduling the service call. Today when the plumbers showed up right on time, they immediately looked for and found the issue, entered in a quote and confirmed that the price (very competitively priced labor btw) was OK with me. Then they got to work, fully replaced my connection to the city water system as well as replaced the shutoff valve and filled in the hole and leveled it out. All this in about 45 minutes!! I absolutely recommend Kimco and will be sharing their information any and every time I hear about a need for a plumber.

These guys are professionals. I called them and told them how nasty my city water was, and within a week they put in a whole home water filtration system and softener. My water is now clean and chemical free (no mustiness/ Chlorine). The home test came back my water is now 100% better. I would definitely recommend this company. After the hard freeze I had a leak gushing out of the bottom of my pier and beam farmhouse. Somewhere in my recently replaced plumbing a pipe froze. They worked me onto the schedule and were out in two days (during the holidays), tracked down the leak in a wall and were able to fix it without busting through the sheetrock and beadboard. They took the extra time to be minimally invasive and minimally destructive. Left with everything cleaned up and back in place. Friendly, personable and went the extra mile. I strongly recommend them.
