Thank you to Marvin for saving us! AC stopped working during the night, and it got hot fast! Called Kelloughs at 7am, and he was here asap, and got our older AC unit up & running - and in the rain too! Our home is cooling down quick now! His expertise and professionalism is unparalleled by other AC companies. Highly recommend their services!

Marvin and his team installed a new furnace for us efficiently and with very affordable price. He was very timely, professional, courteous, helpful. His team did the work very quickly and put us as a priority, as our furnace that powers all the air flow for the AC failed in very hot weather. We are very happy with our new system and the work that was done. We highly recommend Kelloughs A/C and Heating without reservation.

Marvin and crew did a very good job installing our new ac/heating system. Service was prompt and the job completed in 6 hours with no mess or problems. Marvin has been servicing my HAVC system for the last 2 years, he has done an excellent job. The system was in terrible condition when I purchased the home and with Marvins knowledge and excellent troubleshooting skills the system is now operational and I was able to avoid the cost of a replacement.Worth mentioning he is very prompt to return my calls and most always here the next day.

Marvin responded to our call quickly. He came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem with our furnace, and returned the next day to make the repair. The prompt service was great because a cold front blew in on Tuesday. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will call him again if we have an HVAC problem, and would recommend him highly.

Marvin has helped me out twice when my AC has been broken. I had a bad experience last summer with 2 companies sent out by Fidelity Home Warranty. After 5 days in the heat, they assigned the repair to Kelloughs and Marvin had the house cooling for me right away. The next time my AC stopped cooling, I requested Kelloughs. Marvin came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. He is very nice and competent! I highly recommend his company.

Marvin and Jose were awesome from start to finish. Last year our evaporator coil went out in the attic, 9pm at night with a young son and frantic wife, I picked up the phone and started calling A/C companies in the area. With no luck on the first couple attempts with other companies, I tried Kelloughs A/C & Heating. Marvin answered on the 1st ring and was at my door the following morning ready and willing to help. After an honest and reasonable qoute I gave him and his team the go ahead to replace the air handler unit. He was back within 1 hour with the new unit and all the parts needed to complete the project. In only a couple of hours he was complete and on his way. I personally went in the attic to check the quality of work and was blown away. He went above and beyond any expectation we had. Needless to say when my condenser went out last night it was an easy choice this time around. Marvin came out promptly to diagnose the issue, gave us a fair deal and just finished installing the new unit this evening. Once again very pleased with his ethic and quality of work. Best A/C company in Houston!

He gave me an honest assessment of my problem and help guide my wife and I in choosing the best solution for our home. He and his team came out and installed our new unit and made sure we were happy with the work and equipment. I cannot say enough about this company. I have nothing but great things to say about Marvin and his crew of knowledge professionals.First off let me tell you how I came across this diamond 💎 in the ruff. Last year my wife and I were Blessed with a healthy baby girl on 3/6/20. Soon after her birth, our AC went out so I called Crossway Mechanical (who I dealt with in past) came out and wanted to upsale me on a $16k ac unit instead of charging my system like I asked. (At that time, it was peak of COVID19 cases, wife just gave birth, and we had a newborn at home. Myself, nor my wife were interested in having installers all up in our home at that time.)Anyways, my brother in law suggested I give Kelloughs A/C and Heating a call. Thats when I met a great guy by the name of Marvin! He came out, I explained my situation of having a newborn and just wanted a temporary patch to get me out of a bad situation. His response, I got ya. Marvin assessed the condition of my 15y old unit, gave me a quote, and charge my unit. He knew I was just trying to get through a bad situation and informed me that he couldnt guaranteed how long my old unit would last. Well, that was a year ago!So when my old A/C unit stopped cooling this time, calling Marvin to install a new one was a no-brainer. I called him Friday 6/11/21 (although he was ready and willing to install the new unit on Saturday 6/12/21, I agreed with install being done on Monday 6/14/21). So, in about two days of calling him i have a brand new unit installed and house is nice and cool now!. He even installed the Nest thermostat at no additional charge. He and his crew were very professional thoughout the process. What he quote is exact down to the penny. No upcharging customers and transparency.After a few hours, they were done and on to the next job. What an amazing group of guys! I have had the pleasure of working with Marvin Sessions three times and we have always had a great experience. The last time I called he remembered me, my ac unit brand and the last work he did; which was impressive.For my recent repair, he was able to come out the same day and got a quote for repair when promised. Marvin was very professional, and made it easy to understand what was happening to our system, and offered ways to help prevent future issues. Dont feel like I was taken for a ride like I normally do when the AC guy has you desperate to get it fixed. Great service, and Ill insist on him in the future.

I had a furnace fail during a major winter storm. I called several contractors but Marvin was the only one willing to come out on a Sunday evening in the freezing weather. Marvin gave me a fair price on a new furnace and was courteous and professional throughout the entire installation. Highly recommended.

Marvin Session, at Kelloughs A/C & Heating, is not only very good at his craft, he also answered all of my (sometimes dumb) questions. He thoroughly explained what he was doing, and why. He has replaced both my upstairs and downstairs units, and will service them annually. He also noticed my water heater was leaking, and brought it to my attention, so I could get it taken care of. Id give him 10 stars, if that were an option. Great job, and reasonable pricing!

Marvin was professional, on time and they installed the largest furnace unit on the market in under 4 hours. While also reinforcing my entire attic before hand. Very good work, very clean, I have a two story home and they managed to not leave a single scratch on my walls. They also laid down cloth so my carpets were not dirtied. Will use for any issues going forward for sure. Very very good

I definitely recommend Marvins services to anyone who needs good results fast! I called him late last night - I wasnt expecting anyone to answer my call at 10:30 pm. He did and was here this morning at the time he said he would be and please note I called late Saturday night and he was here early on a Sunday morning, which is a mayor plus when your a/c doesnt work the way its supposed to in the middle of summer... He definitely knew what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and his prices are reasonable. He will never sell you anything that you really dont need, which is very rare to find nowadays.Keep up the good work and thanks again!

My air conditioner unit and heater unit were both replaced quickly, reasonably, and professionally by what I consider the best installers around. They installed a smart thermostat that signaled a cooling issue yesterday evening. They came right out this morning and fixed the issue quickly restoring my vents back to their normal very cold status. Well done guys and thank you. By the way. I forgot to put the thermostat back to its schedule and I had to go out to warm up.
