Derrick was a life saver. He worked hard to repair my AC not only did he go above my expectations he continued up until 10:15 pm on a Friday night to make sure my family and I had AC. I am so thankful to have met him.

Derek with KRM went out of his way to fix my AC after hours on a Friday so that we wouldnt have to spend the weekend sweating. He told me that even though it was late on a Friday, coming to help was the right thing to do. I couldnt recommend him and KRM any higher!

Derrick from KRM did an excellent job of installing new AC units at my home. He has very good technical knowledge of the AC system and fix the electrical breaker when installing the 2nd floor unit. Our copper lines needed to be extended as part of installation, and he did a professional job of welding copper lines to extend the lengths. They did help with warranty registration with Goodman company for our units. Did come on time and did quick installations of two units and checked the cool air temperatures of various vents in down & up stairs. He makes sure everything is working well and removes the old units.If you are looking for air conditioner repair or new installations, I would recommend him.
