    Carlos was great. He came and looked at our situation with coils that had a leak. He gave us an estimate on site and was able to verify our warranty on the parts. He showed us the pictures and video showing the leak. Before he got here or other unit had a problem. He troubleshooted that system and installed a capacitor. It was working before he left. Wow! Great service!KCA sent someone out same day. They sent out a picture so we knew who was coming. The receptionist was very nice and listened to our problem. Canā€™t say enough about this company!

    Outstanding workmanship!Brett was able to troubleshoot out tankless water heater and determine the problem very quickly. He researched parts needed and determine the cost of repairs were equal to a new unit. The following day he had a new unit installed in less than 2.5 hours. This new unit efficiency is a lot better than our previous unit.Thanks Brett for all your support.

    Our ac unit started making a strange noise and we called KCA after receiving some recommendations from neighbors for them. They were great! A tech was able to come out the same day and complete a diagnostic and reasonable quote. Parts were ordered and by the end of the week Gerardo completed the work. He was very quick and professional. Weā€™ll definitely be using them in the future!

    Bradley with KCA was awesome. Very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I have a commercial unit for my residence and it was no problem for him to identify the problem and come up with a quick solution that was affordable. He gave me all the options and his general recommendations. Will definitely use KCA for my future HVAC needs.

    Very impressed with this company. Great communication from the office confirming appt time. David Lee was the service tech. He was on time and took care of several issues connected with servicing the AC system. David was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions and kindly helped change out my house water filter to boot. Five stars for sure!!

    We just recently switched to KCA Services for annual maintenance as they were recommended by friends and WE ARE SURE GLAD WE DID! They are very responsive, professional, and courteous. We had an issue with our AC line and texted them late on Saturday and they were there on a Sunday morning. We were blown away and did not expect them to answer the email on a weekend. And Carlos came and fixed the problem immediately.

    I will just say posting this right after getting work done on my AC unit. Alex is the man, I mean from the get go he was very honest and attentive and always asked me if it was okay before doing extra work. I mean I had no trouble believing that I was in good hands with him. Capacitors gave out and therefore compressor not working, he had me up and running in about an hour after diagnosing and treating the problem. Im happy with the service and I would recommend that if youre house also hits 99Ā°F inside like mine did to call these guys first because they fit me in their schedule even at the end of the same day so I wasnt sitting dealing with the hear for another night

    David Lee is a pro. He listened to my issues and finished his analysis thoroughly. KCA is replacing the installing dealer who disappeared!!He is a very good communicator when explaining the issues on my inverter HVAC system. He worked with manufacture to verify they will replace part(s) to get my system back to maximum efficiency. They were very quick to respond to my needs since other guys werent responsive!!

    Bradley is a great technician came out looked at my air conditioning unit got it back running again within 15 minutes just needed a capacitor, but he couldā€™ve easily tried to sell me a whole new system I wouldnā€™t of known, he took care of it with a smile on his face and off onto his next job.not only that I called him at 8:30 this morning and he was at the house by 10:30.     Carlos Natal was actually early for my service appointment, and called in advance. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my Trane air handler.     Alex with KCA was able to repair our AC today. So grateful I was able to get in as quickly as I did. Made the appointment Tuesday evening at 10 PM and AC is up and running 12 hrs later. Alex was very friendly and explained everything very clearly to me. I also asked Alex about the service plan KVA offers. He gave me the details and got me signed up. The plan is very reasonable for the services that will be provided . Nice to know I can worry a bit less about HVAC/plumbing issues in the future.

    Chad Lee was a good technician for inspecting our AC unit. Courteous and professional. So we have no complaints about the personnel they send out to the job. I give Chad five stars.As for the company itself, we are old KCA customers. Since theyve been acquired by a larger company weve noticed they have gone to a fixed price policy for most specific plumbing procedures and they are charging more than twice what they used to. Their markup on parts is astronomical. This all comes predetermined from the home office.

    KCA was the only company I could get to come out on a Saturday when my A/C broke. They were truly lifesavers! The customer service over the phone was friendly and receptive and I liked how they showed a sense of urgency. I like how they communicated thru text and kept me up-to-date with the status of everything. Chad Lee was the technician that came out to my house and he was very nice and professional, as well as knowledgeable about the repair. I like that he walked me thru what was broke and explained a little bit about how the system works.     We had to call KCA two times, once in the middle of the night, for unrelated issues with our A/C. Both times we were fortunate to get Ray Butler as our service tech. He was prompt, courteous, and professional, and he resolved our problem in a timely manner. Nobody likes to repair their A/C, but if it becomes necessary, Rays the man to do it. We were very impressed!

    Chase and partner were both great, friendly welcome and then just got to work until job was done. Then Chase took the time to patiently thoroughly walk me through thermostat and app. KCA was quick to get me setup for install as I reached out to Chad around 3pm on a Wed the they were here around 9 am Thursday for install! Only regret is that I didnā€™t listen to Chad a month ago when he recommended replacing the systemā€¦. Instead chose repair then which was a waste of moneyā€¦.     Chad was a common man doing a common job. For those of us who have had polished professionals who did a terrible job it was a breath of fresh air to have him serve our A/C. Great guy, hard worker, clean and finished his job in a timely manner.

    I still dont have the requested estimates after being told it will arrive that night or next day. I called to check status and my message was supposedly passed on to the technician.Update 8/12/23: the company reached out to me with the estimate for the work I requested. They were apologetic and eager to make things right. I will update this review based on final outcome.Update 9/10/23: Carlos came out a couple days ago and added a new zone which includes my master bedroom, bathroom, and closet, along with another bedroom and the guest bathroom. He also installed a soft start unit into my compressor.The soft start addition isnt something I can verify without testing the amp draw so Im guessing its doing its job. He did show me the installed part all connected, so I have little concern at this point.The new zone is why Im maxing out their rating on this job. Not only did I verify the main area, zone 1, and new zone, zone 3 (zone 2 is an upstairs half story which KCA installed a mini split in), are individually controlled with their own thermostat, but the daily energy usage report from my system indicates a drop in power consumption.I believe the report shows total cooling/heating usage regardless if it is a single or multiple zones cooling down. The high temperature the day after the service went up to 106Ā°, 3 degrees hotter, and yet less power was used.I certainly recommend this company. No AC company is perfect, but at least KCA Services made good on this job by following up and following through to make me a happy customer.

    Replaced heat pump and thermostatKCA did an excellent job and we are very happy with the quality of the work, how professional and courteous the entire staff was including our initial service representative, Randall, the installers Salvador and Michael and the friendly people in the office. And we were very impressed at how quickly the project was completed and everything cleaned up. We are amazed at the performance of the system. It is much quieter than we expected, it maintains room temperature settings far better than the old unit and we can track performance data and control settings from wherever we happen to be (great feature when we are traveling.) we highly recommend KCA Services!(ā€¦Almost forgot ā€¦ GREAT WARRANTY!)I had a an additional issue come up lately with a dripping air duct that was handled by Carlos Perdomo. During a very hot and humid few days water droplets were forming one of the metal air outlets in our dining area. Carlos checked it out and redirected and adjusted the airflow which has solved the problem. He also checked the heat pump air filter and verified everything else was operating properly so we are extremely happy with his prompt and thorough service! Another 5 stars for KCA!On 5/2/2024:We had HVAC Tech. Chad Lee come out for a seasonal checkup on our heat pump. He did a GREAT job and was very thorough and courteous. There was one warranty replacement but everything else is operating perfectly and now the unit is ready for a Texas summer!Thanks again Chad and KCA!

    We messaged KCA at 11pm at night not expecting to get a response until the next day. To our surprise we were scheduled that night for the first appointment the next day. Carlos P Did a fantastic job at accessing and figuring out our AC problem. He was very knowledgeable on our system and took the time necessary to fix the problem.     Carlos Natal was very helpful and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem with our AC unit right away, gave us three options and fixed it very quickly.
