Javier is an HONEST and professional technician. I asked him to give us a second opinion on an issue with our AC. He arrived the same day and he spent several hours to troubleshoot and find the problem with our AC. The other big company wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to replace compressor and coils. There was nothing wrong with either. He found the leak and repaired it. He is very reasonable with his charges and he cares about the customer. Thank you Javier for a job well done! Fantastic experience with Javier and his installation crew. I am 100% positive that I got a great quote from him because I got quotes from several other reputable, but larger companies and they were all substantially higher.I usually use a good friend for my HVAC work, but he was out of pocket. He thought Javier’s pricing was on point and suggested the exact same approach and products as Javier. That gave me a lot of confidence in Javier, and his work product was excellent. Also, his customer service and speed was exactly what we needed in this record breaking heat. Super grateful.Last thing. I had a great conversation with Javier about his involvement in marriage ministry at his church over the past decade. Really awesome guy all around.

Javier came to our rescue and fixed the problem, though we know our ac unit will need replacing soon he didnt try to sell us on one at the time. After calling 5 other a/c companies none could come out before 2-4 weeks. I contacted JZ AC Service to inspect my a/c unit to confirm the unit was functioning properly and in good working condition. Javier was recommended to me by a friend. I called him and he was able to come out the next day. He diagnosed the issue, found the root cause, and provided a solution for it. He also gave me insight on how an upgrade on the unit would be necessary in the future if this happened Again. The unit worked great until 9 months later when the freezing of the coil began again. I called him and again he came right out the next day. He remembered what was previously done with the system but diagnosed it again. Ordered the upgraded parts and went back to install the next day. I noticed an error with my heat late at night and called Javier, he was able to schedule a time for us early next morning, showed up right when he said and within 20 minutes he had found what was wrong and had it fixed and even went as far as doing a maintenance service to make sure everything else was good since we have a new build home and shouldn’t have had to have any problems with the system yet. Javier is an amazing person and hard worker, have recommended him to all of our community because Javier is an honest and dependable worker. Amazing !!!

Our AC and Furnace were at end of life and died on us. We were worried about the massive expense of having to replace the entire HVAC system in our home. We contacted Javier and he was out the next day to diagnosis the issues and see if the HVAC was salvageable. Ultimately it was not. He provided multiple options for us in different price ranges for parts and labor. He also provided advise on which option would work best for our older home.After we selected the option that worked best for our budget the parts were ordered and installed the same week. Him and his team were amazing and efficient during the installation. As my home is older it wasnt the easy install and they made it look simple. They were even able to get a C wire which my older unit didnt have through our walls to our thermostat!Having to replace your entire HVAC system is never a good experience, but Javier and the JZ AC Service team made the best of a worst situation. Will continue going back for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

I had a tenant with an AC system turning on and off intermittently. The tenant works until 6 and most AC repair companies dont come out that late. I called Javier and he came out the same day and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Javier is courteous and professional and does not pressure you to have unnecessary work done. After the repair, he even did a courtesy check on the freon level with no added charge. Honesty goes a long way in this business and I will definitely use him again in the future and will recommend him to my friends and family.

This was a great experience with JZ AC Service. This guy is honest, doesnt try and upsell you. I had my AC changed in 2011 by A#1 who did a poor job. I had many issues for years with my system. They changed my whole unit in about 2 hours. JZ took his time and made sure the job was done correctly and spent more than triple the time A#1 did and he just changed a coil and added a vent. I recommend this company 1000% and will continue to do business with them.

I called JZ on a Friday, just before 5pm. My AC stopped cooling and the outside line was freezing over.He was on anther job, but was at my house in about an hour. He did a thorough check of both outside and inside unit. He spent about an hour cleaning the interior coils and even added a screw to the unit to keep my air filter in place. Now its cooling, and so far, the lines are not freezing.He did recommend replacing the AC/furnace since its more than 30 years old and is worried about the furnace being a fire hazard or causing carbon monoxide.Will definitely be using his services again. He is prompt, thorough and friendly. He even texted the next day to make sure it was cooling. Would highly recommend.

I called for help because my ductless HVAC unit was leaking water down the wall. Because it was late in the day, I asked if he could come in the morning. Javier showed up promptly at 10am as we agreed. It took him just a few minutes to clear the clogged drain line outside and the unit was working as it should. He stayed log enough to make sure the unit was cooling properly and put the inside unit back together.He was quick, clean, professional. I will definitely use him again when an HVAC need arises.
