    Just Better HVAC is outstanding! Dave installed a new A/C in my home on the Island. The home had extensive fire damage when I purchased it and I had to manage reconstruction of the house from afar (I lived in Austin). I chose Just Better HVAC to install a new A/C, primarily from the reviews i had read. I have now moved into the house and I am extremely satisfied with the A/C. It is super quiet (I never know when its on or not) and the temperature from room to room is consistent (now)! When we moved in, we noted our master bath seemed hotter than the master bedroom. I called Dave, and he promptly came over, took a look in the attic, and determined that the air flow into the master bath should be larger than what was originally specd. Hemade the modification at no charge and the bathroom is now completely consistent with the rest of the house. He is a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him and his company!

    I called to have my air conditioner looked at for a leaking problem. Ashley at the office was very nice. I know this time of year they are very busy but Ashley was able to fit me in very quickly. David came to my home to check out why my A/C had leaked onto my ceiling. He looked at my system, took pictures and then explained very clearly to me what the issues were. This was a very positive experience compared to most A/C companies I have dealt with in the past. Would highly recommend. Thank you all for your professionalism and quick response.

    We had a mini split unit (heat pump), called around several companies, but none will work on that type of systems. Finally one company advise me to Just Better HVAC.We called him and within minutes the owner showed up to take a look at the system. He dispatch a tech shortly after. They couldn’t fix the system on the spot only because some parts needed to be ordered. They handle everything very professionally, and when the parts came in, they came again and we were back in business.Finally, when we receive the invoice, I was shocked how affordable it was, I was expecting it to be more, considering the amount of time and effort that they put into the repair.We highly recommend them! 5 stars!!!!

    Tech arrived at property a couple of hours after I called on a Friday afternoon. The hvac outside unit is older and I was expecting bad news. Fortunately Chris identified the issue about 20 mins after arriving. It was a corroded wire by the exterior unit. AC started cooling immediately after wire replacement.

    Every person I have dealt with at Just Better HVAC has been friendly, professional, and competent at their jobs and Im so grateful. My furnace gave out before the cold front of January 2024, and David, the owner, along with Alex and Chera, his employees, quickly diagnosedthe problem and got a new furnace for me. Primarily I worked with David and he was determined to have that new furnace installed and functioning before the cold snap. And he did! He worked until 8:00 pm one night.     This company literally saved our skins with the heat wave that came in last weekend. Our entire A/C system died - it was more than fifteen years old so I guess it was coming but the timing couldnt have been worse - the weather forecast was giving heat advisories with a temperature of 110 for the weekend. Plus whomever built the house and installed the old unit had used some funky sized air equipment. Just Better HVAC was able to get us a new unit here and have it installed and up and running within three days (just in time to avoid the coming heat advisory) at a super fair price. They also left their work areas spotlessly clean and were fantastic about accommodating our incredibly neurotic dog. Turns out theyre huge dog lovers, too - can this company be any more awesome? Cannot recommend them enough.
