During a recent subfloor repair job, we were put in a position where we needed an HVAC person ASAP. I contacted the company I typically use as well as a few others I found through a quick Google search for an HVAC company. I found JS Services during that search and I’m so glad I did. John came out to provide an estimate, and not only was his bid significantly more affordable than the others, but he was also professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward about the work that needed to be done.He removed the unit so our flooring repairs could continue and later reinstalled it, upgrading the piping and condensation drainage. The quality of his work was excellent, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail.If you’re looking for an honest and skilled HVAC professional, I highly recommend John and JS Services!

5 stars all the way. Dont know why these guys arent ranked higher. Called a few other people in town and one wanted to charge just for driving out. Jason showed up on time, was professional, and repaired my a/c issue under budget and in less than an hour. Will definitely be calling them again if/when my unit goes out again!

Our AC stopped blowing cold over the weekend so we needed to have someone come out to fix it. We gave JS Services a call first thing Monday morning and he asked if he could come straight out. After looking over our unit and discussing repair options, he changed the part that went out and gave us some tips on better efficiency for the future. When we are ready to upgrade our unit, he will be the first we will call for a quote. Highly recommend!

Boy this Texas heat is no joke!! It took only one phone call to JS Services, I dealt directly with John the owner. He came out within 2hrs and troubleshooted to fix the problem!! Apparently my breaker box to the unit had gone bad and the wiring from the box to the inside of the house was not good. John gave me options and pricing and didn’t make me feel rushed to make a decision. Within 1 hr he had diagnosed the issue & actually fixed it on spot. Now y’all -this included him crawling under the house & installing new wiring!! John is very knowledgeable and professional and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. His pricing was was extremely good I feel, especially to come out after hours on a Saturday evening!! He arrived on time, was very polite and professional and cleaned up after himself. I’ve have had several service companies in my home and I can honestly say this was by far my best experience. If you’re hesitant on who to call don’t be!!Thanks Again John!!!

JS services is prompt and thorough! Seriously, their service is unsurpassed. Highly recommend. 10/10We had an ac emergency and the forecasted temperature was going to be over 100 degrees. I called late one afternoon and he was at my door within 30 minutes. we had another company we were working with and they said we needed a unit replaced. i called and had js services come back out and he repaired it 3x cheaper than the other company. highly recommend and will use him when we replace our unit.

I had my entire HVAC system replaced by JS Services and three years later its still running perfectly. I had an eighteen wheeler pass by my house and rip the electrical wires and weather head off the top of my roof, I had that fixed and later discovered my air conditioner wouldnt work. A quick call to John and his crew and they came out early and found that the problem wasnt with the AC unit it was a switch in the back of my house ! quick fix, no extra charge, military discount, yeah, I recommend these people. They know their stuff and treat people fairly. You should too.

John is great! Our AC went out, and he came out quickly to diagnose the problem, gave us options to solve the problem, and gave us a competitive, fair price. We LOVE our new HVAC system. (Ours was shot, and we problems with it from the beginning using other company, so our best option was a new system.) He was here exactly when he said he would be. His team is professional and friendly, as well. Also, my neighbors who had a special-needs grandson used him when their AC broke in the middle of summer. They called him, and he came out IMMEDIATELY, because he knew that their grandsons health wasnt great, and they needed it fixed quickly. They dont really do the internet, so Im adding this comment on their behalf. Hes very easy to work with, and I felt completely comfortable with him. Great personality and sense of humor.

Fantastic service! Our house was built in 2018 and we havent had to do any type of service or repairs until our AC went out last night. So, we didnt know what to expect. Our ACs manufacture recommended JS Services and Im extremely pleased. John was very professional and quick. He identified the broken part very easily and presented me two options. Both were very reasonably priced but, I went with the more expensive option for immediate relief. The part, labor, & diagnostics was $240. My husband was expecting the bill to be a lot more, so we are relieved with the repair cost. Very speedy, was done in less than 30 mins! I highly recommend and will go directly to him if theres ever an issue in the future. Give John a call! A+++

I was very impressed with J & S Services. First ,they were very professional explained all what was to be done. They were on time and did the install in around 4 hours. They left absolutely no mess which was great. Their prices were reasonable and the product offered has a long warranty. I found J & S because I was using another company that I had referred my Mother to . That company came out 3 times and she was still having the same issue within hours after them leaving. I decided to get a second opinion and J & S found the problem immediately and my Mom has not had any issues since. I would highly recommend J & S and will not use anyone else! Thank you John!

I spent two days melting before I made the call to JS Services to check out what was wrong with my AC. After a few minutes, he let me know that something had come slightly unplugged and he plugged it back in. He waived the service call fee (although I was fully prepared to pay it regardless) and gave me some info on how my dogs could be ruining the outside AC unit and how to prevent it. I was very impressed with the level of service and integrity displayed by JS Services. If something ever DOES go wrong with my AC in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to call JS Services or recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

His is an unsolicited review of J.S. Air Conditioning and Heating, I had an issue this last Saturday and I reached out to two of my neighbors who were AC people, and also to someone else Ive used in the past. Long story short, no assistance. I talked with one of my plumbing friends Dustin Cribbs, and he recommended I call John Sneed. John answered his phone and I explained my issue, he asked me to turn my ac system off and he would be at my home in 10 minutes. He showed up in 8 minutes, very professional and explained my issue where I could understand. Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes and was on his way. I cant thank him enough, he went above and beyond expectations on a Saturday. I have a new AC/Heating company go to and highly recommend their services! Thank you again John Sneed and J.S. When our A/C suddenly quit on us, we were suffering big time from the heat and were calling a few companies to see who could help us out. John was perfect for us. He was punctual, very clean, and took good care of us. He listened to our needs, and was helpful in determining the best equipment for our home. I really appreciate how he walked us through his estimates and answered all our questions. The work was performed to our satisfaction (he even went above and beyond and cleaned out our return - previous home owners were smokers. . . ), and he cleaned up all the mess when he was done. My wife and I have bad allergies and a skin condition, so we had him install a REME Guardian air purifier. Within half a day I could notice the results. My wife got home from work later that evening and could tell right away the difference it made. We keep a clean house, but it really makes the house feel so fresh. Its supposed to kill viruses and bacteria too, which will be nice in flu season. Im glad we have it, thats for sure. Id recommend JS Services to anyone.

Ive had a lot of the typical contractors in my home and John was by far the most professional one Ive had in my home. I was really nervous of what the cost would be to fix my ac. I didnt want someone to come out that just wants to tell me something was bad to up the bill. After talking with John I knew he cared about making things work, but also making then economical. He offered a couple different options, leaving me to choose the one I liked, not the one he wanted me to do. Great company and it is now good to know I have a local and honest ac company when I need service.

John, owner of JS Services, is AWESOME. A total pro, but a man with heart, too. Our A/C broke down Thursday night during a summer heat wave. I called John before 7:00 AM Friday morning, prepared to beg for a time slot in his booked-up schedule. He came out 10 MINUTES LATER to take a look. We needed a new motor, and he DROVE OVER 100 MILES to get it for us, then came back at the end of his hard day to install it for us. He even discounted his already-reasonable fee because he believed our faulty A/C motor should still be under warranty. Our house is cool again, and we have to thank John for his expertise, his awesome work ethic, and his kindness.

John the owner of JS Services H/AC was the last contractor to quote me a new HVAC system. His bid came in lower than the other three businesses that came out plus he quoted me an Amana system that is backed up by a lifetime replacement warranty on the condensers compressor and furnaces heat exchanger (as long as I still own the home). None of the other manufacturers offered that. Other than the more than reasonable price, he and his crew showed up two days later to do the install! I figured Id be waiting a week for parts then whenever their schedule allowed. From now on John & JS Services is my go to for all things HVAC related!

I recently contacted JS Services for an A/C unit covered in frost. JS set the appointment and actually beat that time. JS arrived, made contact, and quickly diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. As we have a manufactured home still under warranty, JS explained what they could do while I contacted my manufacturer. JS was prompt, accurate, and patient in explaining what the problem was and how best to describe the issue to my manufacturer for my warranty claim. Great service and fast arrival!Texas heat is ridiculous, so when I got home from work at 6am to an AC that would not work, I was not looking forward to sleeping all day in a hot house. So at 645 AM, I called another company that didnt even have their voicemail set up, on to JS, expecting to leave a message, he answers and despite it being prior to the listed opening hour, he told me hed come right then. So at 715 AM, sure enough, he arrived and got the AC back on quickly. Cant beat that service! Thanks again!
