He was called in to fix problems left by another company and I couldnt be happier.Hes always up front about what he finds and what is needed. I highly recommend Jowers AC! Owen and his team are very professional, very nice and very honest. Owen shoots it straight and is very reasonably priced. I requested a maintenance on my AC because it continued to freeze up. Owen was very honest with me about my 16 year old unit advising it’s running on borrowed time. I wasn’t ready to hear that so he advised he could do what he could to try and keep it running but to prepare myself. Boy was he right! Just two days later it continued to freeze up and the capacitor at its final stages so I had to bite the bullet and request a new unit. Owen ordered it and came out immediately. In this TX heat I was greatly appreciative! If you want an honest AC repairman contact this company you will not regret it.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, which prompted me to reach out and discuss my situation, hoping to find a company that viewed me as more than just a source of revenue.Upon contacting Jowers AC, I spoke with a representative who was incredibly understanding and assured me that I had made the right choice. She promptly scheduled an appointment, and the following day, Owen reached out to discuss my concerns. I detailed my previous experiences with other technicians, including one who hastily suggested a $3,700 part replacement without a thorough inspection.Owen took the time to listen attentively to all my concerns, making me feel comfortable and well-informed about the process ahead. The next day, he arrived at my home and guided me through each step of his assessment, instilling confidence that he was the right professional for the job.I am pleased to report that it has been over two weeks since the service, and my air conditioning unit is functioning perfectly. Absolute stellar service! Jowers AC was able to troubleshoot an AC issue for me right away and was able to get it fixed within the hour. On top of that, Owen set me up with a completely reasonable annual maintenance plan (one Id been meaning to get around to!) and was able to get that knocked out in the same visit. Enthusiastically recommended!!

First, I should mention that I would only write a review for truly exceptional service. Owen and his team at Jowers AC & Heating are exceptional. I needed to replace 2 original-with-the-house 20+ yr old AC units. Not a small job. Im very thorough when it comes to large projects like this & I did my homework. I reached out for recommendations, & I talked to/received estimates from 8 different companies- from the big guys that you hear on the radio to the small 1 man operations. I was still on the fence and not feeling great about any of my options when a friend, who had experience with Jowers, suggested I give them a call. From the moment of contact, Owen and his team surpassed my expectations. After the initial evaluation, Owen clearly laid out some options, and happily accommodated requests that I asked be included or excluded in the estimate. I ultimately went with the option that made the most sense to me, as Owen answered any questions or concerns during that decision process. Owen was able to quickly get me on his schedule within a couple of days. On the day of the install, the Jowers team arrived right on time in the AM, prepped the working areas, explained the process, and worked diligently and professionally. They completed the whole install and removal (2 AC units & 2 Coils) by that afternoon. To summarize, Jowers AC & Heating is outstanding. The communication, the service, the product, and the pricing cant be beat. Im very happy to have found Jowers, and to know that I have someone that I can trust for years to come for service or any HVAC needs.

I am so glad I found Jowers AC! Our upstairs thermostat was giving an error and not keeping up. Owen the owner is such a genuinely nice guy. He explained everything so clearly and he provided photos of the readings he took from our ac units. His crew arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time. There were no surprises and he even provided a warranty. Incredibly happy to find a company that is honest and trustworthy!

Owen was absolutely incredible! Our a/c stopped blowing cold air unexpectedly on a hot Sunday night in August. I messaged Jowers AC on Facebook and he immediately replied to my message and came out asap. Owen identified the issue quickly and within an hour, our cold air was blowing again! Our 18 year old HVAC needed replacing so we reached out to Jowers AC and 2 other companies for quotes. Jowers was by far the most responsive, thorough, informative, and personable. He also went above and beyond to beat a quote we received from one of the other companies. During the quote process, our AC actually kicked the bucket, but Jowers was able to schedule our replacement the very next day! We are very happy with our decision to go with Jowers, and would highly recommend him to others!

AC stopped working on a 100 degree day. Owen Jowers was here in about 5 hours and quickly found a loose wire. All was fixed and is now working well. He even did a whole AC system check while he was here and was more than fair with the charge. Could not be happier! Owen preformed an overall check of our 20 yr old unit. He found some issues with some refrigerant leaking, and other issues, showed them to me, explained everything. Once we went through all the options, we went with a new unit, Owen and his crew came out within two days installed it and now we’re up and running better than ever. Owen and his entire company are very respectful, on time and have the upmost integrity. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. Outstanding job.

We had them come out for a general service and checkup on the unit and it was a great experience. Needed a new cap for the outside unit and had them install a slow start at the same time. Sign up for the twice yearly service and checkup. Give them a call if your having issues or just want to make sure your units are good for this Texas heat!

I 100% recommend Jowers HVAC for any concerns or routine maintenance you may have. I contacted Owen about a potential heating concern and his response was immediate with next day availability to come out. Owen has the knowledge and the skills to be able to communicate the process and results thoroughly. He also takes pictures for documentation. He is passionate about keeping his neighbors comfortable throughout the year. He was friendly towards us, our kids, and even gave our dog some love.
