We called out another company that looked at it and did not really check to see what the issue was, then they said that we needed a whole new system… which we could not afford. To get a second opinion we called Joe Rushing Plumbing, they came out quickly, identifies the issue and were able to get the part we needed to get us going again! If we have any more issues or when we can afford a new system, we know we will be calling Joe Rushing to take care of us! I wish we would have called Joe Rushing first!!

From the initial phone call I made to the services provided, the entire experience was professional! Every place of business needs a person like Ashley answering phones. On top of the situation, understood the issue, was able to communicate the issue to the other employees. The plumbers who came out were professional and knowledgeable and respectful of my time and property. Pilot light went out on my water heater, it took them less than 10 minutes to fix it and place a new high wind vent cover as well. Will continue to use Joe Rushing Plumbing. Thank you.

Had JW with Joe Rushing Plumbing come out on a Monday afternoon to install a new toilet flange and a toilet. I did have the old toilet removed for them before they got there, but unfortunately due to the previous home owner doing a piss poor job on some DIY flange work we had to postpone the completion JW’s work till the following Wednesday to allow time for me to fix some concrete work. The entire experience with JW and Joe Rushing Plumbing was excellent. They were upfront on all scheduling, pricing, labor, and what work was needed. Pricing was fair and their documentation following the completion of the job was accurate and timely.Also, I really appreciated the fact that it was JW that came back to complete the work. A lot of plumbing companies would have just sent someone else and having the same person start and finish the job can make a world of difference.

I had a problem with my water heater valve and like many people, I just recently moved to Lubbock and had no idea who to call. Im so glad I called Joe Rushing!From the initial phone call to the technicians onsite, everyone provided top shelf service all the way. The repair was a very fair rate and fast. The technicians were timely, clean, and organized. They patiently answered all my questions about in depth things like how the failed part is made, what caused it to fail, and anything I should do in the future as far as care or maintenance.They even took the extra and completely unnecessary step of checking to see if the failed part was still under manufacturer warranty. It was and they saved me a lot of money! Talk about outstanding customer service!I now have peace of mind with the Joe Rushing firm on my side, honest people I can trust. Theres absolutely no reason I would call anyone else. Thank you Joe Rushing crew!

My sister who is older and handicapped heater wasnt working today. Bryan Harper was able to come shortly after my sister called. Brian diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair heater so she wouldnt freeze! He also checked other items while he was there. Cost was reasonable! We have a Daikin Mini Split in one part of our house that was not heating. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that the head needed to be replaced and was still under warranty. Brian remained diligent in conversations with Daikin to ensure that the head was totally replaced. Brian clearly communicated his findings, provided updates and kept us in the loop on labor charges. The installation is in a tight spot with stone on 3 sides and a wood beam above. Brian and Cole were careful to protect our floors and our house. Their work was superb and they were very respectful! Brian also took the time to ensure we understood how and when to clean the filters and to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this great Joe Rushing team and Joe Rushing Plumbing for ensuring we received a new head and not TONS of individual parts! GREAT JOB!

We have lived in this house for almost 50 years, and Joe Rushing has been my go-to company for most of them, starting with the father (grandfather?) of the present owner. They have installed new gas and sewer lines, unstopped numerous clogs, replaced faucets, installed new toilets, replaced and then looked after our furnace, AC, and water heater -- all the upkeep an old house needs. They respond quickly when I call; the workers are clean, tidy and respectful. I dont think I have ever had a complaint, but if I did I know they would make it right. I wouldnt dream of calling anyone else.

We had a need to replace on of our commodes and Rushing Plumbing came out very quickly and did a wonderful job of replacing our existing commode. Well, we paid the bill and thanked them for their prompt and efficient service.A couple of weeks later, we got a call from Rhonda Rushing and she informed us that they had inadvertently overcharged us. We received a check from them for the over charge. I like using companies that are efficient like Joe Rushing Plumbing and now they will be our go-to plumbers because they possess HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. It is nice to know there are companies out their like Joe Rushing who do the RIGHT THING.Thank you, Joe Rushing plumbing!!!!

Had a very good experience with Joe Rushing Plumbing. The lady that took my call was nice and informed. They came out to out house which is outside the city of Lubbock and took care of our drain problem within hours of when I called. Jeff took care of our problem, I really appreciated his manner and effort. Another company was going to charge us a lot more than what our final cost was, which was very reasonable (158.50). I would recommend Joe Rushing Plumbing

They will go above and beyond to take care of you! The heater went out on new years eve and the owner came himself to fix it for me, making sure we would be warm for the couple of days it took to find the replacement part for the heater by showing me how to manually light the furnace. As soon as he had the part he came and fixed it fully. It is working great now. He was quick and professional, and didnt mind my curious dogs sniffing on him. I am very pleased with this business.

Tyler came to fix several small plumbing issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about problems with plumbing fixtures, and offered several options for repair. He also noticed some other potential problems while he was there. He wasnt pushy, just pointed out that an outside faucet would soon need replacing. He fixed it to work until it completely dies. Joe came to my house to locate a leak in my hot water line. Joe located the leak below the slab in my master bedroom. He then presented me with several options to repair, re-line, or reroute the line through the attic. I ultimately chose to have the line repaired by busting through the concrete.The jackhammer crew, Santos and Isaiah, did an excellent job of opening the floor without allowing the concrete dust to cover everything in the bedroom. Joe and Trey then replaced the leaking pipe and the jackhammer crew filled the hole and repaired the slab. The next day they sent their carpet guy to stretch and reinstall the carpet. Every employee I interacted was friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. The total cost of the repair was exactly as estimated and was much more reasonable than I initially expected.I am very pleased with the results and I would not hesitate to call Joe Rushing Plumbing the next time I have plumbing issues.

Great experience! Called one morning needing help with the commode in our office. They were able to get to us before the end of the day and get the problem fixed. They always get to us quickly and their employees are very courteous. We certainly appreciate them!Back in January they sent Brian out on a cold day when the roads were not the best, because our heater was not working during the worst winter storm we have seen in decades. He arrived about 4:30 and didnt leave until 6:15. When he arrived, he put on shoe covers, so he would not track slush into our house. He repaired the unit, and then took the time to show us what was wrong and explained everything to us. When he was finished, he vacuumed the area where some debris had fallen onto the floor from accessing the attic through the restroom in our pool house. I certainly appreciated his professionalism and expertise and willingness to work late. I highly recommend Joe Rushing for your plumbing and Heating/AC needs. We had a leak arise after a plumber installed a new water faucet. We were subsequently charged for the leak repair; when I called to inquire about additional bill for labor, I was told Id be called back. Though I thought that would be yesterday, I heard from the company today. Additional labor charges were waived. While Im sure the company doesnt completely agree with me regarding the applicability of the charges, I am very happy that they have accommodated me regarding my issue. All is working fine, and overall, I am quite happy with the service. This is not the first time I have used Rushing plumbing, and now knowing that they listen to customer problems, I would not hesitate using them again.

Arrived promptly on time to see why my clean out line was backflowing. Used all their machines and finally came unclogged. Got their camera out and Trey diagnosed it and showed me the picture. It sure was clear to see the pipe was broken and narrowed out in the alley. Luckily its city side and they will be working on replacing it ASAP. It was marked by Joe Rushing Plumbing services and should be resolved. Thank God for the quick diagnosis and equipment they have.

You will not find anybody who will do any better of a quality of work. Sometimes the prices are expensive, but you do pay for what you get and you can always count on a quality job. I have had a number of large and complicated projects and they always do first class work. The first time I met them they saved my then fiancees engagement ring from her grandmother. It was a family heirloom of an innestimable value. Less than 2 ft from the main line of the sewer, it was a blessed day and weve stuck with them ever since!!
