I reached out to several companies to have a mini split installed in my garage. Several companies never returned my calls or did not show up for the meeting and others were price gouging. JDR was very responsive, professional and reasonable pricing. JDRs install team was top notch and they cleaned up the work area when they finished. I highly recommend them and will use them for all future projects.

I had several experiences with this company, Daniel was superb and knowledgeable even with the highest new technology in the modern AC systems. Very thorough, does not look at the time to finish quickly unless the job is done perfectly. I can write a lot more but the above should be enough to describe their services. All my family and friends are using their services with the utmost satisfaction. He gets ++++++ rating from me.

Update: changed rating to higher, reason is because the owner contacted me directly and wanted to earn our business back. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give them another shot. They just finished the maintenance check on our unit, and they were punctual and prompt. Reason I don’t erase my previous comments is because I want to be completely honest with my review, in my experience they did right by us, and that earns them the 5star rating.I dont like to leave negative reviews, but I write this in hope to save someone any PTO taken to wait for one of their techs. The service we received initially to replace an outside unit was quick and prompt. Unfortunately, that seems to be where the customer service stops. On June 21st 2023 I requested a tech to come look at the unit since it wasnt cooling and the owner confirmed next day that someone would be by same day, that didnt happen. Luckily the unit started working again on its own, but with this summer heats and having children in the house, we would have had to call someone else.. oh and then I got a text requesting payment even though no one stopped by the house at all. Took a day off of work for this.On June 29th 2024, I wanted to give them a second chance so I text them to have a tech come by and do some maintenance on the whole unit, and they promptly text back that they would be available 7/1, so I told them to lock me down, just give me a heads up on time. Luckily I learned from my first time and waited for response. But now here we are 7/5, no answer, no tech, no maintenance.Reason I dont give one star is because they installed my unit promptly at first and seems to be working fine for now. Definitely not calling them for anything futher, and god help me if it breaks down and Im still under their warranty.

He didn’t ask for incremental fees like other popular local companies and was very straightforward. This is an AC company that will provide prompt,no nonsense service. Good people, highly recommend!

After some quick trouble shooting, the tech knew right away what was wrong. He was able to fix it within 30 mins. Very fortunate for a quick fix. By Saturday evening the house was cooling! We used JDR to install our mini split system about 10 months ago. We had already mounted one inside unit and no other contractor would help us with the outdoor unit and second indoor unit because we did not purchase it from them. Daniel told us it was no problem. He and his father showed up and completed the install. They were so professional and really took their time. Recently, I called to have a weird noise evaluated which turned out to be normal. Again, Daniel was punctual, professional and explained everything to me respectfully. I would not use another contractor. Give them a call!

Daniel and his father installed a new Trane AC/heater unit. We discussed efficiency and the different SEER levels to maximize our cost savings and he provided us with 2 very reasonable quotes, difference between both was $900, for 2 very good units. We went with the higher price unit because it was the SEER 15 that I wanted. Very pleased!! It is so efficient our electric bill has been less than $100/ mo for 2300 sq. ft. since November 2018! Daniel showed up to look at my heatpump which was encased in a block of ice. Came back next day when ice was melted. Determined which parts to order. Came back a few days later with the parts, Installed them . Found defective low voltage control circuit. Fixed and tested everything.Quickly and efficiently and charged me nothing because it was covered by warranty. Competent, diligent and straight forward. After years of dealing with one after another bad HVAC it was truly refreshing to have service people like Daniel and his men take care of business without me having to guard against A calamity.
