    I highly recommend Jax Services for all your A/C installs or repairs. Mark and Jason were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They came out Tuesday diagnose our issue promptly and installed a new unit on Wednesday. They provided excellent service. Thank you.

    Awesome company to do business with. A week ago we discovered that our central ac and heater was not working properly. Contacted them on a Sunday afternoon explaining the problem and they immediately responded by setting up a time for a technician to come look at it. By Monday mid day, we had a diagnosis of the problem and the new part was ordered. Once the part came in, they insisted on getting it installed and running before the next cold spell came through. The technicians were courteous and professional and have earned my business in the future.

    I had an almost 10 year old machine in Sargent that i have been putting bandaids on for two years now. got to the house on a friday at 430 and the AC was not working. Called JAX who made it out before 5 then spent the next few hours working through the huge list of problems the machine had. they were able to get it back up and running for my family to enjoy the weekend. afterwards i bit the bullet and purchased a new machine from them which they had installed and running within 4 days of order. the communication was amazing through the entire process and with what they offer for service after the sale i would highly recommend JAX Services to everyone. customer for life!

    Fantastic experience with VIP service!!!Hurricane Beryl took a toll on our air conditioning condenser, and anyone familiar with coastal climates knows how metal can quickly corrode from the salty air. Jax Services offers a specialized coating to extend the life of AC condensers exposed to the Texas Gulf Coast’s marine environmentβ€”and we couldn’t be more impressed with their service and product.From the moment I stopped by the office, Pam was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible about scheduling our drop-off and pick-up. Maddie went above and beyond, helping us unload the condenser and providing details about the coating process. When installation day came, she and another fantastic team member (apologies for not recalling her name!) loaded the unit onto a flatbed and delivered it right to our driveway, coated with their product, inside the factory box, and ready to install.Jax Services truly excels in people, process, and product. I also learned they provide bed liners and HVAC repair and installation services. Highly recommend them for their expertise and customer care!
