From the start, I was fairly certain that Id have a really positive experience using Tullos to replace my HVAC. My old gas furnace and air handler were originals to our home from the 1980s. The ducts were a mess. The outside condenser had been replaced several times and was undersized for my home. Jon Tullos gave me a bid to tear out and replace everything with great SEER rated high quality devices, and which was almost half of the bid I got 2 years ago from a well known local HVAC contractor. Less than week later, I have a new central air system. Always on time, cleaned up everything, and just a great crew. This company knows what they are doing, and Im glad I trusted the reviews that made me call Tullos. I totally recommend Tullos for your HVAC needs.***Okay, its a month later, and I called Jon to put total radiant barrier and add a few more feet of blown insulation on top of my old pink rolls....Price for this including the first install from Tullos is still nowhere near the quote for just the central a/c+furnace+all new duct from another local well known name company. Id trust this Tullo company for anything involving insulation and cooling/heating to beat and exceed the quality work of other competitors. Im totally impressed and I know I spent my money well to enhance and improve my heating/cooling systems and what its going to cost me (since Abbott & his crooks are still being paid off by the electricity providers) in the coming months with the price of electricity in Texas going up unnecessarily. He uses quality products that are proven to work and has a crew of great people who are totally trustworthy and skilled. I hope you make the decision to give these guys a try, you will not regret it.

Jon and his team spent all day at my house putting in 2 beautiful Goodman AC units, a new furnace, and a larger duct going to our playroom. So organized, polite, respectful. We received 4 estimates, and no one could come close to Jon’s. In the included pictures, you will be able to see he raised the slabs the AC units sit on, and strapped the units down. His attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. I love that he is a local business owner. He definitely earns all these 5 star reviews!

Had Jon do the summer tuneup on my AC unit.Come to find out, my AC unit was 13 yrs old and was soon to die.Jon was straight forward and presented the issues.Better to be proactive. It’ wasn’t if it stops working but when it stops working.Decided to follow his recommendation for a new air conditioner system.Any questions I had, Jon responded in a timely manner and also presented different options.The team was right on time for the install and were very professional.My home is now much more comfortable with the new system.I’m running the new system 6 degrees higher and it’s cooler and more comfortable.Should see difference in electric bill because of this.Would highly recommend J Tullos Sercices.

I was referred to Mr Tullos by a coworker.My old unit quit cooling on a Saturday.I had called several shops before I learned of Tullos services.I actually had an appointment scheduled for 1pm with a different company.Mr Tullos came out to give me an estimate for a new unit at my request that morning.While there he quickly found the problem with my unit and had us cooling again with in 10 minutes of being there at no charge.I decided to buy a new unit from J Tullos. He is very courteous and professional. I read many reviews on different installers located in the SE part of Houston, but his reviews seemed written by genuinely appreciative people. He said that he was free and could meet me within 30 minutes or at my convenience. That worked well for me, and I met him at a second property we own, a small townhouse. John provided not only excellent customer service, he provided all the information I needed to make make a choice between two different units I was considering.I set up a date for installation, and yesterday John and his very efficient crew met me at the property. The company provides the update on getting parts as well as the schedule timed for installing along the way and we also get the update on coming scheduled time ahead of the installing date. They come right on the scheduled time and do all necessary works to get the job done. Our house is on stilt since it is a beach house and the AC indoor unit is bigger than the stairway space and the technicians have to remove the stair rail to carry the AC unit up. My 94-year-old mother was having a celebration of life and we were hosting a party for 40 to 50 people in our home. As luck would have it our A/C went out the day before, a Friday. I had an issue with my blower motor which supplies air flow for both the A/C and Heat. I discovered the furnace would need to be replaced because the blower is located in the furnace ( permanently fixed). I got estimates from several companies.......all of which were considerably higher. J Tullos Services estimate was very reasonable and the work was very professionally done. Mr. Jon showed up as soon as I called to get me an estimate. He stopped what he was doing and came right over. After asking many questions and recieving great explanations he gave me three different options to choose from. We let him know that we wanted him to do it and he moved up our install date to a monday instead of a tuesday so we could have it sooner. He said he would be there between 10 and 11 in the morning and was there around 945. He showed up on time, was very professional and relatable as were his workers.
