JTech has serviced our 22 year old HVAC for the last 4 years under our home warranty company. They were so impressive with their warranty service I gave them a chance to quote a whole new Lennox system.Out of the 8 quotes I got, they were the lowest quote and with the best equipment for my requirements. They don’t push you to buy more than you need. I really appreciate that business model.They quoted me quickly and told me about tax credits and rebates the other companies never mentioned when quitting the same equipment. That saved me a couple of thousand dollars. They scheduled the install for 2 days after I approved the quote. Wow. That’s quick!Brittany was awesome to work with on the quote and answered a hundred questions I had about the equipment, rebates and also blowing in more insulation. She was very patient and sweet with this old timer. If she didn’t know the exact answer to a question she found out the answer and got right back to me.Brittany’s husband Louis is a troubleshooting and repair technician plus he performed the survey for them to quote the new system.This is a family owned and operated business. They are Great Americans and a pleasure to work with for servicing our a whole new system.They are also Veteran respectful and offer a discount for those that served. Joey the owner is a veteran and still serving.You can’t go wrong with this company!

J-Tech came out through AHS warranty when our a/c was not turning on and told me the drain line was clogged in our A/C. The technician cleared the drain line out just fine but didnt realize that a coupling in the line came loose during the clearing process and a couple of days later we found a little bit of water coming through the ceiling (from the A/C condensation drain coupling). We talked to J-tech and they came back out on a Sunday and fixed the drain line. They also sent a drywall guy to repair the ceiling damage from the leak later on (Nat Drywall, whom I highly recommend).Side note, I would recommend talking to David (the manager) rather than the Owner. The Owner, when he called me, told me they would not fix the damage, but David called back later that day and said they were definitely going to make things right and repair the ceiling. Thanks for the quick A/C fix, and thanks for coming around and making things right with the ceiling J-Tech!

Contacted J Tech for A/C repair. Louis responded, arriving 10 minutes into the time window provided when I initially contacted J Tech. Highly professional, he was able to identify the problem within about 5 minutes and had the problem resolved and our A/C running again within about 40 minutes. To say that we were pleased is a huge understatement considering its about 95 degrees outside!!!!! Have added J Tech to our list of reliable service providers and will definitely ask for Louis should we need additional service. Couldnt be more pleased with results!!!!

Communication was great and I was given notice that the technician was on his way in advance so I could get to my house from work to meet him. I had a fantastic experience with J-Tech Mechanical when they fixed my AC unit in less than two hours. The tech arrived within designated timeframe. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they also took the time to provide a detailed explanation of the issue and the solution they implemented to include fixing fan that stopped spinning. Update: Owner called and seemed to care about their relationships with customers. I appreciated him listening to the situation and offering a solution for the future since well likely be connected with them again for future AC issues.My experience with the first tech, office staff, installers, and owner were all amazing- everyone was fast, responsive, extremely kind and knowledgeable, and we had nothing but positive things to say, so im going to put this behind us and not let one bad experience ruin it. We all have off days.The owner seems to care about customers and I hope their business continues to thrive and uphold their values.---------------------------------I had a great experience initially- came out to replace my coil. During the day of the install, we told the tech after he finished that the air flow to the office was nonexistent whereas it was working properly before. I then called the office + 2-10 (warranty company) and they both said to put in a recall (no service fee) since its a follow-up.The appointment was for 1-5pm, the tech arrived 3 hours late during dinner at 8pm. No problem. He diagnosed the issue and said the dampers were likely bumped during the coil install. and fixed it. Air is flowing properly again, it was not an issue with the house itself.Everything was going smoothly until he asked for the service fee. Im not going to go in detail about what transpired next but it was unpleasant but were happy to update that weve sorted the issue out with the owner.

J-Tech has been wonderful to work with! Last year our home warranty company assigned them to our first floor A/C unit service request. I was so nervous that we would not get fast, quality, honest service. J-Techs reviews were really good so I was hopeful. We were very pleased! Kayla was very kind, patient, and helpful in coordinating the service. The company was great about keeping us informed about when to expect the service technician. Anthony showed up and was awesome! He was friendly, fast, and let us know exactly what to expect. He provided thorough information for the units they have available in the event we wanted to replace the unit he was working on since it is original to our 2006 built house and only rebuilt compressors can be obtained for it. As an aside, I researched the units he quoted us, and he was right on about everything he told us. The part came in within the week, which is fast for our warranty company, and Anthony was back to fix it the day they received the part. We were very happy.Now, a year later, we were having the same issue with the same A/C unit, understandably with a rebuilt compressor. We put in our claim and were again assigned J-Tech. I was very hopeful because of the great service last year, but nervous that they might be one of those companies that doesnt pay any attention to you because you didnt by a new system from them. Nope! They sent Anthony out again, and he was as awesome as last year. Smiling, remembered our situation from last year, and got right to diagnosing the problem. He went over everything with us again. Only this time, our home warranty company didnt follow through and couldnt give me any accurate information about what was happening with the part order. I got different stories from different home warranty representatives about what the delay was due to. At two and a half weeks, our upstairs A/C unit stopped working over the weekend. We put in a concurrent claim for the second unit. Anthony was out that day, and was training another technician, Joshua. The upstairs unit fan motor was fixed in a single visit, and we were so relieved. Then, when the part for the first floor unit finally showed up, the next day, just short of three weeks after it was ordered, Anthony was here later that day with Joshua. They both did a great job! All through the 3 weeks of following up with J-Tech, Kayla and Brittany were very helpful, patient, and kind. The owner even answered one of my calls and was very kind.Even though our home warranty company caused us a lot of frustration and wasted time, we are so glad to know that we can count on J-Tech.

J Tech was referred by AHS because my Air conditioner was not cooling. Lewis checked the equipment and added some Freon because of its age I also asked what it cost to repair or replace. He did some measurements and gave me a cost. I decided to replace both air conditioner. The installation was taken care of the next week. Dennis was just like Lewis explaining what he needed to do and got to work. Today Lewis returned and cleaned the ducts again a stupendous job. I will refer them to my friends.

I had an AC unit in our home go out. I called J Tech and they were very responsive. The unit was 20 years old (compressor, coil, and furnace) and the J Tech team gave me several options to choose from in fixing the unit, from replacing the coil to doing a full system replacement. I had two other companies come out and take a look and give me bids before ultimately choosing J Tech to do the work. My decision was based on my comfort with J Tech given my previous positive experience with them as well as their price for the work which was the lowest of the three bids for comparable work. The J Tech team quickly came in and replaced the system and did a great job of cleaning up both in the attic and outside. The system works great. I highly recommend giving J Tech a call if you have home heating or cooling issues.

My technician Marcus was the real deal. I used my home warranty for this call and honestly most of the time these companies come in and within 5 minutes say they are done and walk out. This guy took hours to actually figure out my issues. It ended up being a small part needed but he would have never known if he didn’t actually test multiple components of my system. J Tech mechanical was extremely professional in taking care of my AC issues. My home warranty sent them out and based off of prior experience with the contractors my home warranty hires I was expecting a company who would try to get out of doing the work or do a half hearted job on the repair. That is not what I got with J Tech, they were the complete opposite. They were timely in setting up each appointment, comunicated everything very well and they fixed everything the way it should have been, they even scheduled a drywall repair man to fix the sheetrock that was damaged do to a leaky pipe. I highly recommend using them and the next time I have an AC issue I will definitely be using them.

My experience with JTech were all excellent, last Tuesday night, I came home from 13 hr work in surgery past MN and my son told me our A/C broke. I made a service request from AHS at 2am, M…. A/C was assigned. I called AHS if I could have JTech since they’ve been in my house in Feb. at that time JTech was not available, so I called again at 6am, AHS was able to switch.I called JTech directly to make sure I’m on their list. Immediately that morning, appointment was scheduled the next day. Lunchtime they were calling if they could service today, for me it’s hallelujah. Got the job done same day.I’ve used multiple A/C services in the pass, John Moore, I had 10 years warranty with them and guaranteed nightmare for both units. Every year with John Moore, I have issues with the units since installed, to the point I hired another A/C company to do the job while on a 10 year warranty with John Moore, honestly. Last year 2021 John Moore came and tried to sell me new units, they said since your unit is 9 years old even I have 10 year warranty.JTech’s approach was not to sell but to repair if repairable.Definitely trustworthy. I wish there’s more company like them in town.

Initially we were referred to J Tech from our home warranty company. But because of our home warranty company’s policies with HVAC companies we decided to take them out of the equation and deal with J Tech Mechanical directly. The reason? J Tech is the most customer service centered company I have ever dealt with! From every rep you speak to on the phone, to their technicians, and their installers- every single person at J Tech is kind, courteous, and understanding! When it comes to scheduling, you agree on a 4 hour service window and then before the tech arrives they call you AND send you both an email and a text to let you know they’re en route. They’ve never been more than 15 minutes early, and never more than an hour into the scheduled window. Furthermore each one of their technicians (specifically Anthony whom we dealt with on no less than half a dozen occasions) are exceedingly knowledgeable, and better yet - they won’t try to up sell you! They tell you what your options are, from the cheapest to what you need, and nothing over. If you want more they’re happy to tell you your options, but I can’t articulate enough how much this company and its associates are straightforward and honest. I will refer them to ALL my friends and family who live within their service area. This is an amazing company!

Repeat Customer in 10 years. JTech installed 2 outside Trane AC Condenser Units for us in 2014. We have also used their maintenance services several years following the two unit HVAC system.Like many homeowners, we purchased an extended 7years whole home warranty service contract with Choice Home Warranty, who when we required service a couple weeks ago, would eventually contract with a different HVAC Service Company in the local area, that is not JTech Mechanical. Hands down, definitely no comparison. Superb live person on the other end, customer service with JTech. Thorough Professional Communication from the person who answers the phone, schedules the appointment within the same day, no less...not a robotic machine with pre-recorded talk because it is the weekend. Technicians are courteous, respectful and conscientious to perform great quality work. Consulted JTech Mechanical today (February 17, 2023 for a second opinion) and their assessment showed a misdiagnosis from the other company, which was specifically contracted with Choice Home Warranty, who wanted to replace a circuit board in the air handler. Anthony was our JTech technician today. He troubleshooted and serviced both of our upstairs and downstairs heating and air-conditioning systems. He found a shorted thermostat for the downstairs system, which was a 21 years old thermostat. Anthony installed a new thermostat unit instead and had us up and running again same day.I would absolutely recommend this HVAC Service Company to anyone in the area in need of heating and/or air-conditioning service.I rarely write public reviews, but was too proud to let this 5 Star Review left unsaid!

I have used J-tech on 4 different properties over the years, and they are the only HVAC company that I can confidently recommend. The Texas summer heat is brutal around here and having a competent, knowledgeable, and professional AC specialist is a must. All companies are not equal. Knowing how to properly fit, balance and size a unit to perform efficiently is key, and J-tech has the expertise and experience to get the job done right. I have purchased 3 complete systems from them before, and have been happy with the entire experience on all 3. This week, the Trane system that was in my home when we bought it, went down. J-tech responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, had parts ordered and had me back up and running all in a very reasonable time frame. Another pleasant experience, as always, just as expected.

We had 2 older systems that were on their last leg..well over 20 years old. Our smaller unit had a leak in the evaporator coil. We called our home warranty company and they sent out Jtech mechanical. Because the systems were so old and not big enough for our home, we decided to go ahead and put in a whole new system without the assistance of the home warranty company. I just had J Tech Mechanical replace the AC system for the upstairs of our home, which included both a condenser/compressor unit outside and replacing the coil, plenum, and related ductwork in the unit in the attic. They did not leave one scrap of trash and left my place exactly the way they found it. Kudos to Cindy who to me is the voice of the company who was always cheerful and ready to help at the office on the phone for scheduling or whatever.
