I called a few different companies into a local business due to some ongoing AC issues. Three different AC professionals came to look at our system at different times during the prior year,and overall I already thought very poorly of most local A/C companies I had to deal with. Apparently there was no one that could fix it in a permanent way, or follow through when asked for a written estimate for a permanent solution but the other AC people said there was no way to fix it so it would last for any significant amount of time.These people fixed both compressors, and addressed an underlying problem with more than replaced the burnt wire. They said the system was really old but it looked like it could last a few years and after they fixed it- it worked all summer. Plus when we called they showed up promptly during what I know is a busy time for A/C people.The only problem with their service is that while they do service calls, they do NOT do service contracts. Our commercial lease requires we have a service contract to have people come out once a year to do basic maintenance on our system. They will come out and do that service (wasnt very costly last time) but they dont get contracts for it. Our property manager was ok with us using them, but that might not be acceptable for other places.I am going to contacting them about a quote for a residential unit when the tax return hits.

I have not been compensated, nor am I affiliated with this company. Mr. Leon and his apprentice were right out here, a couple times, in the dead heat, for a couple different house units. Were looking forward to trying J. Kellogg Auto Air Conditioning.
