What an awesome experience. From start to finish. Collins was great from the 1st day we spoke till the day the installation was done . They have great and experienced technicians. Matt is a fantastic and a very knowledgeable technician. He even took his time to check on my old unit after installing my new unit at no charge. Taught me how to use my old thermostat. I would highly recommend P&G Commercial Heating Cooling to anyone needing HVAC work or installation. Keep up the great work! So far everything is working smoothly and seamlessly.

James came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit that was blowing hot air. He had us up and running in no time and also educated me on how to better maintain our AC unit to keep it running longer and more efficiently. Would highly recommend and will definitely call P&G Commercial Heating Cooling in the future for any repairs.

Our AC went out right before the first hot week of the year. We had just bought our home and had basically no knowledge of anything about our AC unit. P&G Commercial Heating Cooling came out the same day we called. Unfortunately it was a part that broke that was difficult to find, but they came out three days in a row trying to get the problem solved for us. We were very happy with their service, the respectfulness of the employees, and their patience in solving our problem.

We could not be happier with the service that P&G provided. After bringing them out for a second opinion on a bad compressor it turned out that we only needed a new capacitor vs a new unit. They are a top notch and honest heating and cooling company. We recommend them.

Great experience. The tech was very efficient, professional and polite. He wore a mask and shoe covers. Explained the process of installing the water heater, how to use it and service it in the future. He checked the faucets in the kitchen to make sure there was no calcium deposit from after the new heater was installed. I am impressed. 5 stars.
