    Another 5-star review for Ian and Integrity - after other quotes recommending either Heat Pump or full system replacement at $3500 to $7K - Ian reviewed the clean service history and recommended replacing the damaged component only - tested the entire system and offered 1 year warranty on the replaced part. “If possible we would rather REPAIR than REPLACE”.RESULT - Unit up and running in 1 day - Happy Tenants - at least $2500 saved.INTEGRITY is knowledgeable, fast and fair.

    I called on a Saturday evening when my A/C Unit went out. My call was answered and handled in a professional manner and I was promised a call back on Monday. Monday came and Shane called at 7:30AM to let me know he would be coming out in 30 min. He arrived, introduced himself and accessed the situation. He explained the capacitor was the issue and asked if I was ready to continue the repair. When he was completed he explained exactly what he did and he allowed me the opportunity to ask any questions. He made me feel valued as a customer. I appreciate the way the entire service call was handled and even though I had to wait the weekend through the heat - it was worth it dealing with Integrity! They lived up to their name for certain.

    Shane did a great job diagnosing a difficult a/c problem in our attic. The price they changed me was surprisingly low for the amount of time 2 technicians put into it. A new problem showed up a few weeks later, and Shane was there within an hour of calling them. No charge. I highly recommend Integrity Mechanical. They truly have Integrity.

    I would like to add another satisfied customer story to the others already here. My AC stoped working on a Saturday, in the Great Heat Wave of 23. Initially, another company (NOT Integrity Mechanical) sent a tech who informed me in short order that the compressor was shot and the only option was to replace the entire system. Two days without AC and thousands of dollars. Great. I got a hold of Ian at Integrity Mechanical and he quickly wrote me an apples-to-apples estimate (sight unseen) at a price that would save me $1,000. And he could do it in the same time frame. At this point I had a half-smile, still wincing from the unexpected expense but happy to be saving some money. Little did I know, full-smile mode was just around the corner.Ian called me back later that afternoon and said he was around the corner from the house and could he stop by to confirm the diagnosis of the initial technician. He discovered the compressor was just fine and the actual problem was much easier to fix. 30 minutes later he was pulling out of the driveway leaving me with a fully operational AC system. It cost me $250 dollars and now there was no need to move out for 2 days. Full-smile mode activated. Happy customer.

    I thought I’d take a second to leave a long overdue review—I cannot recommend Integrity Mechanical enough! My family has owned an HVAC company in Corpus Christi since the 50’s, so we are extremely picky when it comes to picking a HVAC company.Integrity Mechanical absolutely lives up to their name.I appreciate Ian going above and beyond to fight for our warranty replacement from Goodman when our entire compressor went out this summer. He really went to bat for us! Not only was our unit replaced with no charge from Goodman, Ian managed to get us an upgraded from Goodman since they had us waiting in the 105º heat for nearly two weeks (no fault of Integrity Mechanical!). Ian’s labor price for installing the new unit was more than fair. They had us up and running within hours of receiving the unit from Goodman.I could not ask for more from an HVAC company. I’ll be bringing them back soon to inspect the duct work in my attic so that my unit runs more efficiently. Thanks again, Ian, for all of your help.

    Ian is amazing! Our air conditioner went out during this heatwave it was 89 in the house! Ian came out the very next morning to diagnose the issue and Shane was here with the part we needed the next afternoon.I would call them and refer them to anyone looking for an honest, quality HVAC professional.

    I called Integrity Mechanical 4pm on Thursday. Ian sent a technician to help repair our A/C by 9am the next day. Daniel was on time and super kind. He fixed our A/C and added cut off switch to prevent water leaking again. No other A/C repair company has ever suggested a cut off switch. He also did some basic clean up of our system that no one other company has ever done or even suggested. The service at Integrity Mechanical was top notch!

    These guys are top notch!! Ive had to call them twice in the last month for different issues. They responded to my calls almost immediately and were out to my house in a matter of hours. They figured out the problem quickly and had our AC back up and running in short order. Both service techs I worked with were very polite and seemed to know their stuff. Their prices were very fair, no complaints about anything I was charged for. Ill be using these guys for all my AC repair needs in the future.

    They have come for two different issues, and both were good experiences. First, they double checked and figured out that my coil was still under warranty when others told me it wasnt. Later, I had a blown capacitor. They came by within 45 minutes of my calling, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and the charge was reasonable compared to previous capacitor replacement ($70 capacitor and $85 labor).

    These guys did a great job! They came out the same day my AC broke and had a unit installed the next morning. They were able to work with us within our budget and took care of all the paperwork to register for the warranty. Can’t recommend them enough.

    As you probably already know, central Texas summers are not typically mild. The are as HOT as you know what! So when your AC doesn’t work, it is an emergency!     Our A/C went out on a Sunday afternoon in August. I had one of the larger national companies come out and and told me the condenser fan motor burnt out. They said the motor was so old that it would be unreasonable to replace and they tried to hard sell me on a whole new unit, which they quoted around $8,500. After researching a bit on the internet, I decided to call Integrity Mechanical first thing in the morning. Ian answered the phone and said could squeeze me in before his first appointment. When he arrived, he had a fan motor on his truck and had my A/C back up and running within 30 minutes. I would recommend Integrity Mechanical to anyone who needs A/C work.

    Honest and will not take advantage of the Texas heat and overcharge you. I was overcharged by another AC company and almost paid the $325 to replace a capacitor. I didn’t know any better. Luckily, my brother knew that it only cost $10 for the part! So I called around and found Integrity. Their price is fair and came out the very next day! Thank you, Jason!

    Monday afternoon my wife noticed the A/C wasnt cooling like it should. I got home from work, texted Jason. He was willing to send someone that evening, but would be after hours charges. We agreed hed come the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and by noon had the new coil installed and working like a champ. It was quick, they were very professional. I will use them again.
