    Called to make an appointment for our AC that wasnt working properly. David the technician showed up early. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. He then checked the rest of the system. Great service and work. I would highly recommend these guys.

    Seth was our service technician today, and he was very thorough and careful in checking on each part of our air and heating systems, to make sure no problem was developing in any area. We really appreciate that because it helps so much to prevent many of the expensive problems that would occur without such effective and protective maintenance.     Thanks Integrity Air Conditioning for your great service in replacing our worn out system. Sales staff was on time and thoroughly explained what was needed and reasonable pricing involved. Installation team arrived at the appointment time and was very thorough with removal and cleanup of the old worn out system. Follow up service has been great as well. The new system works great.

    Justin Hudson came the same day we called. He found problems in our systems that had been caused by our previous service company. He was courteous and very competent and patient and answered all our questions. We trust Integrity to do our service from now on, and we specially requested Justin. They are awesome!!!

    During the height of the heat wave last month in Dallas (100+ degree days consistently) we called out technician Kenneth on the weekend during evening hours. Our A/C was not cooling, and with 3 children aged 6 and under (plus a dog) this was a serious situation. The company sent us a technician within a matter of hours, on a weekend!     Our rep (Justin), did an Outstanding Job! The way he reprezented this company, matched the name (Integrity). When he came to the house Justin was very professional, but down to earth. Very patient while we explained what we wanted and then explained the entire process step by step. He ask us to give him a day or two for the estimates because he had to do some calculations to go with his measurements. He came back with a quote for a unit that he recommended and we ask for a quote for the next unit down and he had that to us very quickly so wr could make our decision. Justin seemed very genuine and was out to win us as a customer not just another sale. Its great to work with honest people like this. Thank u Justin. I also wanted to say that the guys that also worked on the install were very good as well. They knew what they were doing and did a heck of a job. Great Job Integrity AC!     Our ducts needed to be replaced in the midst of another remodeling project. The Integrity team coordinated their work with the guys from Lone Star Remodeling and a whole new duct system was installed in just one day. Considering the tight spaces and the extent of the repairs, it was a remarkable job. It works so much better and looks great!

    Integrity Air Conditioning repaired the A/C unit in my home and I was very pleased with their service. Their office support team as well as the technicians were very professional throughout the entire process. I received a call from Darla confirming my appointment time the day before and the morning of my appointment. The technicians arrived on time and were thorough in explaining to me the issues with our A/C unit. Afterwards they were careful to clean up behind themselves, which I appreciated even though they hadnt made a mess. I would recommend them without hesitation and will be using them again if I ever have a need.

    Integrity Air Conditioning sent Seth to our house to repair our AC unit. He was happy to accommodate us in repairing it rather than replacing it, as he knew we had illness in the family and needed to get back into our home, as soon as possible. A replacement would have been a two week delay with the city electric co involved, as we are required to turn off the electricity while the replacement is done with a crane lifting the unit to our roof. Seth has worked with us over the years and is such a nice accomplished young man. So polite and willing to make it work. I told him today to be sure to tell his Mother that she raised him right!     They stand by their service and all of their technicians weve had come out have been equally polite and professional. We got a new outdoor condenser with a faulty part and they bent over backwards in the Texas heat to get us back up in the fastest possible manner. The owner, Ben, even called to assure a quick resolution.

    I only review companies when they are 100% top notch. This company passes my test to the max! Theyve worked on mine and my moms house and every time their technicians have been friendly and professional.That would be good enough but when I had a problem that seemed unsolvable, the owner came out with his tech and stayed until the job was done. Took about two or more hours and even though it wasnt their fault (it was the thermostat, which both waited while I bought one at the local hardware store when they couldve sold me one of theirs much more expensive), when I got my bill it was ZERO balance!There are very few old school owners like this that not only stand behind what they do, but make SURE the customer is satisfied.In this hot-as-hell part of the country, finding a good AC company is like finding a great mechanic for your car...good as gold!

    Seth came out and performed diagnostic service for me today. Turned out to be nothing more than humidity setting internal to system, but he thoroughly explained what was going on. Also checked air handler and outside unit while here.The whole process was very professional. April phoned first to let me know a technician was headed my way. Seth showed up about then expected (Mesquite to Arlington drive time), and cost was quite reasonable.Thanks!
