    Innovative Air came out to access the replacement of our HVAC, upon doing so was able to give us a reasonable quote and hotshot a unit quickly and installed to get my elderly parents operable 2 days prior to an expected ice storm. The whole team was professional, detailed in answering all of our questions while keeping us informed throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Air, their team of both sales and installers are second to none!

    We were pleased with the service on one of our units. They were able to get someone out to us the day after an inquiry and the tech was on time for the appointment. Riley was very friendly and explained the issue we were having, and was able to fix the unit pretty quickly. We also appreciate the courtesy call to check and make sure things were still going okay. I would definitely use this company again!

    My experience with Innovative AC was great from start to finish. David the repair technician came out and tried to get the old units going. Actually they came out a total of three times to attempt this.Jana, my salesperson was wonderful and very helpful.The installation crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time and got to work. The central AC, heater, and blower were all installed quickly and with care.This crew also cleaned the area they replaced things. They COMPLETELY cleaned up and removed all old equipment and boxing.Great team to work with!!!

    Quick, friendly, efficient! I tried using two other companies locally that didn’t follow through or no showed twice. Called Innovated Air Solutions Wed at 3pm they were out the next day at 12pm returned a quote within 24hrs. Great service!!!

    Our experience began with a visit from Jana Bruce, who is every bit as they described her. She is very knowledgeable and is very detail oriented. She was always willing to answer questions and always got back to us promptly, even after hours.Then there was the tech team. Abraham Castro, Benji Gutierrez, Dillon Hughes, Gerardo Figueroa, and Trey Hebert were here when they said they would be, focused on the job at hand, and efficient in their work habits. Any questions we had during installation were answered in ways we could understand. You could tell they loved doing what they were doing and were proud of their work. I overheard one worker asking his supervisor about something and he said (the worker), I think it would look better this way. We werent going for looks but he was thinking to make it the best installation it could be.We would recommend Innovative Air Solutions to anyone needing HVAC services.

    So very grateful for Innovative Air Solutions. The worst thing to happen in summer is Texas is for your AC to go out. Especially with 2 young children in the house. Ben was there within an hour of us calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem, helped to correct the issue and also educated us on how to properly care for our unit to avoid the situation again. 10/10 would recommend.

    Overall great people, and the faculty was very informative and professional. Our entire system went down and they were able to replace it within two days. Now our house has stayed cooler longer while consuming less electricity. They even brought us a gift basket upon completion! Thanks guys!

    Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was alone on this service call. It took him 30 minutes to resolve the issue. Ok, another 30 minutes round trip travel time; supplies, maybe $2. The bill……..$409. Just say’in…..come on. Five stars for the tech. Two for the price.

    5 stars aren’t enough! Jana was amazing! It is obvious that she is passionate about what she does and is so knowledgeable. That girl shimmied up the attic ladder, crawled across the floor and checked my duct work….. smiling all the way! Don’t let her pretty face and manicured nails fool you, she knows her stuff!! ! She had her knife and tools ready. She checked and double checked our ducts, AC unit (inside and out), electric meter and breaker boxes, then gave us recommendations and options to fit our needs and our budget! She also check the actual air quality of the air in our house. Shout out to Jana and the whole IAS team! Thanks for caring about people the way you do!

    Im glad i called Innovated Air Solutions for a which was originally a routine check on my Air Conditioner.     Calling Innovative Air Solutions was the best decision a person ignorant to most things A/C related could have made. They exceeded expectations on all levels of service. Chris Wilcox came out for the initial inspection. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough. Eloy Castro then came out for the follow up repairs and service finalizations. He was just as courteous and professional as his fellow teammate. He even went so far as to reinspect the initial service necessary to move forward upon my request and answer all questions I had regarding the future of my A/C system. Both of the technicians arrived promptly while communicating their expected arrival times on the day of each appointment. McKenzie at the home office was also very friendly and helpful with setting up the service calls, relaying messages about the appointments and also providing all necessary itinerary throughout the entire process. Overall, I am pleased to leave this 5 star review for the people at Innovative Air Solutions. I even did my own research after receiving their quote. They were not the cheapest service available but they were definitely not the most expensive either. After discussing the parts and labor with multiple people in the field, Innovative Air Solutions quote was found to be extremely fair. Considering how awesome they worked together to get my familys quality of life back on track, Id say that even the slight difference in pricing from the other guys put me at a win for sure. I highly recommend Innovative Air Solutions to anyone within their service area. Ive had experience with Wings and Trouth here in SW Louisiana and these guys stand head and shoulders above them. Some of the lesser known businesses available didnt even answer their phones or return messages. Great job guys! Cheers!

    Eloy came out in the middle of a Saturday night to troubleshoot my condenser fan not blowing. It was a non-standard ECM motor, so they didnt have a replacement on hand.By Monday before lunch they had checked our warranty status and ordered a replacement motor from the manufacturer under warranty.Eloy came back the next Wednesday when the part arrived to replace the bad motor and he verified that everything else was working how it should before he left.Eloy knows his craft and was very patient, professional, and courteous during both visits to our home.I would not hesitate to use Eloy and IAS again in the future!
