My auntie’s ducts we’re over 15 years old! They were absolutely meticulous with everything that they could to ensure the house will be presentable for her to come home.     I cant praise these guys enough! From the moment they arrived, they were professional and knowledgeable. They installed two furnaces and a complete HVAC system in our home, doing an outstanding job. They were incredibly polite, communicating every detail of their work as they went, and thoroughly reviewed everything with my wife and me upon completion. Their respectful demeanor, addressing us as sir or madam, was much appreciated. As an added bonus, they identified flaws and code violations in the previous companys work, which resulted in a substantial refund for us!

    The service was excellent and wonderfully seamless. Thursday night we learned our system was failing, in spite of the rain storm they were here Saturday and provided us with solutions for our almost 30 year old system. Tuesday they had out whole system replaced and restored to good operation. All of the pricing was reasonable, easy to understand, service was clean, efficient and overall a great experience.

    We just had one of our HVAC systems installed, and from the beginning of the process to the end it was the best experience. This was not our first rodeo and our previous experience was so so. I expected this time to be very similar. I will say I was blown away by the amount of time our initial inspector James took to be thorough with the check of the system. He was very informative about what he saw and found in our system. He then connected us to Jordan who took the time to go over all of our options and explain each one in depth and the differences. They were not pushy on any which option they made sure we understood each options and the pros and cons of each. Once we were ready to move forward they scheduled us quickly. The installation techs were equally as impressive, they explained their installation process and got started. Once complete they went over the whole system and made sure we were good to go before cleaning up their entire work site. We ran comparisons and looked at other larger and smaller companies. Even though they were not the best deal cost wise they were indeed the company that took the most time to ensure we were fully comfortable with our options and were very competitive in pricing. We definitely feel that we received more in value that’s for sure.

    Great experience with a replacement to a new HVAC system. The guys (Baudel & Morony) got there around 7:30am and worked nonstop, until the whole system was up and running and the old system removed, about 4:30pm. Jordan is a man of his word, and was also great to deal with. Communication and notifications were prompt and accurate.

    Ben Espey was great! I scheduled a system tune up for both our units. He went through our system and was able to give us a report as to what percentage of cooling the unit is doing. He also enlightened me about how you can have your smart thermostat notify you when to change your filter. We are interested in duct cleaning as well, so he gave us a quote for that and a couple other system upgrades to consider. He was not pushy just gave us the options. They also put on shoe covers when they come in your house which is very respectful. I highly recommend Infinity Texas Air.

    They took the time and planning to get it right. Why the builders didnt arrange the furnaces and coils like this to eliminate the need for short and cheap/leaky universal coils when it was built is beyond me.     We received over 6 estimates from HVAC companies and I can say that Infinity superseded them all. Jordan initially came out to give us an estimate and he thoroughly walked us through the process giving us details on what we needed. He was not a pushy salesman at all. He answered all of our questions and did not rush us to make a decision. On the day of installation, Baudel and Morony showed up on time and was very professional. The answered questions and checked in with us throughout the process. My husband and I can say that this was an overall great experience.     Needed full replacement of two HVAC systems. One system was out, the other was headed that direction. The initial appointment with Jordan for a bid was quick and painless as we already kind of knew what we wanted, and he did not try to push anything else.     Our Lakehouse A/C went out in the dead heat of the summer and I called Infinity. I had it scheduled for a Friday morning, drove down Thursday (they wanted to get us taken are of quickly due to our hottest days taking place, 103-104, and moved up our appointment) and sent Raymond Rodriguez out on the service call. He was great! Courteous, professional, and quick he diagnosed the issue and provided immediate options. I was on work calls in my car and he was patient and polite in working with me between them to discuss the issue. He referred me to Jordan for additional options and finished up his onsite portion of the call. Jordan was great as well! Overall experience was awesome, I highly recommend Infinity!

    The company offers incredible service and they were extremely knowledgeable. James was my technician and he was a master in his field. He was telling me about things on my HVAC system that I didn’t even call about, and explaining to me about problems that I’m going to have in the future based on warning signs that he’s already seeing. In the end he fixed the problem and made some great recommendations for future services. To be fully transparent, the prices were a little bit shocking. I’ve never dealt with an HVAC company before so I have no basis for comparison, but labor for a capacitor replacement was over $300. I didn’t expect to pay anywhere near that much, but like I said, I have no basis for comparison. Several of the other services we talked about were $500+ as well. I’m not sure if this is typical for HVAC work or not, but it surprised me. To be sure though, the quality of work they do is EXCELLENT!

    Wonderful company we switched to about half a year ago. This trip we decided to replace the entire unit because it was undersized. Infinity came out quick, brought the right people, had excellent tools to diagnose and tell us exactly what we need. Reps were on time, called ahead with notice, uncommonly polite, explained everything very well, got it done the next day, and it was a big job, did high quality work and proved it by showing us and a stack of pictures, helped with new AC app, showed us how to use it, set us up with maintenance, excellent warranty, and the unit is working perfectly. We couldnt be more pleased.

Google reviews did not give me the option to add another review for Air Infinity. The maintenance tech was very professional and arrived right on time as scheduled. He serviced our HVAC system as needed and was very congenial. The same one had been here last year, so it was good to see an old acquaintance again.This post was from September 17, 2021; NOT today, August 25, 2022….The techs arrived at exactly the time we scheduled to perform an HVAC system change out at our home. They were professional and courteous as the team worked inside and out together to complete the job in six hours. They cleaned up the debris from the change out and left our home and yard as clean as they found it. The value and financing was the best we found after checking three other companies. We will definitely be recommending them to others.

    Excellent experience since my initial call with Christina. Then my technician Raymond was awesome: super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and seems pretty honest. He told me what the issue was, showed me the issue, and clearly told me what the different solutions were for that. He found the issue within minutes, whereas the other provider I had called first couldn’t find the leak at all and that technician provided a wrong diagnostic.     10/19/22 Review: Given how disgusting both of our systems were, we opted to replace them both as well as have all of our duct work cleaned. We also chose to have dehumidifiers and dual UV lights installed due to some of the health issues in my house and because we wanted fresh, clean air. The existing systems were taken out, the new ones installed, and the ducts cleaned...all done in two days! This company is more than professional...from the techs all the way up to the finance department. They made the entire experience relatively painless and provided answers to any questions we had. I couldnt recommend them enough if youre needing system maintenance or new systems. Theres an obvious amount of great leadership within the company as everyone you interact with is pleasant and provides you with an exceptional experience. While having two new systems installed isnt cheap, they offer financing which is helpful but even more than that is knowing that my family now has cleaner air to breath and one cannot place a price on that.9/24/22 Review: Nerio came out because we thought our HVAC system was causing water to fill the upstairs sinks (condensate line). He diagnosed that was not the likely culprit. He also saw how dirty our blower wheel was with pictures to prove it and recommended several options to service our needs. He was more than professional, very knowledgeable, and was just amazingly pleasant and patient. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

    Infinity Air had installed a new coil and charged our system with Freon in February, so when the system suddenly wouldn’t cool the house in June, we called them mid-afternoon because we were having a party that evening. They worked me in, and the tech quickly discovered that the unit outside just needed cleaning. Within 15 minutes of him washing down the unit, the temperature in my house was coming down. I was SO thankful that they came out quickly, determined the issue, and fixed it quickly! I highly recommend Infinity Air!

    Aaron came to do our regular maintenance and air filter change(which I forgot about) and I told him it stopped working a few days ago. He was able to fix it! Quickly too. Always great service, helpful and friendly. And on top of that we have a child who had a triple organ transplant and we can’t have her in the house when the air filter is changed. We have to let it circulate w the new one for a while w her gone. And he remembered to leave it for my husband to do! Impressive.

    James was the definition of honest quality service! Diagnosed the A/C system in no time flat, found the contactor was bad. Continued to review the whole system in its entirety, to give me a run down of all the repairs/prevention steps I should take. Quotes them up for me, and even showed me where all the areas were to clean out.Found the contactor online and will be doing the contactor repairs myself, to save $200 in sweat equity. But, I will call Infinity again if I get stumped.

    This company was recommended to us by a friend when we were having problems with our AC. The technician was friendly and thorough, and was able to provide all of our options, from repair to replace. We were lucky enough that we were able to have a comfort advisor come out the same day to go over options for new systems. This was on a Friday, and our new system was installed on Monday. The technicians that came out were very friendly and professional. One the system was installed, everything was cleaned up to the way it was before. Everyone that came over was very nice to our dog, who was very skittish around strangers. Its refreshing to see a company nowadays with such wonderful customer service.

    Once again Infinity Texas Air did not disappoint. After the office was very helpful with scheduling and notification reminders Eric and Brandon showed up right on time and ready to work. They rolled out the red carpet and drop cloths and quickly removed our old heating and cooling system. They had everything they needed and went about installing our new unit in a very professional manner, paying attention to details.They did an excellent job inside, outside, and in the attic attaching the existing ductwork to the new plenum.     Ben, with Jim, checked several ducts for dirt and went up to the attic, as well. He recommended both duct cleaning and additional insulation in attic. I feel that he went above and beyond what was required.12/20–Clever Martinez came today for the winter maintenance. We have three units and he spent over three hours here thoroughly inspecting, cleaning, testing, etc. to ensure these units will work properly through the winter. We are very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge.Tim and Paul spent several hours doing an all points inspection, changing out filters, and remedying an issue with one of our three units. Raymond came out and our experience was already 100 times better than it was with the other AC company.
