    Will only use Infinity Air! I had an issue today and I know nothing about heating and my husband wasn’t home. So of course called Infinity. Jake was our technician this time and he was very nice and helpful. Super knowledgeable and respectful. James always takes care of his customers too! He helped me out a lot! Ive been using them for a few years now and can honestly say they care about their customers and aren’t just money hungry. Very reasonable pricing and efficient.

    The most efficient and well mannered maintenance personnel I have ever had the pleasure of having to call on. James came out last minute, late notice on a Sunday evening, assessed, and fixed the issue within an hour. He even assisted with a car seat install on his way out.     Our technician was very prompt, courteous, humorous, and most of all efficient! When I contacted him I was extremely tense and apprehensive due to obtaining service from past companies that were less than par. It was also approaching the weekend which made it worse because I could imagine the part being unattainable until the following week. Needless to say James was true to his word and had our system running in a matter of minutes. I recommend them to anyone!

    Fantastic service!!! I called Mr. James at the end of a workday, about 4:55 probably, and he had my air working better than before it stopped within a couple of hours! Very nice and very professional! Explained everything in major detail, even repeated a few things with no hesitation or frustration, due to a fussy toddler. Prices were definitely fair. We’ll be using Mr. James for our annual maintenance, along with anymore needed repairs. Definitely give him a call!!

    This was an after dinner Friday night issue! I have pets that are sensitive to heat and hubby was off on a job! My AC just stopped working! James came out in what seemed like an instant and had my AC up and running again in no time! I was so relieved and we will all sleep better tonight! No after hour fees and very very reasonable! I will be switching my maintenance service to Infinity because this is what caring great service should be like! Thank you so much!

    James was wonderful. Other a/c places told me they couldnt be out for a few days (due to the heat wave, I am guessing). I called Infinity, and James was here sooner than he said hed be here.We had tried to do some repairs ourselves and didnt quite have the wiring right. He saw the problem immediately and fixed it. He gave us options for our aging system, but did not in any way push that we needed to buy anything. (we didnt, but we probably will, soon)Absolutely thrilled with his service and knowledge, professionalism and friendliness as he patiently explained how it all worked. When we need future maintenance or replacement, we will be calling Infinity.

    Had to call in for help late Friday evening... had a severely clogged condensation drain pipe - causing our system to shut down (failsafe). Noah got to our house within an hour and got right to work - he stayed later and tried harder to fix the issue than I would have, all the credit goes to him. Great company.

    I called him at approximately 5 PM on a Saturday and he was at my house by 7 PM. Very thorough with figuring out what was wrong with my AC unit and had it back to 100% in no time. Very courteous and no pressure selling tactics. Reasonable pricing and I will definitely keep doing businesses with his company. I would most definitely reccommend him to anyone.

    My outside ac unit just quit working and the house was already getting warm. Called James and he was so nice , said he would come and check it out right away. When he arrived he got straight to work and had us back up and running in no time. Very professional and reasonable prices.     We’ve used James (Infinity Air) multiple times for different problems with our AC over the years. He’s trustworthy, I have no problem leaving him a key to come in my house and trust everything will still be there when I return. He’s honest—he won’t try to fix something that isn’t broken for an extra buck. He’s efficient. He gets the job done as quickly as the job will allow, and doesn’t mess around. We’ve called him before with a broken AC and he was there promptly, no questions. He is affordable and doesn’t overcharge. And lastly, he’s kind, polite and professional, and that’s just not really common these days. I 100% would (and do) recommend him.

    Noah was the technician and was quite professional and prompt. Noah called before he arrived and was also very detailed.     Decided to call Infinity Air as they had weekend and after office hours service and it was a Sunday. James came out and diagnosed the problem but I had to wait a few days to collect some rent money before I could hire him to do the job. Thankfully he knows what hes doing as not everyone who says they do ac repair has his level of expertise. My tenants were very thankful to have their ac working again. Thank you James!

I signed up with a yearly service contract because he was that impressive!Recently I had my third service with Infinity Air; and again, I am very impressed. They come to my house twice a year to check out the A/C in the beginning of summer and again with maintenance in the fall for the heater. James employees are super nice and friendly. Its always a pleasure to see their friendly faces and attitude. Wish more people were like James and Leigh! They act like family and treat you as one! I highly recommend Infinity Air!
