    Emmanuel Marte did a great job of replacing my p-trap PVC pipe and got my AC up and running. I liked that the service was done same day and it took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

    Great work at a great price, had been using another provider (cytech) for years but they decided to unapologetically screw me over and was looking for a new provider. Infinity did not disappoint! tech came right on time with plenty of communication and was very thorough. Ive found my new AC people, and will be making sure all my friends and family (who I had previously recommended to Cytech) move as well!

    It was such a pleasure to work with everyone from Infinity! Our AC/furnace was 20 years old so we weren’t surprised when it went out. The folks came less than 2 hours after I called, confirmed what we thought, helped w financing, and was back the next day with 2 guys to tear out old and replace it all. They actually took video of the inside of the unit so I could see exactly what they were talking about. I haven’t encountered such nice, punctual, and respectful people in the over 2 years I have lived here until now. They will be our families go to for all things HVAC related. Thank You!!

    Had a wonderful experience with this company. I called late at night after coming home to a hot house. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong, even showed me what was wrong. His wife is also super nice and helped me get an appointment and kept me updated on the time frame of arrival.

    Emmanuel came after hours to fix a drainage leak after another company tried to fix, but unfortunately the problem recurred after they left and had already closed. He was so thorough, ensured the leak was fixed for good this time and checked everything to be sure it was working properly. He explained everything very well as he went. Cleaned everything up afterward and left it better than it was when he came. We are so grateful for the prompt and excellent service!! Would absolutely use Infinity AC again if needed in the future!

    Had an issue with our ac turning off at midnight and not coming on. Next day we couldnt figure out what was wrong so we called Infinity (first time calling them). They were here within the hour. He came in, identified the problem right away and everything was fixed within 30-40 mins. Im so glad we called them and will be using them in the future for sure!

    Excellent customer service from start to finish. Its my first time using this company and it did not disappoint. From Mrs. Iliana to the worker Mr. Manuel, I believe was his name, the customer service was amazing. Upon arrival he inspected everything and found the problem in less than 10mins. The job was done in les than 40mins. Im beyond grateful that he was able to fix my AC. I will for sure keep doing service with them if I ever need to and I will recommend them to everyone.

    Definitely recommend Infinity A/C Service!!! Called them for a/c maintenance, they came out & got the job done at an affordable price.     I always look for good google reviews. I called Infinity at 7:30pm and they told me the estimate arrival time was 8:30pm. They showed up earlier. The A/C was making a loud noise and the fan wasn’t moving. Emmanuel told us that the fan’s motor wasn’t working anymore. He had one and replace it. Another company that we used previously told us that our A/C was old and probably needed replacement very soon (trying to push the sale), but Emmanuel said that even though the A/C was old it was in good condition as long as we give it maintenance. Good, quick and honest service.

    Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a very hot day. I was thinking that we were going to have to wait until Monday. I called Infinity, and they came in less than an hour.     My outside AC System stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Infinity early in the morning, wasn’t sure if they were even open and a lovely and friendly person by the name of Ileana took my call. She send someone within minutes. The motor had messed up but because the outside Ac system was so old, I decided to get a new unit instead. Emmanuel was amazing, very compassionate and gave me an incredible great price which I couldn’t turn down. Emmanuel and Ileana, God blessed both of you; for making my day a lot brighter and cooler. My AC is now working perfectly. 🙏😘🙏

    I would definitely recommend Infinity A/C Service. I called early morning and office staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and able to get me an appointment for the same day! The technician came out on time and was very professional and quick. He identified the problem and ordered the parts right away. As soon as the parts came in a couple days later (Friday evening), Emmanuel and his team were here working until late night to make sure that my family and I don’t have to suffer the heat through the weekend. I greatly appreciate the work ethic and the dedication to satisfy customers. Thank you, and I will definitely be using this company again.

    Convenient 24 hr service. Punctual. Informative. Available! Everything you want and need in a service! We called around 10pm when the a/c stopped working and within 15-20 minutes they were at our door. Ended up having warranty and scheduled an appointment for replacement parts to which they were punctual, thorough and prompt with their work. Worth every penny!
