We want to thank Steve and the Indoor Weather Professionals team for being the ultimate professionals and for replacing our AC / Heat Pump units in less than 24 hours. Steve and his team got a late afternoon phone call from us, he walked through the process, got the right approvals, secured a team and installed the units all while ensuring we were aware of what was happening. They finished the job, tested the units and cleaned up all in a matter of a few hours. Thank you Indoor Weather Professionals!!

We called one afternoon, and Steve came by the very next morning and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a few recommendations, and completed the fix all in about an hour. He tool before and after temperature readings of the vents and ducts. He even gave us tips to maintain our system better ourselves for the future. Best AC technician and company I have personally dealt with.

I used this company two years ago when I purchased my home. Steve came out and went over the system with me. Steve suggested I put a float valve in place and took the time to explain why that was important. 20 months later I am so glad I listened to his advice. Even better when I called because the unit appeared to be turning off, Steve offered to come out after hours if needed. He showed up just after 9am the next day figured out what the problem was easy fix and my AC is running great. Maintenance is key! I know it’s hard to part with that $109.00 to have a check up but it is part of home maintenance. Thanks Kris, Chris and Steve for the great customer service and speedy response time.

These guys are great. The AC company Ive worked with told me I needed to replace my entire unit only less than a year after doing expensive repairs. I always get a comparative quote, so I was referred to Steve and they told me they only needed to add a new part since I had just bought the other expensive part. They were able to save me over $3,000 and get the job done even faster. I would trust these guys any day and look forward to working with them in the future.

Had a great experience with Indoor Weather Professionals. Our 18-year old R22 a/c wasn’t going to last forever. We asked for quotes to replace the system from several a/c contractors. The folks at Indoor Weather Professionals offered a fair price to install a new Bryant a/c and furnace. We selected them to do the job and we now have a variable speed system that is super quiet and super efficient. The installation crew and office staff were friendly, respectful and answered all questions thoroughly. We are more than happy with the work performed by Indoor Weather Professionals.

Steve was fantastic. Once he heard that we had gone a day and a half without air conditioning, he came out early to fix our issue. He also took the time to teach me how to fix the same problem in case it happened again. He also showed me how to maintain the unit to prevent a repeat issue. Lastly, he took me outside to show me how to clean the outside of the unit which will help extend the life of the unit. Great service! Highly recommended!

6 Stars for sure…I called Indoor Weather because they are really close to my house. I had two other companies tell me I needed major parts replaced and that it would be better to buy a new AC. I never spend that kind of money without at least three contractors looking at the problem. Steve came out, did troubleshooting the others didn’t, and then refuted their claims immediately with solid reasons why they were wrong, educating me in the process. In the end, the problem wasn’t failing components it was a dirty coil. The fix? Five minutes with the hose.In a world filled with mediocrity and those who use their knowledge to prey on the uninitiated, it is wonderful to find a company, like Indoor Weather, who still hold to the old standards of pride in their work and integrity.

I called Friday morning around 8:30 and they were at my house by 10:00. Steve was courteous and professional and replaced the bad part we had on our AC quickly. AND he showed me how to clean our AC unit outside to keep it running cooler and to prevent future problems. Would DEFINITELY recommend them and will use them again.

We recently had both air conditioners replaced in our 12 year old 2 story home. We had several Air Conditioning companies provide us with bids to replace the units. While I was getting over the sticker shock a friend suggested Indoor Weather Professionals. Jeff, the person that came out to give us a quote, was so thorough and knowledgeable about the dos and donts about home Air Conditioning that we went with them. I have to say that I couldnt be more pleased! The installation crew arrived on time and were ready to go. They installed the new equipment and took the old away. They left the area clean and tidy. When the system was started up, the Technician walked us through the entire set up. He took the time to show us special features of the controls; some of which we would have never even thought of using. The control is a Wi-Fi based control which provides us many options. By the time the Technician left we were very comfortable with the controls. The humidity and temperature is controlled so much better than with our old unit and the utility bill is now lower. I would recommend Indoor Weather Professionals to anyone without reservation.

Our engineering firm works often with the folks at IWP and were glad we do. They are committed to serving not only homeowners through quality workmanship, but they also invest in Austins lively community of builders, architects, and engineers. Its not every day you see mechanical contractors going above and beyond the status quo to be the best, but I have no hesitation saying that IWP does exactly that. If youre looking for an installation or a service call, look no further.

Our AC went out in the middle of the night in June in Austin - ahhh!! But Indoor Weather was super prompt with getting someone out. Russell was our tech and he was friendly, helpful and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Highly recommend them! Thanks for saving us from the heat!

My HVAC failed last week requiring replacement. I researched the currently available HVAC technology along with installation/maintance reviews of numerous local HVAC providers. I selected Indoor Weather Professionals to supply and install a new system. After hearing that my family had been without AC for 5 days, Josh & Javier (IWP) worked late into the night installing the new system to provide us cool relief. The IWP techs were meticulous in preforming a QUALITY installation, which is why Im writing this review. They did great work at a fair and competitive price. I received follow-up calls from IWP to complete minor installation details. Im very pleased with their work and thus have already recommended them to others. A+ !!

Bro, from the time I called IWP I knew I made the right call. I was met with a silky smooth, masculine voice on the phone that promptly sent a technician over to my house. The tech showed up dressed to the nines to offer his assistance. I told him my AC drain line was so clogged, it was like it hadnt eaten anything but cheese for week. He said, No Prob, and cleaned my lines like you wouldnt believe. Im talking so crystal clear that I would have no problem putting my mouth on the line and drinking from it like a clear mountain stream. My experience was so great, I would consider breaking my AC on purpose just to go through this process again. Do yourself a favor and get the IWPs to come hook you up.

AC started leaking in the middle of COVID19 lockdown. Was able to get an appointment for the following morning and repair was completed within a matter of hours. The repairman wore a mask, gloves, and maintained distance as much as possible through the entire process. Highly recommend!
