    Alejandro was very nice and sent Alex to come by within the hour. Parents plumbing is in bad shape, but Alex did a great job. A bit pricey (flat fee), but they did a great job. Awaiting a quote from them for a more ‘long term’ fix. Hopefully we come together on that as well. But thus far, satisfied and you have a great employee in Alex, Alejandro 😊

    I had an emergency and needed to have my tub stopper pulled out because it was stuck. I randomly googled plumbing services and stumbled upon imperial plumbing. I am so glad I made this decision the staff were so friendlyand helpful. The technician that camewas Alex he was so patient, kind, and very attentive I was so impressed with the service. I will definitely be recommending imperial plumbing to family and friends. I wish I could rate 10 stars!

    Thank you Alex you have saved me so much money. You were there within the timeframe you stated was great with customer service. I had a very pleasant experience from Alex he came address the problem I was having with my HVAC system and was great with recommending service to help save me money in the long run. Alex you truly was a life saver and the price I paid was well below what others was charging for the same service without the advice or all the parts I will be only using this company for all my plumbing and HVAC needs from now on. sorryI have no photos to submit Anyone who needs service I recommend Alex you will not be disappointed at all.

    Having to take ice cold showers for several days while learning what I could about Tankless and Original Hot Water Heaters; looking at many models from different manufactures and sources and attaining a variety of quotes; my girlfriend, Kiran got Alex on the phone and conferenced us all together. From the outset Alex was a genuine gentleman. And, I don’t mean one of those phony, put-it-on types either. He put me at ease right away so I let my defenses down some. We discussed my water heater situation and also we both shared a bit of what makes us both an individual. And, what’s more, he listened to what I had to say. That’s really most unusual these days. When he presented his quote I was ready to be receptive to it; but, even if I hadn’t been, his quote was reflective of the concerns and desires that I had addressed during our conversation. He was satisfying my requirements without actually costing his company their profit. It was a very fair offer. Because of his equitable personality and the final agreed upon quote, I decided to go ahead and schedule the installation right away.The following early morning Alex, himself, was at my front door. He was prepared to perform the removal and install of both the hot water heaters.I must state here that Alex is the real McCoy. My attic area is not your usual run of the mill open, caverness space. The architects that drew-up the plans for up there apparently didn’t ever consider that the water heater would ever need replacing. Because, there was a large duct barricading the path to get to the Hot Water Heater. And, there was also a long, thin, raised gas (?) pipe, connected to the Furnace on the opposite side of the walkway, perfectly situated between the entry/exit to the attic and the hot water heater. It wasn’t easy removing the existing water heater across those obstacles. In fact, I understood Alex mention something about a small weld job. He did not alter his quote or pad it in any way. He stood by his word and that was that.After he departed I had some follow-up questions the Warranty paperwork required. Alex was most gracious to address them and reassured me he was available 24/7 should I have any more.Also, I had mentioned that I had made other plans at a certain time and he needed to be completed by that time. I was astounded that he finalized his work with time to spare. Thus, I was able to make it to my destination on time.I must say, my entire experience was a 5-Star experience.

    I was very happy with the quick response time from when a called Imperial Plumbing to when my issues were repaired…within 24 hours!! Very courteous and knowledgeable technicians. Would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

    I have had Imperial Plumbing work on my home on three separate occasions now and I can say with confidence they are the only plumbing company I trust wholeheartedly.The service technician, Alejandro, was punctual, communicative, and best of all, respectful of my home and was very detailed in the scope of work to be performed.There were no sneaky fees added into the service, whatever I was quoted was the price I paid unless something extremely out of the ordinary happened (which it often does in a house that has plumbing as old as mine).Alejandro offered up some advice based on follow-up questions I had and I am in the processing of designing a new plumbing system and several water filtration units thanks to Alejandros integrity, quality, and professionalism.Keep up the great work, Imperial Plumbing! I definitely feel safer knowing my home no longer has major gas or water leaks, and I cannot put a price on the feeling of safety after having had my house destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
