After calling with specific details of the issues, the IES person on the call walked me through one test to see if one of the issues could be resolved remotely, but it could not.. The electrician was dispatched with the specific parts needed to replace breakers and several LED ceiling fixtures. He resolved the issue, and the invoice was just as discussed up front. -
