While I was not happy having to replace my fur down unit that wasn’t very old, I can’t fault Ideal In Air, they didn’t build it. And while it wasn’t cheap to replace, I feel Jason and Michael did qualify work and were professional. I would recommend.

Had a heater go out during the coldest day of the year. Called my usual HVAC guy to fix. He couldn’t get it to cooperate and referred me to Ideal in Air. Jason was at my home less than 30 minutes after my call. He diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in very little time.

I am very impressed with this company. I have been a Realtor for 25 years and I have referred clients over the years to many HVAC service providers. However the service I received this week from Jason Neal was far above and beyond what I expected. He not only quickly got the requested repairs done but ended up charging my client 1/4 of what another company said they would do the work for. Also he came out within a couple hours from when I called. He gave my client great information on how to work with a warranty issue. He was far more knowledgable than the average AC guy and less expensive. He reslly cares about people. I will be using this company and referring them for all the HVAC needs i and my clients may have in the future.

Edit.*****Once again they have come to the rescue. My AC stopped cooling around 2030 a couple nights ago. Aug 26. We called them and Jason was at our house by 2130. He had it fixed and was gone by 2215. Outstanding service and reasonable prices!Outstanding folks here! They provide quality work at a fair price. On time, clean up after themselves after the work is completed.Definitely recommend them.

Right on time!I pulled in after a long road trip on a sweltering summer afternoon to find my house hot and stagnant. The fan was billowing warm air but the outside unit wasn’t running at all.At that same moment my neighbors were having their system serviced by Ideal In Air. Apparently they had used Ideal at a past residence and called them out to the new house as well.I walked across the street and spoke with the technician who was happy to work me in between appointments. Jason was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He even had a replacement for the malfunctioned part on his truck and had me all zipped up in about an hour. Roxie the secretary was also fabulous to work with.With affordable prices and great service Ideal In Air has earned my business moving forward. Can’t recommend them enough!

Jason! Highly recommended. He and his company had great reviews in Next Door in my local area. Had them perform routine service. A problem they found (that i was aware of already) was identified and then thorough troubleshooting identified the specific problem. It turned out to be a simple (for him) remove and replace. Cost was $75. Liked them so well i signed up for semi-annual checks/serviced and gave up on my “Big Company” HVAC guys i had been using for almost a decade. Quick, fair, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable. And his techs Michael and JD were also customer-oriented and interested in making sure my unit worked properly. It is so refreshing to gain a service provide who really gives service. Well done fellas!

I called Ideal in Air yesterday morning around 9am, as busy as they were, he said he would have someone out around 1-3, same day. They showed up at 2:30, had given me a courtesy text prior to arriving as well. Michael was very knowledgeable and fixed our AC and added 2 pounds of freon to our unit. By 7pm; our house was cooling down again! Had a great night sleep!

Amazing! This is the first time we used Ideal In Air - and it was after-hours on a weekend - so I thought maybe I might get a call the next day. Nope! They immediately called back and said they would be right over. Not only did they fix the problem right then, they did not charge extra for an after-hours visit, the price was more than fair, but they were straight with us and didnt try to sell us a new unit or up-sell with add-ons. Absolutely fantastic! They are already saved as a contact in my phone and Ive shared their information with others.

My 1st experience with Ideal in Air since they purchased NE Heat & Air, which I did business with for years.I figured if Steve C. trusted them enough to sell them his company I could trust them. My AC quit so I called, told them my problem & they sent Mike out, the same day no less. I thought it was a thermostat issue but he immediately went another direction and had the system up in under 30” for a very reasonable charge. Later that day I thought I had more issues, again thermostat related. Called them again & Mike was back in 15”. As it turned out I was the problem 🤪 but Mike was very gracious in schooling me. Again, all was well within 30” and no charge for the 2nd visit although there probably should have been! My trust was not misplaced & they’re now my new go to company for all heat and ac service!!

I recently had my HVAC system replaced by Ideal in Air and I couldnt be happier with the results. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the technicians were professional and knowledgeable.I started by getting quotes from several companies, and Ideal in Air was the most competitive. They also offered a free estimate, which was a big plus. After I decided to go with them, they scheduled the installation for three days later.The technicians arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very respectful of my home and took care to clean up after themselves. The installation process took about 5 hours, and by the end of the day, my new HVAC system was up and running.Ive been using the new system for a few days now and am very impressed with the results. I have used IDEAL IN AIR several times now and each time is a great experience. Called at least 2x now in the middle of the hot summer on odd weekend times and they show up within 30 minutes. Carefully spends the time with the homeowner to physically show what is going on and cares to make sure the homeowner understands what repairs are needed asap vs. the ones that can wait a little more time to make a decision. As a contractor myself who does not specialize in HVAC, I very much appreciate these guys and their style of taking care of the customer.

Are unit suddenly wouldn’t heat. It’s end of January fixing to get colder. The team showed very next day explaining my problem and that are unit was very old really needs to be updated. After talking and knowing are situation they jumped through hoops to get the parts to fix my unit. I highly recommend Ideal in air and plan on using there team for my upgrade in the near future. I know there my be units to old to get parts for they we’re able to fix mine. Thanks Ideal.

The tech responded to their phone system right away and showed up within 30 minutes SAME DAY! Two techs diagnosed the problem, showed me what was wrong and explained the repairs needed, then repaired my system for a VERY reasonable price. It is difficult to find and HVAC company to fix problems in the summer that is fair, reasonable and available! I will definitely use these guys again!!
