    Like many people, texting is significantly easier at times and Daniel Tuma welcomed those texts. Not only did I ask loads of questions which he readily and kindly replied to, he was willing and able to work with me on scheduling to come view what we needed done (install of a 2T mini split that I purchased) and then he showed up promptly when he said he would. I asked for a contract outlining details and he had it to me by the end of that same day - in fact it was after normal business hours when I received the email.I was also missing a couple of items (slab and line cover) which he noted and added to our estimate only after discussing them with me and asking if I wanted them. All transaction details were clearly outlined (from what was being done to who was supplying it). When we got a day scheduled, he and his installer showed up early and knocked the install out in no time and did so cleanly.I highly recommend Daniel and HVAC of Texas to anyone who wants and expects clear communication, timeliness and great customer service.

    I had 3 different A/C company look at my system, and all of them said it was not fixable, and I would have to replace the entire A/C unit.A whole new A/C unit would be $9500.HVAC came out the next morning and diagnosed the system . He found a leak and fixed it in 3 hours for$ 2500.I have never found a more professional, honest company than HAVCIf you need any A/C or appliance issues or anything else.     We have had 5 AC companies trouble shoot the problems with our mini splits and none could figure out why they were all not cooling properly. Finally contacted Hvac of Texas and had them come and Clean the units and now everything is working great. Will recommend them to everyone and will only be using them in the future. We have 5 mini splits and price to clean them was unbelievably cheap.

    I called HVAC of Texas on a Thursday evening, after an issue with my a/c unit, and left a message. Daniel returned my call the next morning, and was out that afternoon. Daniel fixed my original problem and then recommended a long term solution that would increase my units efficiency and prevent a repeat occurrence. Daniel quickly got me a cost for the upgrade and was back 3 days later to complete the project, all at a very reasonable price. Additionally, despite cutting into paneling and drywall, Daniel left my house as clean as he found it. I would HIGHLY recommend Daniel and HVAC if Texas.

    Danny and Dylan save the day for us today! We had stopped to get gas at H-E-B at Boerne and I 10 and somehow my cat who we were traveling with in my two German shepherds got locked in my car. No one else at the gas station had anything and they stopped their jobs completely to come over and slim Jim open my car door and saved my animals. It’s 90Β° and even hotter inside the car. I’m sure.     We called many HVAC companies to repair our mini split but none would come out as it was a discontinued brand that is apparently difficult to source parts for.When I called Daniel at HVAC of Texas he was responsive and polite and most importantly, was able and willing to come out on the same day I called. Within 2 hours Daniel and his team had fixed our mini split and had it back up and running. His fee was incredibly reasonable and a fraction of what I had been prepared to pay for a new mini split. My only regret is not calling sooner - we will be using HVAC of Texas for all our cooling needs in the future.

    Weve been using HVAC of Texas since 2020. We had been living in our homenfor 2 years and realized that time had gotten away from us and we had not had our system serviced since moving in. At the time, we were experiencing cooling issues but werent really sure what the problem was or how to explain it. So we called and spoke to Daniel (the owner) to set up an appt for maintenance. He was able to come same day and service our system. On his first visit, he started by checking out the system. When he got to the outside unit, he noticed that all the caps had been removed from the coolant area and we had lost quite a bit of coolant. He recharged our system and also mentioned that the capacitor needed replacing. After that, we have not had a cooling issue with the system. Fast forward a year and one morning I woke up to water dripping out of the pipe at my front door and a waterfall coming out of the exchange grill in the ceiling of my kitchen. I quickly called HVAC pf Texas and Daniel came out same day (literally within hours ofy call) and blew out my drainline. We had no idea what plumbing the drainline was connected to until after he left but he didbwarn us that when we find it there will probably be a mess to clean up...and he wasnt wrong. Later in the day I went into our master bath and found out where it drained. And he was right...there was a huge mess. We now have HVAC of Texas come out every spring to make sure the system is working properly. Daniel is very professional and polite. We will continue to use them and recommend HVAC of Texas to everyone.

    I bought a home that had been foreclosed and sat vacant for a long time. The central heat/air were trashed. I am older and disabled so there was no way I could even bend down to look under the home to see what shape the duct work was in. I had checked with several companies, including those advertising specials and they were beyond my affordability and could not work around my work schedule. I went through severe seasons of freezing and extreme heat because of those factors. I was so pleased with not only the affordability of HVAC of Texas brand new systems, much less than I had been quoted by others.The entire process from estimate to final took less than 2 days and did not require me to lose time from work. Dan went well above what I had expected. He was even nice enough to notice and reconnect my clothes dryer exhaust hose while he was under the house. He took pictures so that I could see not only his work but everything else that was under there. The new heat and a/c systems are attractive and my quality of life has greatly improved, thanks to the professional and quality work of this company.
