Hurricane Beryl destroyed both our air conditioning units. Brandon came out right away and provided a quote to replace the damaged equipment. We also obtained quotes from 2 other established companies. After meeting with Brandon we decided to go with Huntsville Air Conditioning. They were the most professional, correct installation is just as important as the brand of equipment you select. We are so glad we went with them, great communication with Brian, Brandon and the whole team. The Trane equipment is great, they repositioned the air handler to improve access. Brandon had a large crew and the install only took a day with minor finishes on the second day. I highly recommend Huntsville Air Conditioning. Get the quotes, you might pay a little more, but these Trane systems were installed perfectly, started up with no issues and will provide trouble free service for years to come.

Mr. Bennett arrived the day after I called for an estimate. He was friendly and thorough. The preliminary estimate with three options was emailed the following day. He assisted us in making the best decision for our home. A crew of seven which included Mr. Bennett arrived on the day of installation. Each member of the crew was professional, friendly and worked diligently until the job was complete. We are pleased we selected Huntsville AC and highly recommend them.

Our A/C Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. He arrived exactly on time and called to let us know exactly when he would arrive. He checked out system outside and in the attic. He added coolant. It was raining that day and he made sure to cover his shoes before entering my home. His name was Abraham and he did a good job. I highly recommend him.

I wrote my first review about Huntsville AC 3 years ago. Its below what I am adding today 02/07/25. I scheduled a service appointment just to check out my equipment and the techs came and did just that. I in particularly want to say that Abraham, the lead tech is without a doubt one of the nicest, kindest and an incredible tecs. Thanks to Shelby in the office for her great and professional work. Just confirms why I and my family have been customers of Huntsville Air Conditioning since 1970. This marks the end of my new review, 3 year old review starts here. I cannot say enough about Huntsville Air Conditioning Inc. My a/c unit would not cool below 79°. I called HAC yesterday afternoon and Brian showed up shortly after that. He determined that the coil needed to be replaced due to a leak. He put a temp charge on the unit, ordered the part and one of his crews came by today and did an absolute amazing job installing a new coil. . The house never became hot or uncomfortable because of Brian and his team. Also a huge thanks to Jill in the office. She is such a kind caring professional that takes all of the worry out of what can be a very stressful situation. I didnt think twice about who I was going to call because I remember Huntsville Air Conditioning installing a new a/c system on my parents home here in Huntsville. Huntsville Air Conditioning has serviced my Trane units for 15 years. I have nothing but positive comments for them. They are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Recently Brian and Jonathon went above and beyond any expectations regarding a concern for my main unit. A repairman from my home warranty provider responded to a breakdown, and alerted me that in his opinion, the unit was in bad need of cleaning and that there might be a freon leak. Out of concern for what the repairman indicated to me, I contacted Brian at Huntsville Air Conditioning. He immediately dispatched Johnathon to my home. Jonathon thoroughly inspected the unit and visually showed me that the unit had been cleaned during the annual AC service. Also he could not find a freon leak. I’m so glad that I have this company servicing my units. They are outstanding! Thank you Brian and Jonathon!

Had a wonderful experience with Huntsville air conditioning. Called today, came out today. Trey was the technician that came out to assist and was hands down amazing. Professional, respectful (even put booties on to come inside) didnt rush, explained everything detailed and with photos for the areas I couldnt see myself. The price was very reasonable for the time he spent. He was also very accepting that we have a madhouse farm here between 4 kids, 2 dogs and chickens in his path at times, he was understanding. Brian Bennett (owner) and his team was an absolute god send to us after not having AC for 3 weeks. We got completely fed up with our home warranty company and decided to upgrade the whole system. They are true professionals in their field which is hard to come by. From Brian coming out and taking the time to listen to your needs and taking the time to give his recommendations. To a timely quote and helping with Tranes Special Financing options. To him showing up with 3 trucks and 5 workers to get the job done right. Not only was his workers up in the attic so was Brian right there working beside them in all this heat. They fixed things other companies have missed in the past and fixed things they did wrong. Thank you, Brian and Huntsville Air Conditioning. I had insulation blown in my attic on Thursday. I didnt need to turn my a/c unit on until Friday night. When I turned the system on, I heard the click, but nothing happened. I switched to heat and the same click, but the unit didnt come on. Same for the fan. Im thinking the guys who installed my insulation may have messed something up. Needless to say, it was an uncomfortable night. On Saturday morning, I took a chance by using the chat option on Huntsville Air Conditionings website. I stated what my problem was. It was just a few minutes later and I had a reply from Brian. I really didnt expect to hear back on a Saturday, but I took a chance. Brian offered to come by early this afternoon and check out my problem. He sent me a message informing me of the problem and that I now have a/c. Thank you, Brian for coming to my house on a Saturday, which is not your regular business hours. The units perform perfectly and the outside equipment looks great. The installation team was very professional and left the work areas perfectly clean both inside and out. The best experience I’ve had with an air conditioning company. They came out to diagnose the issue and determined that the 25yr compressor had finally gone bad. I had asked Brian to quote me 3 different options( good, better, best). Brian was able to get the price where we needed it, so we ended up picking the better option. They were out here the next day and had it installed in less than half a day. Night and day difference. They were professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. They even went the extra mile to seal up the joints in the Sheetrock below the unit to keep it from sucking up any unfiltered air!! I recommend you give them a call for any of your air conditioning needs!!!

Very knowledgeable and HONEST! My outside unit was making a loud noise. I phoned around 8:30am and fortunately they were available. Service Reps, Trey and Shaun showed up about an hour and half later. Both were very courteous and conscientious taking time to check everything. What I thought was going to be $$$ was nothing to worry about. They checked everything in and out. Trey informed me that the unit may need some repairs in the future but not anything urgent. Without getting technical, they fixed the noise problem and checked everything out. I am so happy that our neighbor referred us to Huntsville Air Conditioning. Also, the receptionist/appointment setter was very cheerful and polite! I highly recommend this AC company!

We are so impressed with Huntsville air Conditioning, our HVAC system developed problems and needed to be replaced however we were in Colorado at the time. Huntsville air Conditioning went to our home and recharged the AC so that our guests could stay cool while waiting for the new unit. When the new unit arrived they replaced it in one day. My a/c was running but not cooling. I called them to come out at check my system. The lady that answered the phone was honest and friendly. She told me it would be later in the evening. She called back in a few hours and asked if the service technician could come sooner. Delightedly I said certainly. Brian arrived and made several checks after asking me what was wrong. He quickly determined there was no Freon. Because of his experience and equipment he determined it was the evaporator coils. He gave me good advice on whether to repair or replace the entire system. We decided to repair by replacing the evaporator coils. The parts arrived and they returned when they said the would to replace it. They showed up in force and quickly replaced the part and refilled the system. Temperatures were not favorable for the pressures of Freon but they measured in the correct amount. They repair cost matched the quote. They were neat and courteous. Will definitely use them as needed in the future. I trust them to be fair.

Working with Brian Bennett and Huntsville Air Conditioning is probably the best experience Ive had working with an HVAC company. Every step of the process was very professional. Some examples: 1) taking accurate measurements of my home to determine the proper sizing of the equipment. Found that my current system was oversized by 1 ton. 2) suggested a different layout for the indoor equipment in the attic which resulted in more efficient air flow, 3) provided a top of the line Trane variable speed system which is extremely efficient and way more comfortable than my single-speed system, 4) offered 0% financing, 5) responded quickly and courteously to my questions, 5) added new return vents for more even air distribution, and 6) did an expert job of installing and setting up the equipment. There was not one hiccup or one miscommunication. I am extremely happy with my new variable speed Trane heat pump system and I am saving a lot of money on electricity as well. Will definitely use Huntsville Air Conditioning again and am recommending them to my friends. Sept 2023 addition: A very thorough inspection of my system was conducted by technician Trey Bayer at my request. I appreciated his thoroughness and his patience with me as I asked lots of questions.

I have a Trane unit and the local installer is no longer a Trane dealer. This causes issues when ordering parts. After my air conditioner went out late Monday evening, I called Huntsville Air Conditioning early Tuesday morning. Eric promptly came out, and from the moment he looked at the system, it was apparent he knew and understood Trane units and their communication systems. My problem ended up being a minor issue with the electrical disconnect but the entire time Eric answered my questions and we discussed minor maintenance that I could perform myself.
