    First of all, Hunter Supertechs was one of 4 companies that I called for estimates on a new HVAC unit for my home. I couldnt get through to 1 of them, and the other wasnt able to make it out for a simple estimate until a week later, which anybody dealing with HVAC problems in the middle of summer knows seems like forever. I had already been dealing with this issue for close to a month when I called Hunter Super-techs and was at my wits end, they answered on the first call and had someone out that same day (honestly knowing what I do now they will be my first call for all future problems). Of the 2 I was able to get estimates from Hunter Super-techs were by far more affordable, estimating that I would pay a little over $9k, than the other company that gave me an estimate of nearly $14,000 for the most basic unit they offered.Jorge came to give my estimate. He was there the same day I called and was extremely courteous. I was told to expect him between 12 and 2 pm but he arrived at almost 12 on the dot. He came in and didnt try to push me to order something I didnt want or need, explained the entire process, provided me with options for which type of unit to use (another thing that wasnt offered by the other company), Jorge was even patient when I called my brother for his input on which brand to use. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable making me feel comfortable working with him.Next I spoke to their financing department, I spoke to Ashley and she was phenomenal. She answered all my questions and was able to assist me in choosing the financing option that was best for me and made the process as simple as possible, speaking to the loan company for me and getting me approved for financing without a hitch. She was even available to speak to after she had gone home and was in contact with me from the time I submitted the application until I was approved.My technicians were Gavin and Jacob. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They were kind and courteous taking the time to explain what they were doing when I had questions, even taking the time after to make sure my husband and I knew how to change the air filter in the new unit and work the new thermostat. They also took the time at the end to make sure the unit was performing properly and didnt require extra maintenance. I was shocked by how quickly and also quietly they worked. I was expecting a lot of loud noise and banging to be going on but there was hardly any. I was told to expect that they would be there until dinner time but they had everything done just after 4 which to me is extremely early.Overall I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am with the entire team at Hunter Super-techs. They exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. By providing excellent customer service from the first phone call to completing the job, they made this stressful situation as hassle free as possible.

    Showed up within a couple hours of me calling. Zach Boyde had the problem figured out within a few seconds and fixed within a few minutes. Cost of the entire job was around the same as what other companies have charged just to come out and tell me theres a problem. Will be calling them for all my needs going forward.

    We had Zach Boyd come out to look at our unit that wasn’t heating. He was friendly and was very thorough with his inspection. He explained the repairs needed along with the costs. He finished the repairs within an hour and double checked that our heat and air was working. We are very satisfied with the work done.

    April 12, 2022 As always we are happy with the work that John Page did. Unfortunately, we need a new unit. But John got us temporarily going so we’re comfortable till installation. We really appreciate John. He’s great!_____________________Over the last 5 years Hunter has been the only company we call to take care of our HVAC. We always ask for John Page. He is always on time. He is knowledgeable, timely, courteous. John is everything we could ask for. We were out of town and our AC went down. We called Hunter and within the hour we had a technician at our house and got us up and running. They let us take care of the bill when we got back. So grateful! They have a great service where you pay a small monthly fee all year and they do a spring and fall check up on your system. No additional charges. Of course if there is a problem you’re responsible to pay for that. We love it because they catch problems when they’re small instead of finding out when the system fails. We have nothing bad to say about Hunter Heat and Air. :)_____________________________02-2025 It’s now been 9 years of doing business with Hunter Heat & Air. We’ve had some minor glitches over the years but over all we’re still happy customers. We’ll stay with them as long as they treat us honestly and fairly.

    My A/C stopped cooling and I contacted Hunters. Milton arrived 3 to 4 hrs earlier than expected and quickly diagnosed the problem. He repaired only the things that needed fixed and had cold air blowing. The two women living in the house are extremely happy to have AC again due to health problems.

    Our ac went out and it was pretty awesome on how quick Hunters came out to fix it the very next day! Whereas the other companies around here couldn’t get to us til next week.     Just had my AC repaired in less than 30 minutes. The tech, Austin, was super professional and timely. He also educated me on the parts of the system, and taught me some ways to detect other issues.Service was convenient and a good value.     I had an outdoor water leak,(gusher almost) Anthony came out, figured out what the problem was. Explained what the problem was and gave me options and went to work fixing it.     I called Hunter Super Techs this morning when I realized that one of our A/C units wasnt cooling. They scheduled me for a 2:00 to 4:00 window. Jacob, the technician, called just before noon, to say he was on the way! In just over an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the problem and he also checked the other unit, to make sure that it wasnt developing any problems. I will continue to use Hunter Super Techs whenever I have an A/C or heating problem. They are polite and efficient. They explain what they need to do to fix the system and then take care of the problem.This is the second time this summer that weve needed our A/C fixed and Hunter Super Techs has done an excellent job both times!We just had Jesus out. He did a wonderful job, though he wasnt able to totally fix our issue.

    I would give 10 stars if I could. I live in Buncombr Creek out of Kingston and woke up at 5 am with a haze in the air of my place and a smell of burning plastic. Panic set in. The air conditioner wouldnt turn off so we used the breaker to turn it off. We called Hunter and they sent Dakota out right away. He pulled the motor of the air conditioner and methodically tested all wires and checked everything. Turned out it needed something he didnt have in his truck. His supervisor showed up with the part and they repaired the unit. My gosh. What a great company! On a 105 degree day, these guys saved my family. Highly recommended.

    I have been using Hunter Super Techs since the beginning of the year and they have been wonderful. Their work is professional, but they also care. I just had a unit go out, and they spent a few hours looking it over to find that the compressor basically blew up (where the electric wires went into the compressor basically blew apart)So I need a whole new unit which is out of my ability at the moment. They are letting me use a portable AC unit until I can get window units setup, and they didnt charge me for todays work since they know I plan to use them when I am ready for the new replacement unit.They actually care about their customers beyond the paycheck which means a lot in my book. I have an HVAC company I plan to use for life.

    Got home from work & it was 80 in the house with the ac blowing hot, called them & the guy was out here within an 1.5 hours and finished in less than 30 min. Very quick, polite, and got it taken care of. Very happy we didnt have to go to bed hot or go out and find a window unit after a long day at work. Service call was only $94 but due to inflation they are charging an extra $5 for fuel, not sure if thats for all customers or for those of us out in the sticks (20min from town) either way $100 was a fair price for same day service. The part wasnt cheap, but the price is still better than no ac on a hot humid night. Will definitely use again.

    Anthony Maldonado came to Durant to repair a shower problem. He was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, skilled. I could go on and on. ALL HUNTER SUPER TECHS are the BEST OF THE BEST! I have used them for HVAC replacement, generator estimates and now plumbing. They are ALL patient and respectful of your home. They explain everything perfectly. Those who have been out here for two new replacements on two different units one downstairs one for upstairs and now for the AC issue have all been very courteous young men. They were efficient, knowledgeable about the product and went over everything with me as well as answered my questions. You have a great group of professionals. My husband is a war veteran and Hunter gives us a discount because of it.     07-11-2023. Top class company and someone you can trust. Ive had nothing but positive interactions with Hunter ST. Andrew Lain came out and did a diagnostic on my mini split that has some major issues. He admitted the problem could be a number of things, but was very honest about the solution. Well see if they can help out on the warranty through the manufacturer.I dealt with John who was very easy to deal with. The company puts their customers first and this was apparent after their relentless pursuit of my business. I have been overly impressed with the entire experience of getting a mini split installed. They went the extra mile and made a couple of trips to get extra parts to make the install look professional. I love my system and dealing with these guys. Thanks for doing a great job!

    My 2 year old AC went kaput on a Sunday afternoon in August 2017. Luckily it wasnt 1000 degrees outside but it was still warm. It also just happened to be a weekend when we had family visiting so, not cool. Literally. When we got back from church it was nearly 80 degrees inside. I called Hunter Heat and Air and they said theyd have someone out that day to take a look. Sure enough, about 6:30, a tech shows up. He discovers that the control board on the outdoor unit was bad. Luckily that part was still under warranty! He handled the RMA process in its entirety and set the AC up to work without the control board. He came out first thing the next Monday and installed the part, took about 15 minutes. Great service, nice guys! Highly recommmended!

    Hunter Super Techs have some of the most knowledgeable techs we have ever done business with. They have kept our old unit up and running and cooling our home when other companies tried to strong arm us into purchasing a new unit. They are very helpful and explain everything before doing anything. NO EXTRA charges or hidden costs. They are a blessing for sure.

    Hunter Heat and Air definitely goes the extra mile. After coming out over the Memorial Day holiday, Zane wanted to stay until the temperature would get down to 73 degrees. The unit ran and ran, after over an hour the temp did drop finally to 73. I have excellent storm windows and doors so I am hoping now that the temperature is comfortable the AC unit will cycle on and off like it did before. Thank you to Zane for his professionalism and patience with my problem. Yes, I would recommend Hunter Heat & Air because they wont stop until the customer is happy.

    I am a disabled senior that will gladly recommend Hunter heating and air. They have helped me in many different things whether it be servicing my AC replacing my AC/heater system, service calls, replace parts, Cleaning and maintenance services. Always being on time punctual. Whether it be the service techs or the customer service they are always very kind caring and answer all questions. I will always recommend Hunter heating and air!
